We had an absolutely wonderful stay as a newly married couple! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The complimentary bottle of champagne and the fruit platter in our room were such a thoughtful surprise, and the room upgrade made our stay even more special. Everything was perfect – the room, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service. A special thank you to Despina, Pelagie, Christie, and Marieve for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for making the beginning of our married life so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

We are currently staying at Kassandra palace, myself and my daughter wanted a relaxing holiday and we have definitely picked the right place. First impressions on arrival were fantastic with friendly and helpful staff and a welcoming cold drink. The hotel is set in such beautiful grounds with palm trees and olive trees and lush greenery. The resort has a very peaceful atmosphere to it, which is great for a relaxing experience. The hotel is lovely and clean, it has a beautiful beach area and a great pool area. The staff are all fantastic and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay, any concerns are addressed very quickly. The food is fantastic and there really is something for everyone. There's a cooking station and themed food evenings, all the meat dishes were just so tender and tasty and delicious salads too. You really are spoilt for choice! We are staying in room 324,although not a sea view, the inland view is so pretty when looking out of from the balcony. There is lots to do around the resort, the bus outside the hotel will take you to lots of different towns where you can experience shopping, tavernas and bars etc, or if you wanted to explore different beaches. We are so glad we choose this resort and will definitely be back! Thank you for looking after us so we'll 😊.

A special mention goes to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and varied, offering a great selection of dishes to suit every taste. The pools, spa facilities, and all hotel amenities were maintained to a very high standard. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, making it an ideal destination for both families and couples looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Every detail reflects the hotel's commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience. Wonderful hotel We had a wonderful stay at Cassandra Palace Hotel and everything was great from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely lovely, with a wide variety of options to choose from every day. Dinner was especially impressive, offering something for everyone and plenty of delicious choices. The beach bar worked very well and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds ensured a good night’s sleep. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff. Everyone working in the main restaurant was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely cared about our needs and always made us feel at home. A special thank you goes to Spina, the restaurant manager, whom I have known for the past three years. She is an amazing person—always warm, kind, and ready to take care of everything with a smile. Her dedication and professionalism make every visit memorable. We would also like to thank Despina, maganer , Pelagia, Christie and Marieva for their kindness, excellent service, and genuine hospitality. We highly recommend Cassandra Palace Hotel and look forward to coming back again.

another wonderful vacation in this hotel. Everything was great: good accommodation, excellent and varied food, extremely friendly staff and ready to fulfill guests' wishes. Fantastic weather, warm sea. Sun loungers available at any time of the day on the beach and around the pool. No complaints this year either. Excellent rating. They are great.
