We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, including the restaurants, the beach, the rooms, and all the common areas. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They were especially kind and attentive to both us and our children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was of a very good quality, with plenty of variety and delicious options every day. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the children’s buffet in the main restaurant, which mainly offered pizza and pasta. It would be great to see a wider selection of child-friendly meals. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. It is truly family-friendly, with plenty of facilities and amenities designed for both children and their parents. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service, but not as family-friendly as expected We stayed at Eagles Resort / Eagles Palace and overall the hotel is beautiful, with a high standard in many areas. The welcome was excellent — we were greeted with champagne on arrival and checked in very quickly. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a large bathroom and a truly beautiful view. The common areas, bars, restaurants and beach were also very nice. The service was very good overall. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, towels were changed regularly, and the floors were cleaned as well. We also had a situation one evening when one of our children had a fever. The hotel immediately offered to send their driver to the nearest pharmacy, and around 30 minutes later the medicine was brought to us. We only paid for the medicine itself, which we really appreciated. However, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable, especially as a family with small children. We travelled with twins and a double stroller, and the elevators were too narrow for it. This made it difficult to move around the resort and to reach the beach, as access involved either stairs or elevators we could not use with the stroller. Most of the time we had to carry the babies, who were under one year old and could not walk yet. The kids’ club was also disappointing. Free access was very limited and inconvenient: until 10:00 in the morning, from 13:30 to 14:30 during the hottest part of the day, and again after 18:30. Outside these times, access cost €40 per slot. I do not necessarily expect someone to entertain my children for free, but I do not understand why the existing kids’ area cannot simply be open for parents to use together with their children. We also had confusing experiences with restaurant reservations. We were told that later dinner times were not possible because the restaurants were fully booked, but when we were there, many tables remained empty for most of the evening. The same happened with the adults-only restaurant, which we could see from the lobby bar every night, and there were always free tables despite being told it was fully booked for our entire stay. Another negative point was that the spa pool was not working. The biggest issue was the smell in our room. Every evening there was a very strong and unpleasant sewage smell that lasted throughout the night. We reported it several times, and although someone was sent to the room, nothing changed. The smell was also noticeable in the corridors of the entire wing. Only one day before the end of our stay were we offered another room, but at that point, with two babies and a lot of luggage, moving rooms for just one night no longer made sense. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the service was very good, but for families with babies, twins or small children, it was not as practical or family-friendly as expected.

We chose this hotel for the first time based on our friends’ recommendation. Considering the amount we paid, our expectations were high, but unfortunately, our stay was a huge disappointment. When we arrived, we had to wait a very long time for our room with a young child. I also would not describe this as a child-friendly hotel. The kids’ menu is extremely limited. A child who spends the day at the beach or pool cannot be expected to eat burgers and fries every day. It was surprising that there wasn’t even a simple pasta option. The Kids Club was also extremely disappointing. It was very small, poorly equipped, and offered very limited activities. For a hotel in this price range, we expected a much better children’s facility. The buffet food often seemed as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The quality and taste were below expectations. The placemats on the tables also did not seem hygienic, as they appeared to be reused without being properly cleaned. Disposable paper placemats would be a much better option. My husband follows a gluten-free diet. We informed the hotel upon check-in and were told that gluten-free options were available. However, at breakfast, the bakery section was mixed together, and there were no clearly separated gluten-free options that he could eat safely. The bartender at the beach bar who prepared the cocktails was unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help, which negatively affected our overall experience. We also asked for cold bottled water to be placed in our room, but our request was never fulfilled. Unfortunately, we did not receive the level of service we expected for the price we paid. There are many hotels in this price range that offer a much better experience. We definitely would not recommend this hotel, and we will not be returning.

The hotel has a beautiful location right on the beach, and the quiet beach area is honestly a great idea. The view was definitely the highlight of our stay and what makes this place feel special. The room was perfectly fine, but not really what we expected from a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was quite small, the balcony did not feel very clean or welcoming, and overall the room felt a bit impersonal. The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow. The buffet food was average for us. We understand that it is probably difficult to offer truly excellent quality with such a large buffet service, but we appreciated that the team made an effort to adapt some options to our meat-free diet. That gesture meant a lot to us. The staff were generally friendly, although part of the team seemed inexperienced and sometimes a bit disorganized. During meals, the waiters often seemed in a hurry to clear plates, even while we were still eating, which made the dining experience feel rushed. The hotel was also extremely family-oriented, with many small children around. For families this may be ideal, but for us the noise level during meals made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time. Overall, we enjoyed the location and the view very much, but for our personal preferences it is probably not a place we would return to.

We just returned from a very nice week at Eagle Resort!! The resort is very nice, full of greenery with a blue sea and sparkling sand that you can't easily resist! The interior is renovated and blends very beautifully with the spectacular landscape that approaches you as soon as you leave it! What made this vacation even more special were the a la carte restaurants whose food was very delicious! Special thanks to Stefano at Armyra and Vinium restaurant who explained in detail every food and taste of the Greek dishes that we tried, making them even more delicious than they really were.. Our little boys wanted to have lunch and dinner where their friend Stefano was! Thanks also to Elisabeth at the reception, a smiling girl who always tried to make us feel welcome by organizing my birthday dinner near our favorite restaurant by the sea under the sunset! Thanks also to Ioannis at the beach bar who fulfilled the boys' wishes for their preferred drinks, always smiling!! The only thing we didn't like was the tax we had to pay for the air conditioning in our suite!
