Great hospitality by Waldorf Astoria Team, Very professional and friendly staffs. Great location beautiful view from the room The rooms are very spacious and very luxury amenities in it. The coffee capsules in the room were very nice. I would like to know the brand of that please, it was very smooth and balanced in taste. Stephen from security has amazing knowledge about the hotel.Breakfast had full of options and very fresh and high quality product. Everyone one in the hotel were very helpful and had smiley faces. Thanks a lot again

Stayed here in a golf course facing room. The room was lovely, large king and a huge balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Very spacious dressing room and bathroom also. Just what you'd expect! Live piano in the lobby and falcons to hold on arrival. The staff couldn't be nicer, the booking was very easy over the phone. We ate in the resteraunt, the food was delicious and fast service! A good children's menu also. The pools and beach are excellent 👌 lots to do or just lounge on a chair. We will absolutely be back, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. To add.....my daughter left her doll in the hotel room. We only noticed once we got home. The hotel was amazing, it had found the doll and stored it, then we arranged postage to our house, supet quick and amaxing service! Thank you

Stayed 5 nights in November 2025; Great Hotel, all the staff is professional and always of goodwill, on some occasion we noticed that training could be perfected, but nothing bad. Hotel itself is not new and it shows, some wears here and there but still very comfortable. During our stay we used most facilities, tennis courts, spa, gym, we noticed a lot of attentions from the staff which was really appreciated. Rooms, are large and comfortable. The only downside to us was the quality of food at the buffet, it is not bad, but not great either (breakfast and dinner included in halfboard) I think at this price point it could be really better with more variation everyday. We had lunch and dinner at other restaurants of this hotel, it was good, especially the Lexington Grill, good quality, great cooking, and staff was really amazing. It is expensive though, but usual for this type of resort. On our last day, during a talk with desk staff, they mentioned the hotel was at full capacity, I find it hard to believe honestly because hotel felt empty, we never had to wait for sunbeds, breakfast, or anything else. Maybe this is true because of the renovation (which was not really a disturbance to be honest) All in all, except for the buffet which became quickly boring and disappointing, everything was absolutely perfect, thanks to all the amazing staff, always smiling, always accommodating.

Latepost: ✌️ Our company booked our JAM Summer Outing at this hotel from Sep 2nd - 3rd (2025) & honestly, it’s 1 of the coolest 5 star hotels I've seen. 🏆 Hotel is huge & has a really fancy vibe. I didn’t have a single complaint coz their service was fantastic. 👌 All the staff we met were super friendly, smiling & really helpful. My room was great as everything I needed was already there & their toiletries were branded. 🎉 I esp. loved the big bathroom/toilet as it was super clean. The hallways are wide & lifts are easily accessible from anywhere in the hotel. Our CEO booked for almost 25 rooms for all of us who decided to stay overnight at the hotel while some of my colleagues went home after dinner at Lexington Grill & Bar. We also had a great time at the breakfast buffet. 💜 Again huge thanks to our company's owner for letting us experience this getaway at such a awesome hotel & to all the staff too huge shoutout! 🎉 Oh & I almost forgot, we also enjoyed water activities like jet skiing & speed boat rides all paid for by our MD. 😍 We totally recommend this hotel as u won’t regret staying here. Gonna miss hanging out here & it’s gonna be a perfect memory for me 🙏

Perfect Family Staycation at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah! We had a fantastic staycation at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah! The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with excellent amenities. The staff is super hospitable, the dining options are endless, and the entertainment programs keep everyone engaged. The Kids Club is truly the star of the property! My 8-year-old son had an amazing time the team is wonderful with kids, and the variety of activities kept him happily busy all day. They also have water sports right inside the resort on their private beach we tried kayaking and jet skiing, both were fantastic! The spa is outstanding too a perfect way to unwind. Another plus is the location Al Hamra Mall is just a stone’s throw away with a pharmacy and supermarket for any quick needs. Don’t miss the Zumba and yoga by the beach check the daily activity schedule with the leisure concierge when you arrive. We even wanted to do a desert safari, and the team arranged it instantly. They also provide vouchers for nearby restaurants, which was a great way to explore more dining options in the area. Overall, a perfect mix of luxury, family fun, and relaxation. Our son loved every bit of it, and we can’t wait to return soon! 🌴💫
