Highly recommend Kassandra Palace. We stayed 6 days in late May, as a family with our grandchildren, the weather was perfect for swimming/sunbathing, not too hot. The hotel site is magnificent, very well laid out - ideal for all ages with a safe, clean beach, swimming pools, spa, shops, bars, entertainment and restaurants. A great place to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. All the staff are very smart, friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to help you at all times. The service in all areas is faultless. The main restaurant is huge and very stylish, with large inside and outside dining areas making the whole dining experience very pleasant. The food is exceptionally good - nicely presented with great variation and extensive choices on different days. There are numerous coach trips on offer and small picturesque towns such as Afytos can be reached by taxi from the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience - we just wish we could've stayed longer than 6 days. We didn't want to leave! Would we return? Absolutely!

I had a great experience! The souvenir shop had amazing prices and very nice gifts. The salesgirl was very kind, friendly, and always happy to help us. The hotel was perfect, the food was delicious, and everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

Lovely hotel but is enchanced by the wonderful staff, in the reception, breakfast hall, restuarant and beach bar. Nixos, Hasaan and Zaferios at the beach bar made me very welcome and made my stay enjoyable as my wife needed to leave early due to an emergency.

Superb resort with excellent amenities. The hotel offers top-notch facilities, a stunning beach, and a great location. Everything is very well designed and thoughtfully planned. Our suite was fabulous — certainly one of the best we’ve ever had — and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly, warm, and radiated positivity throughout our stay. Areas for improvement: The main issue was at the restaurant level. Unfortunately, the food was often not served hot enough, even directly from the kitchen. While we truly appreciated the staff’s efforts to listen to our feedback and follow up in the following days, the problem of low food temperature persisted. We would also suggest introducing a dress code for dinner, as some guests arrived dressed as though they had come straight from the beach. The beach deserves special mention. It is one of the resort’s strongest assets and truly sets the hotel apart. However, despite the presence of many garbage bins, it was disappointing to see some guests carelessly throwing cigarette butts into the sand. Given the Blue Flag recognition, it might be worthwhile for the hotel to enforce stricter measures to preserve this important value.

I would give this hotel 4.5 stars if that was an option. Almost everything was great but here were few things that kept it from 5 stars, especially that it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel so I had high expectations. First off, no nets at windows so despite having a sea view and amazing breeze outside you had to keep Windows closed and AC on due to mosquitos (first night they kept us awake so we learned the hard way). That is very unfortunate since the breeze would have been amazing to enjoy (and saved so much AC as well) Next, despite having one big bed, they did not have one big cover so we had to sleep each with own cover/blanket but yet in same bed. Might not sound like a big deal but very uncomfortable in reality. Lastly, despite many no smoking signs, everyone was smoking everywhere and no enforcements of the signs. You could not enjoy breakfast or dinner without smoke around you. That was very annoying. Other than that, beach was super convenient, food was fantastic, every emplywe interacted with was very nice, place was super clean, free sauna and beach access, really nothing else negative to say beside the points above.
