We had an excellent stay at the hotel for over 2 weeks. We were taken such great care of by all of the staff from beginning to end and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the cleaning staff kept them nice and clean. Pool service was top, special thanks to Aod and Nun! We enjoyed beautiful ocean side but even more the quiet pool in front of our room, it was so relaxing and peaceful. Breakfast at Ob-Oon every morning was A joy, I especially liked the local delicasies and baked goods that tasted homemade. We also had afternoon tea there and the pastries were so fresh! Spa was so relaxing too and really pretty space. Extra mention I absolutely loved that there was staff to help us cross the road and shuttle service to the town those are such great services to have! Felt very safe. Also I have to say that all the staff were truly so helpful, sweet and kind througout our stay and the service felt very personal❤️ Over all we enjoyed Putahracsa hotel, the service, the staff and the experience immensely! Not the same as earlier visit perhaps the quality standard has lowered down except for the warm greeting and niche hospitality which lures to come back…… - Condiment presentation ok ✅ - ⁠Chicken Steak stiff shd be better presentation for price. - ⁠thai food good taste - ⁠spaghetti shd hve more bacon chips considering price 400/portion. Should be equivalent to charge better with more quantity. Best climax was the sweet pineapple bumbs…. Loved them…

The rooms & property are beautiful, but still overpriced. The breakfast buffet was good but the male server in the restaurant screamed at me for trying to take a juice to my room when I realized I was late for a call. I appreciate not letting someone take a plate of food, but a single glass of juice? Not 5 star service. Either way, yelling at me - especially as a solo woman - was uncalled for & unacceptable. I had also asked the front desk if I could receive a small credit to the restaurant since I had had to pay for 2 daily breakfasts for 7 days but was just 1 person. Most 5 star hotels are happy to offer something (a drink even). Not this hotel. Spa was expensive but lovely - special thanks to Kai & Molly for great service there. Hopefully service in the hotel will improve.

What a beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of Hua Hin city, very accessible to the city, airport and more importantly the beech. The staff worked so hard here and they really couldn’t help you enough, from the moment we arrived and greeted with a cold towel to the moment we left with offering us transfers to where ever we wish to go. No request was an issue the staff made our stay very welcoming, The resort was beautiful, excellent bar and amazing restaurant with stunning views of the ocean, you really think you are having dinner at sea but with a live jazz player softly playing in the background to create a stunning atmosphere. Our room was a beach villa and it really was so clean but very homely at the same time. Thank you to all the team that’s work at Putahracsa. We will be back

Excellent, peaceful location. The hotel is in a wonderful, quiet area. We had a cozy room facing the sea, and the sunrise view was absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get to the town center by local bus in about 10 minutes. The lovely Khao Takiab Beach is just a short distance away. The service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The large pool area with multiple pools was very pleasant and a great place to relax.

Stayed at amari hua hin for 1 month starting jan 2026.hotel is well designed and quality product used from cutlery to beach chairs Decent size pool always clean. Breakfast buffet well worth the package price.buffet area server Mook,soup counter girl,Tan, Mr Eak and head server Supatra under manager of food Ms Nong. Well performed their duty with smiles and attentive to guest needs Doormen Kratum and 2 others always happy and attentive. Lastly but not least MR IAN ACOSTA Assistant manager on duty always smiling, happy and with positive attiude , available any time to are needs and small issues, and was able to take care of them with our satisfaction. House keeping Lady for our room 1720 was very good. Rooms are getting somewhat dated.

Stayed here 06/11 - 09/11 2025 and 15/02 - 20/02 2026 (room with seaview) Larger hotel complex with large pool. The hotel is just as suitable for an overnight stay for 1 - 2 nights, as for a one or two week sun holiday if this type of accommodation suits. The feeling I got as a guest was that if you have no objections regarding the room, everything is quiet. However, if you have your own wishes (not near the elevator/high floor) regarding the room, then it is experienced as very troublesome for the staff. The customer's best interests only apply as long as I do what the staff wants. I have experienced this pattern on both occasions. Pros: Clean and fresh rooms. Large pool. 10 minutes by car to a larger shopping center. 200 meters to the sea. Restaurant in the area. Very good breakfast, see also further down. Free parking. Bed firmness 4 (see below*). Overall value for money 6 (see below**). *(Sinks through 0 - Average 5 - lies on top of the mattress 10). **(Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10). Cons: Sea view rooms are best from 6th - 7th floor. Mountain view rooms have a bigger road below and a railway. There is also an unpleasant smell coming and going. Noise problem on weekends due to concerts. Pool closes at 7:00 PM every day although the bar is open until 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Breakfast: breakfast selection 8 (see below 1). breakfast quality 8 (see below 2). breakfast value for money 9 (see below 3). (1) 1- spartan selection - 10 overwhelming selection. (2) 1- terrible quality - 10 highest possible quality. (3) 1- not worth the money - 10 absolutely worth the money.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for long-term visits and had very good experiences in the past, which is why I chose to stay here again this time. However, although I clearly wrote my requests at the time of reservation, none of the requests were actually reflected during my stay. This was quite disappointing, especially because my previous experiences had been so positive. I believe consistent service and attention to guest requests are important, particularly for returning guests. I sincerely hope the hotel will improve in this area. Overall, my expectations were higher based on my past stays, so this visit felt unfortunately disappointing.

