⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Never Disappoints! Another wonderful stay at Jardines de Nivaria ❤️ We’ve stayed here many times now, and it really has become our second home. I feel like I write the same things in every review because, quite simply, the hotel continues to be fabulous! 😂 The whole team consistently go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Nothing is too much trouble, and that genuine warmth and personal service is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, and the daily housekeeping is impeccable. Everything is beautifully maintained and it’s always a pleasure to return to your room after a day out. The food is delicious, with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. I had a little joke with Ana during one of our regular chats that having UK sausages at breakfast would make my hubby a very happy man. Well… as if by magic, they appeared during our latest stay! 🌭😂 Now that’s what I call listening to your guests! I did also ask for lights to be fitted in the wardrobe… and I’m still waiting, Ana! 🤣😂 Perhaps this will be the visit when it finally happens! 😉 The hotel grounds are simply beautiful, with stunning gardens, waterfalls and so many lovely little areas to sit and enjoy. We also love the fact that you can walk through the back gate directly onto the promenade — perfect for an evening stroll along the coast. And then there’s La Cúpula, the Michelin-starred restaurant within the hotel. It is every bit as special as Jardines de Nivaria itself and provides a truly exceptional dining experience. What makes Jardines de Nivaria so special to us, though, is the people. You’re not treated like just another guest — there’s a genuine feeling of being welcomed back to somewhere familiar and loved. Thank you to everyone at Jardines de Nivaria for yet another wonderful stay. ❤️ We’ll be back, of course… although I’m beginning to think I need to stop mentioning those wardrobe lights! 🤣😂 Until next time — our second home. ❤️

We visit Costa Adeji a lot and we love to visit other hotels to see if we would like to book in the future… it’s an ideal way to see if you like the vibe of the hotel.. we’d read great things about Jardines De Nivaria so we thought we’d visit… unfortunately we were greeted suspiciously by an extremely rude and confrontational concierge… who quite rightly asked us if we where guests… we explained we wasn’t and that we just wanted a quick look and maybe a drink in the bar….. we were told to remain on the reception floor only.. we where then tracked and confronted again asking what we where doing…… it turns out he thought we wanted to use the toilets which we did not…. I can appreciate people may try this…. But not us….. we will not be stopping in this hotel and suggest the hotel review how they greet potential future guests.

We stayed at Jardines de Nivaria as a family of four and had a genuinely excellent holiday. After a long journey, arriving somewhere that immediately feels calm, welcoming and beautifully looked after is worth a great dealand that was exactly the case here. The hotel combines classic elegance with a relaxed atmosphere. The gardens, pool area and the striking lobby with its glass dome make the whole property feel special without ever becoming overdone. Our rooms in the Guajara building were spacious, very comfortable and impeccably maintained. What stood out most was the service: attentive, warm and professional throughout, yet never intrusive. The location is excellent as well, with the beach and promenade right on the doorstep, perfect for an early walk, a relaxed pool day or an evening by the sea. A place that makes it easy to slow down and simply enjoy being on Tenerife. We left with lovely family memories and would happily return. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a cut above, they understand service in a way that other big chain hoteliers just don’t. This is reflected in their retention of beloved staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience. We have returned after 3 years and feel exactly as we did valued and respected this will continue to be our favourite hotel for many years to come. Even after experiencing issues with our room this time they were dealt with speedily (within the hour) and without any problem. We cannot fault them. It was lovely to see Ana still here giving us exceptional service with such warmth in the Tiffany Bar.

On our way home from four nights at this fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was impeccable and so friendly. The room we had was gorgeous, big balcony and the shower in the bathroom one of the best I've had (this is an important criteria in my holiday people 🤣🤣) Everywhere is clean and fresh with beautiful, well tended gardens all around. The pool is delightful, be brave and give the cold water fresh one a go, it was wonderful after the first sharp intake of breath! Breakfast was brilliant, something for everyone and again, service excellent. The poolside restaurant was also fab. We had lunch daily and dinner twice as it was SO good as well and the team looking after us. Always a smile and a joke and great recommendations for wine which wasn't expensive. My only constructive comment would be the a la carte fine dining restaurant.. we arrived on Saturday evening and it just had no atmosphere. (Sorry) The menu for a vegetarian should have been ordered 24 hours before which just seemed unusual to us. We didn't stay but lucky us, found the other restaurant instead with the freshest of ingredients and wonderful service. The cocktail bar team were also excellent, patient with our decision making and laughing at our hilarity throughout many card games. Thank you to every single team member for making our stay in U110 so wonderful and especially to the young lady who kept our room so clean for us, we loved coming back after a day poolside.
