We went as a family staycation, and amenities in the room were not placed or if placed was on weird placed (eg: cabinet where they placed the watter bottle was incredible hot, so water bottles were warm). The bathtub didn't have shampoo/soap etc. If I want to take a bath , how can I use the soap? Do I need to pump in the shower and come back to the tub to use it? Didn't make sense for me. Also the telephone was not working the entire time we were there. Everytime we called we didn't get an answer so they had to call us back after when we dont need it anymore. Is just simple things like the ice I requested, came In a plastic container same as the pool, however when I went out of the room I saw another room being placed a aluminum container for the ice, no consistency??. Another thing was the noisy party outside. I understand they cannot stop bookings because of party, but they knew we were staying with a baby so why they assign a room just next to the party? I request for a charger about 5 times and they keep saying they didn't have a charger in the entire hotel, like this is the first time I heard this. A wire or adaptor at least should be offered (we had type C wire) The only good thing that saved the experience was the amazing staff at the F&B service (breakfast and iftar) and the lady at the front desk in check in ,her name Paula I think, was very kind and helpful. So honestly didn't enjoy the full experience for the money we spent. I dont think I will come back

We are happy about everything. The true hospitality excellently served ith all the staffs.,in this situation that we are facing now,you welcome and gave us a safe place to stay with our families. We would like to express our gratitude to all the exceptional staffs. We spent most of our time in the kids club. Our kids loved that place. Also we felt safe to stay inside than outdoor. We had the pleasure of staying at your resort in Ras Al Khaimah for three nights, from February 26th to 28th, while attending my friends daughter's beautiful wedding. The wedding venue was truly exceptional, and your property is indeed magnificent. Following our checkout on March 1st, we discovered on the night of March 2nd that valuable diamond jewelry was missing from our handbag. We promptly contacted the hotel and spoke with Sherpa, the night duty security in-charge. Throughout our interactions with your security team, specifically Sherpa, Tohkeer, Anil, and William, each individual exhibited exceptional consideration and cooperation in explaining the investigative procedures being undertaken to locate the missing jewelry. We extend particular commendation to Sherpa and Tohkeer, with whom we interacted most frequently, for their unwavering commitment and attentive availability. With diligent investigation and continuous follow-up, we are delighted to be informed by Security head Mohammed that jewelry were found. They, inpartcular Sherpa n Tahkeer , exhibited extraordinary committment and helpfulness. Their professional analysis of the process was commendable and thanks to the leader Mohammed. Furthermore, a particularly gratifying observation was the profound respect and admiration each of these four security personnel held for their superior, Mohammed. Each individual expressed confidence in Mohammed's professionalism and his ability to resolve the situation. We are truly pleased to acknowledge the caliber of your team and the exemplary respect they demonstrate for their leader, Mohammed, who met us and explained all in details.

Overall a good experience. Resort was clean and well maintained, beach and loungers were plentiful and rooms were good sized. Breakfast was also quite good and the restaurant was spacious. Overall had an enjoyable experience. Downside was, we booked with a baby and we were placed right in front of a wedding party. And the telephones for whatever reason doesnt work and almost impossible to reach out to anyone. Lastly. Not once housekeeping came to make up or turndown despite 3 times requesting and putting up signs outside. But again overall it did not make our experience horrible ans management had reached out via email to some degree, recover.