The service was very good and there was a great breakfast buffet. The pool was a pleasant size and was very clean (free towels). Reasonable room size, clean, modern and quality furnishings. Nearby was the Tamarind and Cicada Night Market. To the beach ran a shuttle from 8-18 hours or walk to the beach under 10 minutes. Good value for money. A pool on the beach, which our tour operator showed in a photo, does not exist for Armani hotel guests!

Recent stay in an executive club room. Well presented room with ocean view and huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows allowed the view to continue into the lounge. Staff were excellent, service excellent location excellent. Downside is a current construction development beside the hotel which does cause a level of noise during the day. Unaffected at night time. Hotel seems to attract the older demographic with only a few families present. Highly recommended.

For the last four years, our family has chosen the Hilton for our year-end and New Year holidays, and it never disappoints. The service is consistently outstanding, and the staff make you feel truly welcome The location is perfect, with local shops and night markets just a short walk away. The tennis court is a great bonus, and the tennis instructor was excellent. He was professional and very supportive. It is a consistently great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back again next year.

We stayed in December 2025 at this resort and had the ocean front suite. They have two type of suites at different floors. Some newly renovated and very fresh and the other very old and seriously not worth the money you pay. We stayed half of our time in the old one, very disappointing and the other half in the new one. Beside the rooms, service is generally good, at breakfast, pool area and even executive lounge. The beach is very small but location is good and close to many restaurants

The view from the room was fantastic! The food was high quality, so was the service! The beach and swimming pool areas are top class! Great location, shops and restaurants immediately outside hotel one side, beach the other side with a luxurious hotel and pool in-between. Lovely walks on beach. Room had fantastic view of beach, pool and Hua Hin with very comfortable lounge and chair on balcony. Bed very comfortable and modern bathroom, great shower. Fortunate enough to have access to executive lounge, faultless service and great food and drinks. Visited the spa with husband for couples treatment special was a wonderful experience, superb massage and treatment. Also went to Madame Chic where we both had pedicures and facials highly recommend. Hope to return to Hilton Hua Hin.

We have honestly just had the best 3 night stay here. Rooms are just beautiful & the super large bed sensational. Location is perfect - you can easily walk to markets. We stayed in both a standard & pool villa room & couldn’t fault either. Beautiful decor, immaculately clean - just lovely. Most of all the staff are what made our stay even more special - especially Minnie who went over & above to help us extend our stay. She was just amazing & a special mention to Doy for helping us to. 100% recommend this hotel & we will definitely be back.

A lovely modest resort by the beach with spacious rooms and a convenient location, great for families. The level of service is excellent, the staff are very attentive and warm. Breakfast has a decent spread of western and asian dishes, although slightly limited. The resort is walking distance to Cicada and Tamarind market, perfect for late evenings. Overall, a great place to stay when you’re in Hua Hin.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and welcoming – exactly what you want on a holiday. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible service. The whole staff ate super friendly but in particular, I want to give a HUGE thank you to Tan at the reception. Tan was unbelievably kind, warm, and attentive, and genuinely went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and taken care of. From the moment we arrived, Tan greeted us with a big smile, helped us with everything we needed, and always took the time to make sure we were comfortable and happy. That personal touch made such a difference and truly elevated our experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the vibe of the resort felt both luxurious and relaxed. We felt very at home here and were sad to leave. I would highly recommend Loligo Resort Hua Hin to anyone visiting Hua Hin – and if you get the chance to be helped by Tan, you’re in the best hands possible. We will definitely be back! 💛🌴

