Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, atmosphere, and impeccable service, creating a truly first-class experience in the south of Tenerife. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the poolside bar service. The team works tirelessly throughout the day, always attentive, friendly, and professional. In particular, Mary deserves special recognition. Her service was impeccable — she ensured our drinks were refreshed all day long, always with a warm smile and genuine attentiveness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which made our days by the pool effortless and relaxing. The staff speak fluent English, which makes everything seamless for international guests, and their dedication and work ethic are clear to see. They are consistently attentive despite the busy atmosphere, and they truly are a credit to the establishment. Beyond the service, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with fantastic pools, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent facilities. The food and drink options are varied and high quality, and the overall standard throughout the resort is outstanding. We left feeling genuinely looked after and already looking forward to returning. A well-deserved five stars.

I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff always willing to help. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, making every morning enjoyable. I especially loved the adults-only pool area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere and was very well maintained. I would also like to give special recognition to Cristine at the Rock Shop. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay. I would happily recommend Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and look forward to returning in the future.

We have went to bahia fantasia past 2 years. Wanted to go there again this year but they made everything so difficult when booking. So we tried the Hard rock hotel and took a gamble. It really paid off. From the minute we arrived they say 1st impressions really last and the 1st person we met was Byron on check in. We travelled as a family of four. I booked a silver suite which looked a lovely room but Byron gave us an upgrade to a platinum suite to offer us more room. Check in was done very quickly and we got all our information from Byron. It cost a bit more than the bahia but it is worth penny. Food is top class plenty of options. The complex is quite big but absolutely spotless. Our little girl has been quite sick since we arrived. But Byron set the tone for this fantastic hotel as all the other members of staff have been so helpful nothing is a problem. The pool areas are really modern with great facilities. Music is fantastic each day and a really chilled out relaxing vibe around the place. Plenty of options for breakfast lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant. We are still here and looking forward to the rest of our holiday. I have a feeling we will definitely be returning next year and will be recommending this hotel to all out family and friends.

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was exceptional from the moment we arrived. From the warm welcome to the room upgrade, everything felt premium and well thought out. A special thank you to Ivan and his team at the pool bar, Idu and of course the legend that is Dave from the Rock Royalty concierge team, who looked after us every day and made our stay even more memorable. Their service was outstanding and genuinely made a difference to our experience. The food was top-notch every single day, with a great variety and consistently high standards. The drink selection was excellent too, and overall the hotel has absolutely everything you need if you’re looking for a complete escape where you can stay in the resort and not need to leave. The whole place is kept spotless, the staff work incredibly hard, and it really shows in every detail, from the food preparation to the drinks service and the cleanliness across the hotel. The only slight downside for families with young children is that the evening entertainment starts quite late (around 8:30pm), which was a bit tricky as our children are usually in bed by 7pm. But aside from that, it was an incredible holiday. We only wish we remembered more names because every member of staff we came across played a part in making this such a memorable trip. Thank you all for your hard work and for making our family holiday so special. We will definitely be back.

My stay at the hard rock hotel has been nothing short of amazing. Not only is the hotel itself beautiful, the rooms amazing, but also the service received throughout. Most importantly the attentiveness to my coeliac disease when at restaurants and buffet breakfasts. Fresh food is always prepared from the back for me at the buffet and the allergen card has been very helpful when dining in their restaurants. My favourite was Sueno Chido, which offered lovely dinner options with a great view. David, Alissa, and Valentina were very friendly and provided great service throughout dinner reservations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a stay in Tenerife.
