I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities truly met high standards. From the rooms to the dining experience, everything was well organized and enjoyable. A special thank you to our service man, muhameed morad who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. His attention to detail and dedication to great service and specially his coffee was amazing truly made a difference in our experience. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely appreciate muhameed morad outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!

Had a wonderful night away here in December. Facilities and hotel were amazing. We spent the day in the Ula Beach Club and had dinner in the buffet area. The rooftop bar was perfect for some drinks and the views were great. Overall staff were so welcoming and made our experience very pleasant.

I have been to the Emirates several times, but I have never experienced such poor service in any five-star hotel before. First, we had to request a room change – the view from the first floor was of a dirty roof. The family room definitely does not meet the standards of a family room; there is very little space. The “all inclusive” package is more like full board. There is no afternoon ice cream or snacks for children. Only breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, with a very limited selection of drinks. Practically everything else comes at an extra charge. The lobby bar serves only as a seating area – you cannot even get a drink there. The only positive aspect was that the staff were friendly and polite. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, and we will not be returning. Next time, we would rather stay at the neighboring hotel, where the service is far better. Overall, a big disappointment for us.

One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in the chalet and it was absolutely beautiful — stunning beach, amazing staff, and excellent housekeeping. A special thank you to Sabbir, who was very friendly and professional. This place is perfect for kids and families. My kids absolutely loved it and we would definitely come back again.

I want to highlight the excellent service at the hotel, especially in the restaurant. Everything is always clean, the waiters are ready to help, and they bring your order quickly. I want to highlight the girl Shra, she is sensitive and caring. She always do the extra! The hotel management made concessions and extended the stay due to the situation in the UAE.
