We stayed at Xenios Anastasia Resort and Spa with our family this summer, and it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and waking up every morning to the blue horizon was simply magical. The atmosphere of the resort is calm, spacious, and very family-friendly, yet it still feels refined and relaxing. One of the most touching moments every day was dinner time — the entire staff gathers to welcome the guests, creating a warm and genuine sense of hospitality that you don’t often find. You really feel seen and appreciated as a guest, not just accommodated. The beach is directly in front of the hotel, and reaching it is a pleasure in itself: a short walk through olive trees that adds to the authentic Greek feeling and makes the transition from hotel to sea feel special and peaceful. The beach is clean, well-organized, and perfect for both adults and children. Overall, Xenios Anastasia Resort and Spa combines beautiful nature, excellent location, heartfelt service, and comfort. It’s an ideal choice for families who want relaxation, sea views, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

For a 5-star hotel I expect a different experience. The advertising on their website is not real. Maybe it was in the past. At check-in we had to pay an "environmental fee (75 euros)". After I pre-paid (months ago) the whole vacation, I have to pay more. But you find out this only when you reach there. Room: The room was smelling of smoke. The double bed is actually 2 beds stick together with a big edge between them. Not enough power sockets. We had only one usable power socket for charging and usage of our devices. Bathroom: One night happened to find a cockroach in bathroom. The bath tube is under every critique. Black spots (mold), shower tap and head looks like are almost broken. The panel is not stopping the water from leaking on the floor. No activity for kids, even if they promise on their website. The food and the drinks were good, at least what I consumed. The personal was friendly. But the reception interaction less pleasant. The pool was good, but it was kind annoying with the shadow because the umbrellas were not well positioned, so I had to move the seat every hour. The beach, is not very convenient. The beach is starting with ground with olive trees (for shadow) and seats, which is kinda nice. Then is followed by an abrupt edge and then it starts the actual beach, which makes impossible to leave your kids free in the water, because you can't see them. The beach itself is thin and with rocks (I knew about this). Only a very small area is rock free.

The rooms are old. We had bugs-cocroaches and i have phobia....The services are not what was in their website. They were promising animator for kids. And also program for kids. The room was never working. My kid was bored. Besides staying in pool what ahe could do. I had to give her phone... The room was smelling of cigarttes. Towels was changing everyday but one of the day they were black with something. We were prepared for nosand beach but there was no beach. Only shadow provide from olive trees. And we should go down the sea with stairs. How am i suposed to live my 6 y old kid in water only by watching it. Im not seeing her. Drinks from bar was free but idk what water they were using since i needed to go to toilet triple time more. You can visit the hotel but for difrent price.

We stayed for 5 nights and overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming. The all-inclusive package only lasted until 23:00, so if you wanted a drink after that (even just at 23:30), you had to pay extra. What was more disappointing is that we were only given one bottle of water in the minibar for the entire stay. Every time we wanted water, we had to walk to the pool bar for a glass—or pay for a bottle, which doesn’t feel very “all-inclusive.” The beach area also left much to be desired. There were no umbrellas, just some uncomfortable beds placed in the shade of olive trees. Also, there’s no sand, which may be a downside for beach lovers. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely amazing—very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay was from 14.09 till 19.09, a family of 2 adults and 2 small children and we had HB service. Staff was friendly, food was excellent, room was ok, everyday we had the room cleaned. There is a kids game room and a gym. Also a spa. The outdoor pool is nice with a smaller pool for children with lots of space. Nice garden with olive trees and a sunbeds and umbrellas you can use for free. The beach is private and suitable for children as it is shallow and not deep. There is a mini market inside hotel which is a bit outdated and not much to offer so take e food and drinks with you. The nearest bakery and supermarket is at 3 km away at Nea Skioni. Hotel is a bit outdated not really a 5 star hotel. It would get a bigger score if it is labeled as a 4 star hotel. In general we would recommend this hotel.
