  • If guests arrive before 3:00 PM and their room is ready, early check-in may be offered, subject to availability.
  • Guests who wish to have lunch on the day of arrival may exchange it for their departure-day lunch. In this case, only breakfast will be included on the day of departure.
  • Alcoholic beverages at selected bars will only be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah Al Hamra Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was excellent, especially the atmosphere and overall hospitality. I would like to give special thanks to Saad and Saeed at the reception. They were extremely helpful, cooperative, and supportive throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us, and their kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. However, I would also like to mention one area that could be improved. We asked Jason at the reception if a late check-out could be arranged. Unfortunately, his response was quite rude and he seemed upset, simply telling us that it was impossible and that he could not help because the hotel was busy. We completely understand that late check-out may not always be available, especially during busy periods. However, the same answer delivered politely and with a friendly smile would have made a big difference and would have been much easier to understand and accept. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience, and thanks especially to Saad and Saeed for making our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely love to come back again.

Wonderful Stay at Sofitel RAKWe had a delightful experience at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah this week. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Muharram at reception warmly welcomed us and kindly offered a three-hour late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His professional guidance added a special touch to our visit. The entire staff impressed us with their politeness and helpfulness, whether at the restaurant, with the buggy riders, or the kids play area team. Special thanks to Mr. Ateeq (Buggy rider). Everyone was truly dedicated and attentive.The pools were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kids' pool was thoughtfully shaded and had a safe depth of just 0.45 meters, perfect for little ones. During the buffet dinner, we appreciated the complimentary Arabic sweet, Umm Ali, and fries for our children, which was a nice gesture.The only area for improvement was the hot water in the washroom, which had an unusual yellow tint and could be cleaner. Overall, Sofitel RAK provided a warm, family-friendly environment with attentive service and excellent facilities. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing 2-day staycation at Sofitel Al Hamra Resort to celebrate both mine and my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfect for families. The pools, private beach, and all the facilities are outstanding. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. A special thank you to Ms. Sheilyn at the reception. After learning that it was both our birthdays on the same day, she thoughtfully upgraded our experience by allocating us a wonderful room with easy pool access and a beautiful beach view. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our celebration truly special. To top it all off, the team surprised us with a birthday cake the next morning—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely valued. Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you to the entire Sofitel Al Hamra team for making our family stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic 7 day stay at this beautiful hotel (7 to 14 July). The hotel is very cosy, clean and welcoming, with beautiful swimming pools. The beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear turquoise water, just as stunning as the water in the Maldives or Caribbean’s. There were always plenty of sun loungers available. Our check-in was very quick and smooth, thank you, Maharram! Also a big thank you for the birthday cake. It was absolutely delicious! The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines. We always had a lovely table and received wonderful assistance from Navin, Thin and Aya. We also tried the Reunion and Waka restaurants, and the food was really delicious. I especially enjoyed the ceviche and the Hugo Virgin cocktail prepared by Devang. Many thanks to Swami for his positive energy and helpfulness, and a very special thank you to Suresh for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. We had an issue with the lighting in our room, so I would also like to thank Catrina Khaliavka and Elmera for helping us resolve it and for their special attention. We also absolutely loved that there are cats at the hotel, and we even became friends with one of them! If you don’t like cats don’t worry, they do not approach you unless you have interest. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would be very happy to return!

We had an amazing experience. They made my birthday a memorable one, everything was just wow the services was top notch.Thin at the reception of the East was helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Elmer and Joel assisted in making sure that we had all the food and drinks that we needed. I really appreciate their hard work in this. And at the beach Eli was helpful and at the Spa Chathu was very nice. And not forgetting Ashmita and Shiva made our room clean and fresh all the time. Only the buffet part they usually made the same meals. Just a change woud be good.Overall the food was amazing.The Chefs really knows how to make delicious meals. We took the all inclusive package drinks were served everywhere even at the pool. The beach and the swimming pools were always clean. And they have a variety of pools to choose from. The fresh waffles everyday wow l enjoyed.Would definitely come back again. Your services l would rate 110%. Very good customer service. Everyone was very respectful and helpful.Sofitel l love you forever .
