You won't be thirsty or hungry. You'll have enough to eat and drink, although you'll be basicly eating the same food throughout your holiday. The food and drinks aren't anything fancy, but you'll get by. Access to the sea is over a steep slope, through stones, so sea shoes are highly recommended. The hotel staff are helpful. Only one bar, the pool bar, is open for guests. If the weather is bad, they open the lobby bar instead. The rooms are decorated in a 1990s style. As for the lifeguard, you'll notice him because he's the only one with a whistle. It's a rather sad sight. The sunbeds on the beach are old, and there are no beach umbrellas. Overall, you get low- to medium-quality service for your money. This is definitely not a five-star hotel—it's closer to a three-star property. Grass is growing between the courtyard floor tiles, and the grass around the hotel should be properly maintained and cut regulary. You have only one man masseur in the hotel, the sauna and hamam are not working at the moment. The sea is warm.

We used the Resort for buying drinks while using the beach. Staff is very nice. They offer coffees, beers, coctains. Beach in front of the resort has big olive threes. We enjoyed spending time there. I heard on the beach that rooms are not always ideal. But I don’t know for sure as I didn’t stay in the hotel

The beach is very bad, there are too many stones, but the water is clean and warm. The food is correct, but not a lot of choice. We were in a room with a closed terrace and it was ok, there is air conditioning in every room. The water in the pool is very warm. The whole resort could be much tidier. The workers at the pool bar are friendly, and the biggest praise for the young girl who works as an animator in the playroom, holds Zumba at the pool and with the children is excellent and very kind.

Rating: 1/5 Stars – Complete Fraud, Insensitivity, and a Nightmare to Avoid! ​This so-called "5-star hotel" has nothing to do with luxury, nor with basic standards of hygiene, safety, empathy, or human dignity. Staying here was an absolute nightmare from the first day to the last. ​Hygiene, Rooms, and Safety: The rooms were extremely dirty and filthy. The beds were old, uncomfortable, and broken, and the power sockets in the room were completely non-functional. The bathrooms are in a horrific condition, and the most basic necessity—hot water—was missing most of the time. The promise of a "sea view room" is a sheer lie, as the view is completely blocked by trees. Additionally, the path and access to the rooms were completely unlit and terrifying for all guests. The pictures presented on booking platforms have absolutely nothing to do with reality. ​Service, Staff, and Guest Relations: The staff is completely rude, unprofessional, and indifferent. There wasn't a single guest who wasn't complaining, and the standard response at reception was just a cold "we are sorry for your experience"—with no one bothering to change anything or offer a solution. Most devastating and heartbreaking of all is the complete lack of empathy and understanding for children with autism, whom the staff felt did not deserve any patience or basic care. Furthermore, there was absolutely no animation or entertainment for children organized by the hotel. To top off the lack of culture, we witnessed an incident at the pool where the lifeguard (female lifeguard) used offensive language, a high tone, and threats directly toward children. This is entirely unacceptable for any tourist establishment, let alone a hotel claiming five stars. ​Food and Drinks: The food was monotonous, unappealing, and tasteless. As for refreshments, to make matters worse, right after breakfast at precisely 10:00 AM, the juice and water machine is turned off, meaning you literally cannot even get a glass of drinking water! The pool bar offered only miniature sandwiches with a suspicious quality and a bad odor as the sole lunch option. ​Pool and Beach: The pool water was cloudy and obviously not cleaned regularly. The beach is a story of its own—it does not exist in the true sense of the word, as it is completely uncleaned, neglected, and unmanaged. The sun loungers are old, dirty, and broken. ​Location and Isolation: The hotel is completely isolated, far from the nearest village, with no nearby grocery stores for basic necessities. Unless you have your own car, you are literally stranded here, and taxi services are exorbitantly expensive. ​The image they sell online is total misinformation and a deception of guests. This place is not worth a single star, let alone five. Save your nerves, time, and money, and give this hotel a wide berth!

We paid for all-inclusive, five stars experience through booking.com for our honeymoon. We found nothing barely resembling 5⭐️, not even 4 for that matter. The furniture is old and paint is chipped. Walls are dirty, bathroom sink sprays water awkwardly and it sprays all over if you turn up the pressure. Using the shower leaves a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. The SPA was not open, and there was not one activity offered other than the pool (again, at a so-called all inclusive hotel). We left the very next day, and the only reason we stayed for a night was because we got there at 11 pm. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you're expecting for 4-5 stars quality. Ps. We talked to the manager, then messaged booking and got a refund to our reservation.
