We came back from an amazing vacation at the Athena Pallas. 5 days with 17 (not easy to please) family members, 3-80 years old, and we all felt it was perfect! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, with a perfect location. We loved the decorations and the trees and greenary all through the area. We enjoyed both beaches very much. The rooms were VERY spacious and so clean, there is even a veriety of pillows! We highly appreciated the attentive service - from each and every single staff member. It was really remarkable! The only complaint we have was that there is no free water tap/cooler to drink from. I understand completely that drinks are extra charged, since it is not an all-inclusive, but water??? I personaly drink 2-3 large bottles a day.... I don't think it matters much to the hotel to provide every table at dinner with a water bottle - just a thought.... Again, overall we had an amazing vacation and loved every minute.

We came back from the hotel a few days ago. This was our second stay at Acrotel Athena Palace. We were upgraded and stayed at the maisonette in a private section of the resort, with private pool area. Everything was excellent, the beds, pillows, the sunbeds. The food is amazing and that was one of the reasons why we decided to come back. All dishes were tasty, lots of variety as well. Staff is attentive, cleaning impeccable. There are some amazing beaches in the area that we had to use the car to visit, so each day we went to a different beach, but coming back to the beautiful room, pool and our room views was an amazing feeling. The kids loved the rooms, and the walks around the resort, it felt truly safe. I truly cannot belive some of the negative comments I read here, so I decided to write one.

We are spending our last evening here, and we can honestly say that our stay at Acrotel Athena Pallas has been outstanding from start to finish. We stayed on a half-board basis, with breakfast and dinner included, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire staff - from the reception team to the restaurant and kitchen staff - was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. At the beginning of our stay, we experienced a small issue with our room, something that can happen at any hotel. What impressed us was how quickly and efficiently it was resolved. The staff handled it immediately and made sure everything was perfect afterward. The food deserves special praise: delicious, varied, and of excellent quality every day. In fact, I’m already searching online for the recipe of the beef dishes we had for dinner because it was that good! If we return to this area in the future, there is no doubt that we will stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Acrotel Athena Pallas for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Excellent stay, highly recommended! We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel! Everything was at the highest level – from the warm welcome at the reception to the perfect cleanliness in the rooms. The staff is incredibly kind, responsive and takes care of every detail. Our room was spacious, modern and with a very comfortable beds. The breakfast and dinner was varied, rich and with very tasty, fresh products. The location is also excellent and convenient. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

This whole experience is just - WOW. Our stay at Athena Pallas & Residences started with the Acrotel reservation team informing us that the initial hotel we had reserved - Lilyann Boutique hotel was overbooked so they offered us an upgrade to Athena Pallas & Residence instead. An entire communication throughout this experience was very professional, polite and helpful. When it comes to the hotel - I am honestly very impressed with each aspect: Service - across the property, each team member we encountered was so polite and welcoming, from the bell person helping us with our luggage, the lady receptionist, housekeeping, restaurant staff… absolutely everyone. Rooms - very spacious and well equipped. Ours had a great sea view and a comfortable balcony to enjoy it. Food / Restaurants - both the buffet and the Lemoni a la carte restaurant were great. Good variety at breakfast, and delicious traditional food at Lemoni overlooking the pool and the magical sunset. Good (ramped) parking inside the hotel premises, and also outside of it. The hotel has entertainment nights organized as well - Greek nights, live music by the pool/bar which is a very nice touch. The hotel has a cute passage leading to the beach which, at the time we were there, was super peaceful and quiet. Not crowded and so relaxing. As there were no sun beds at the time (late May, beginning of June), we walked along the beach (200-300m) to the Lilyann Boutique hotel’s beach which has a nice beach area - comfortable sun beds and a nice beach bar. Overall, an honest recommendation for this place. It has truly been an enjoyable experience (so much that we decided to extend our stay by 5 additional days) and we are sad to leave.
