The service was excellent! We were especially impressed by Manto, who works at The Market restaurant. Her sincerity, helpfulness, professionalism, and warm smile made a wonderful impression on us. We would also like to give special thanks to the young lady working at the reception whose name begins with the letter “A”. She spoke Russian with us and was very kind and helpful. The food was quite good and the surroundings were lovely. The only minor inconvenience was the mattress in our room, which was quite worn and sagging, so my husband and I felt as if we were sleeping “on opposite sides of a little hill.” :) The massages were excellent! Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the dark-haired massage therapist, but she did a truly wonderful and professional job. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for giving us the opportunity to relax and enjoy our stay!

On the Sani resort itself, probably the best beach, if only for stone free access to the water. It's quite a large area with 5 or 6 rows of sun beds. The area nearest the harbour are for the boat people, then resort residents and a small area near the lifeguard tower is for adults. It can be quite noisy in the main areas. There are 4 or 5 towel stations and the staff around these points are excellent. QR codes by each parasol enable you to order food and drink direct and this can be charged to your room. What we liked about the parasol and beds is they usually appoint 3 beds per parasol which gives extra space/family options. The view is of Mount Olympus across the Aegean Sea. The water is a beautiful blue and warm and you can virtually walk/wade 30m on soft sand. There is also the Dunes pool areas - these are lovely with a bar/eaterie on the middle island.

We have a 10-night stay at Sani Dunes, where we stayed in a Deluxe Collection One Bedroom Suite. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Our suite was beautiful, exceptionally clean, offered breathtaking views, and was maintained to perfection every single day. Housekeeping was simply outstanding, with incredible attention to every detail. Over the years, we have stayed at Sani Club several times and have always had wonderful experiences. However, this time Sani Dunes completely won our hearts and exceeded every expectation we had. What impressed us the most was not only the beauty of the resort, but the people behind it. Every single member of the Sani team deserves enormous recognition. From the management team to every employee we met, it was obvious that excellence is not a coincidence—it is part of the culture they have created. The level of cleanliness throughout the entire resort is simply exceptional. Every garden, every pathway, every restaurant, every beach area and every corner of the resort is maintained to absolute perfection. Everything feels elegant, peaceful and flawlessly organised. A very special thank you goes to our concierge, Ioanna. She was absolutely wonderful—always smiling, incredibly kind, professional and genuinely caring. She was always available, made every request effortless and ensured that every moment of our stay was perfect. She is a true asset to Sani. Congratulations to the entire management team. In our opinion, Sani has set the benchmark for luxury family hospitality in Greece. You have created something truly extraordinary—a resort where everything runs seamlessly and every guest feels genuinely valued. My wife and I are long-time fans of Sani Dunes. This hotel, like the entire infrastructure of the Sani resort complex, is worth every euro spent here. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's fair: a gorgeous complex, an ideal location in a nature reserve, well-trained and friendly staff everywhere, perfect cleanliness, beautiful park design, atmosphere and quality cuisine in almost every restaurant. The Suny Dunes Hotel has even more advantages compared to the already ideal complex. Great rooms and perfect service wherever you go: restaurants, reception, spa complex, gym. Landscape design on the territory is particularly admired. It's scary to imagine how much and what it costs to maintain such a beautiful territory. And of course, the main diamonds of this place are its employees! The first is the main manager of the hotel, who magically knows each guest personally. This is our personal manager, Mariopi, who, in an incomprehensible way, easily and naturally solves all guest requests quickly and efficiently. She does it before you think you need to. This is the entire staff of the Market restaurant, who warns your every wish. These are the friendly and sincere smiles of every employee we encountered at the hotel. This is the massage master Anna at the hotel's spa, a towering professional in her field and a true hidden jewel in the crown of this luxury resort. We are sincerely grateful to every employee we have encountered. We have not had a single comment or negative impression about the quality of the services provided. Fantastic hotel! We have been to beach and club previously and this year chose Dunes, best choice so far for us! Its location is so good for families with kids, easy access to marin for lunch and dinner, fantastic beach! Amazing service! We love every day of our holiday!
