had an absolutely amazing stay at Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah. The entire team was incredibly attentive to detail, and the level of friendliness and hospitality was truly exceptional. From the moment | arrived, Saung at reception was super kind and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything about the hotel and made the check-in experience seamless. A special thank you as well to the buggy drivers, Jihanzib and Moussa (I hope I spelled your names correctly!). I really enjoyed our conversations, and both of you were genuinely warm and friendly. The wonderful ladies Trishna & Anita at Toro Loco made me feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly and helped me choose from the menu with great recommendations. And of course, I cannot forget the entire team at SOL Bar. Every member of the team was welcoming, attentive, and helpful with every single guest who walked in. Their energy and service truly stood out. Well done to the entire team! Rixos Al Mairid is definitely one of the best hotels in Ras Al Khaimah, and I will absolutely be coming back. Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and offered breathtaking views. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options and excellent quality. Although part of the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, the team made every effort to ensure our stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and make us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future. I had a lovely experience orient restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making the whole dining experience truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Imane, who was our server—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Biju and Nichael were also fantastic and very welcoming. The whole team created a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!
