The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens, an excellent beach, and truly friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was polite and always willing to assist, which we greatly appreciated. We stayed in a garden-view bungalow. Since the bungalow was surrounded by greenery, we understand that encountering some insects is to be expected. However, from the very first night, there were a large number of ants inside the room. The housekeeping staff sprayed regularly and did their best to help, but the ants continued to return throughout our stay. In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly and the remote control was missing its cover. The glass bathroom door also did not close completely. While these may seem like minor issues, they are not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and excellent service from the staff. Unfortunately, the condition of our bungalow did not reflect the 5-star standard we were expecting and could benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail.

This is one of the good hotels in Greece which I have visited in the past years. Superb service, welcome drink and a hot towel when you check-in. Small gifts like olive oil and herbs when you check out. The breakfast was great, but for 7 days was always the same. The pearl in the crown for us was the beach - clear water on 1 min walk from our room. The Italian restaurant was amazing. They are very friendly to kids. Great kids club with babysitters. Worth visiting.

We had an amazing stay at Eagles Palace everything was a perfect 10/10. The food was excellent, and the staff were always welcoming, greeting us with a smile and constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well. A special thanks to the office desk manager , who was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable. One unique highlight of our stay was the pastry lesson we got to experience – it was absolutely fantastic and added a special touch to our trip. Highly recommended if you’re staying there! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone – whether you’re a couple or a family. The beach areas are thoughtfully separated: one section offers peace and quiet, while another has a livelier atmosphere if that’s what you’re after. The rooms were spotless – cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and there’s honestly nothing to critique. A special mention goes to the girls working in the restaurant all of them were wonderful, but two in particular stood out: one from Albania and another from Ukraine. They left a great impression with their kindness and professionalism. I would sincerely recommend Eagles Palace without hesitation.☺️☺️
