We have been to ikos for 10 years and this was the best resort we have stayed in. The staff as always were wonderful, but here they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible. Vasili, Antonia, Elena, Tasos & Nikolas were all amazing with us and our 9 month old. Including personally checking in on him when they found out he wasn’t well! The resort is beautifully spread out with restaurants on the beach front with sea views & the wonderful Potami bar at the front too I also have a nut allergy & the staff are amazing, they check if it is all nuts & if it is traces too. I have never had such attention to my allergy in any other hotel outside of ikos. We definitely will be back & will continue to be part of the ikos family.

Had a most wonderful time. My partner had a replacement knee surgery recently and we used the buggy service to get around the resort. Olivia is flat, close to beach, ideally located. Staff were amazing and looked after you so well. The consiage service have a whatsapp service you can call whenever you want mini bar, towels, room service all there at your door within minutes. We will be going back.

Amazing resort, but an even more amazing team! We had a fantastic family holiday at Ikos Olivia. The resort is beautiful, with excellent facilities, a lovely beach, and everything perfectly maintained. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its people. Every member of staff was genuinely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Manos and Sofia at the beach, and Husameddin at the pool. They took wonderful care of us and always seemed to anticipate what we needed. They were outstanding, but honestly, the whole team deserves recognition. We also loved the e-Concierge service via WhatsApp. It was incredibly convenient, responsive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only tiny mystery of our stay? Every Coca-Cola we ordered seemed to have lost its bubbles! 😄 A very small detail in what was otherwise a perfect holiday. Thank you to everyone at Ikos Olivia for making our stay so memorable.
