He was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding hospitality made a real difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. Wonderful Stay at Sofitel RAKWe had a delightful experience at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah this week. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Muharram at reception warmly welcomed us and kindly offered a three-hour late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His professional guidance added a special touch to our visit. The entire staff impressed us with their politeness and helpfulness, whether at the restaurant, with the buggy riders, or the kids play area team. Special thanks to Mr. Ateeq (Buggy rider). Everyone was truly dedicated and attentive.The pools were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kids' pool was thoughtfully shaded and had a safe depth of just 0.45 meters, perfect for little ones. During the buffet dinner, we appreciated the complimentary Arabic sweet, Umm Ali, and fries for our children, which was a nice gesture.The only area for improvement was the hot water in the washroom, which had an unusual yellow tint and could be cleaner. Overall, Sofitel RAK provided a warm, family-friendly environment with attentive service and excellent facilities. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing 2-day staycation at Sofitel Al Hamra Resort to celebrate both mine and my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfect for families. The pools, private beach, and all the facilities are outstanding. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. A special thank you to Ms. Sheilyn at the reception. After learning that it was both our birthdays on the same day, she thoughtfully upgraded our experience by allocating us a wonderful room with easy pool access and a beautiful beach view. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our celebration truly special. To top it all off, the team surprised us with a birthday cake the next morning—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely valued. Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you to the entire Sofitel Al Hamra team for making our family stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful breakfast buffet at East in Sofitel Al Hamra. A special thank you to our waiter, Abhiney, for making our dining experience so enjoyable. He was extremely professional, humble and always served us with a genuine smile. He regularly checked on our table, was attentive to everything we needed and made us feel truly well looked after. Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while. The villas are stunning! we had a huge room with a direct view over the beach, which never got old. The grounds are lush and green. Lovely to walk around. The beach is huge and relaxed. Every restaurant we tried was excellent, and that's not something I say lightly. The food was consistently outstanding across the board. Both pools are massive and kept beautifully cold, which was exactly what we needed. There's a certain 'bougie but not pretentious' vibe to the whole place that I really loved...elevated without being stuffy. Every single member of staff we encountered was warm and genuinely helpful. We went for the all-inclusive and it was absolutely worth it!! unlimited drinks, incredible food, and you just never feel like you're being nickelled and dimed. Honestly wish I'd discovered this place years ago. Will definitely be back.
