We had a fantastic stay at Hilton DoubleTree Ras Al Khaimah! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The level of service was excellent, and the team genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The facilities were brilliant, particularly for families with young children. There was plenty to keep the little ones entertained, making it a great destination for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. The overall experience was outstanding, with great facilities, excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. We would happily return!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. The resort is beautiful, the pool area is always clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. A special thank you to Rohin, Antony, and Anadhu, who served drinks by the pool. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. They always had a smile on their faces, made sure we were well taken care of, and provided outstanding customer service. Their kindness and professionalism made our poolside experience even more enjoyable. The level of hospitality they showed truly stood out and made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this resort, and I hope to come back again soon. Thank you to the entire team, especially Rohin, Antony, and Anadhu, for making our vacation so special!

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The warm welcome with the famous chocolate chip cookies was a lovely touch—I enjoyed them so much that I went back for a second one! 😊 Our kids had an incredible time at the water park, the temperature-controlled kids’ swimming pools, and the Kids Club. There were so many fun activities to keep them entertained, making this the perfect resort for families with children. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to the WhatsApp guest service team. Their quick responses and assistance made everything so convenient and added to our wonderful experience. I can only give 5 stars here, but if there were 10 stars, I would happily give them all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the resort with our family! I travelled with my toddler, and she had such a great time too. The rooms were quite big, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a really good family stay. We had the buffet dinner at Al Marjan on the first day, and the food was good. On the second day, we tried Vespa, the Italian restaurant, and absolutely loved the pizza and pasta — they were so delicious! I also have one personal suggestion for Hilton’s kids’ play and pool area. I think there should be a clear rule that anyone coming to use the kids’ area MUST wear proper swimwear, rather than regular clothes. For babies, swimming diapers should also be MANDATORY. I noticed some parents bringing their children in regular diapers or without swim diapers, which I feel could be improved for hygiene and cleanliness. Apart from that, everything was really good, and we had a lovely time as a family. We would definitely enjoy coming back again! ❤️ .. I have visited this place for the 2nd time last week and the experience was amazing . We havr also tried Sanchaya restaurant and the food was delicious the staff was so helpful and friendly special thanks to Abdul Ghafoor 🙏Anjali ,Zeyana and Akram 🙏

​We stayed here this past May and had a wonderful family getaway. Upon arrival, receiving their signature warm cookies at check-in was such a nice touch and set a welcoming tone right away. The staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. ​Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering plenty of space for the family to relax. The resort itself boasts an amazing pool and beach area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It is exceptionally kids-friendly—our little one was thoroughly entertained thanks to the fantastic mini water park, the huge kids' pool, and the brilliant kids' club. The club offered a great variety of activities and games, including face painting and arts and crafts, which kept the kids highly engaged. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved: ​The Jacuzzi: The area is quite small and easily crowded. It would be much better if it were separated for men and women to allow for more comfort and privacy. ​The Food: We booked the all-inclusive package but found the food quite repetitive between lunch and dinner. The quality and taste could also be improved, as nothing really stood out as a "wow." ​Overall, the fantastic facilities and wonderful staff made it a memorable stay. We’d highly recommend it for families, but hope to see an upgrade in the dining and wellness layout!