Loligo Hua Hin – Great Stay With Truly Outstanding Staff The staff at Loligo Hua Hin are absolutely exceptional, an easy 5++ stars. I own a small service business back home, so I really appreciate great customer experience, and the team here nails it. From the security guards to the front desk, kitchen crew, and maintenance, everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely professional. Whoever is running customer service deserves huge credit. Breakfast is solid with lots of variety. My only small comment is the fruit, meats, and cheese being served on tiny plates: looks fancy but not super practical. That said, by day two the staff already knew my usual order and even brought my wife and me a mixed fruit plate without us asking. Really thoughtful touch. And yes, they make proper cappuccinos, lattes, and Americanos. Always appreciated. There’s a little canteen with snacks and souvenirs, all fairly priced. Nice to see they’re not charging tourist-trap prices. I rented a scooter from across the street for a great price and kept it for a week. Made exploring Hua Hin incredibly easy, highly recommend doing the same. If you’re into fitness, the gym is definitely the weakest part of the hotel. It could use a modern update and some better equipment. Since I had the scooter, I trained at a proper gym nearby. Our ground-floor room was spacious, comfortable, and opened right onto the pool. The pool itself is warm and really pretty, but having a ladder or steps directly back onto the room deck would be a nice improvement; especially given that many travellers here are 50+. We also had a minor sewage smell here and there, likely due to the building age and ground-floor location, but leaving the fan on solved it. Didn’t bother us much. The hotel has bikes you can borrow, which is a fun way to explore the area. One of the biggest perks is the shuttle service that runs throughout the day and evening. Super convenient and a huge value add. Seriously, thank you to the team for offering that. This year in particular the water is high. Just a heads-up: there isn’t a true beach at the resort, and even the sister property next door doesn’t have a usable one. If you’re a real beach bum person, this might not be the perfect spot. But after around 6-7 PM, the tide goes in and you get an endless stretch of sand. We took the shuttle to dinner and walked the beach back from the fisherman pier — about an hour and twenty minutes, roughly 10,000 steps, and a beautiful, safe evening walk. Overall, I’d definitely stay at Loligo Hua Hin again if the right opportunity came along. Great location too, just a short walk to the Cicada and Tamarind markets (Thu–Sun), and about 30–40 minutes to the city core, though the shuttle makes it easy. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, and I slept really well as it was quiet and soundproof. The location is excellent — we could easily walk to popular night markets like Cicada and Tamarind Market. The service was outstanding; the receptionists and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to stay here again!

Update, the hotel management have given me a discount for the days I didn't stay and promised to look into my complaints. Staff weren't friendly and we're a little rude. Hotel needs some maintenance. Got to the room, a junior suite and it had bunk beds in it as well as a king sized bed 🤷 Took a good 3 minutes to get into the room as the door readers don't really work well. Room wasn't great. View of the ocean was magnificent. Bed was super uncomfortable, asked reception and they had house keeping add a topper. Still the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. No beach access 20 minute drive, 300 baht taxi ride to the actual beach. Cabana area was old and really shabby with ripped mattresses. No bean bags, in fact no beach No access to other places along the water front either. Pool was so dirty that we didn't even try it. Expensive even by Australian prices. Checked out after 1 night and the hotel refused to refund any of the stay (I had booked for 5 nights). There are many great hotel along Cha-am beach this is not one of them.

Good hotel overall. It was very quiet and felt a bit empty during our stay. The pool is nice, breakfast was very good, and there is a large parking area. The hotel looks somewhat dated and has definitely seen better days. Rooms are slightly worn, and when sitting on the chair we noticed visible dust under the TV cabinet. The overhead (ceiling) shower was not functioning properly — it was barely dripping and only hot water was coming out regardless of the temperature setting. The sink tap was leaking at the base, leaving the countertop wet all the time. However, during checkout after paying for bar drinks and laundry (PIN entered, payment approved), the receptionist placed my bank card on the table with the back side (CVV visible) facing up and took a photo of it with her personal phone before returning it with the receipt. This looked completely inappropriate. When I asked why she photographed my card details, I did not receive a clear explanation. I had to block my card afterwards for security reasons.

Good looking but soulless hotel. Not a happy place. We were allocated a very noisy lower floor hotel room, some sort of electronic machinery sounding 24/7 across corridor. Partner could zone out noise but I couldn't - needed ear plugs to sleep. Not a friendly staff. Hotel caters more for large company conventions than hotel guests. Very few restaurants nearby. Will definitely NOT be returning.

Nice old hotel, old style rooms, but good soft bed and clean beddings. Cleaning everyday service is fine. This Radisson with good park and beautiful pool on sea side, pool bar and restaurant. Sometimes power cut off happened, no electricity, so can't use lift, no charge device, no excuses from hotel staff...very strange! On restaurant no fusion, very old style menu, you can eat pizza everyday) not enough vegetarian food. Food here very expensive. Room price no expensive. Around hotel small village so you can hear dogs, chickens sounds so loud. What is good is fresh air breeze from sea ))) Breakfast is fine choice of fruits with cheese, coffee, and lilbit lovely indian veg dishes. Hotel with kids club, so your children maybe like it ))) there is friendly staff play with kids. Girl who sell icecream never smile to clients, perhaps she very tired to work here... Staff hardly understand English language, but some of them can use app for translation for better communication. Well, if you like relax around Cha-am/ Hua Hin is good place on sea side, where to rest with joy is possible...only if you don't expect too much from 4**** Radisson resort.

Love it. Great value for the price. It’s a little faded and the food is way overpriced and poor quality and the internet sucks if you are trying to do a zoom call but other than that it’s fantastic. Staff is amazing. Pool is awesome. Water slide is legit scary. In a world where you rarely get what you pay for this place actually exceeded my expectations.
