What an incredible experience from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more from our stay. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. This was our daughter’s very first holiday, and the team made it extra special for us — something we will always remember and be so grateful for. ❤️ We stayed in a Junior Suite on the top floor, and it was absolutely incredible. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. A very special mention has to go to Gabi on reception. She was simply amazing — one of the friendliest, kindest and most helpful people we have ever met. She genuinely went above and beyond for us and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Thank you, Gabi! We also want to thank the wonderful door and reception team who helped us with our luggage, the fantastic bar staff, and the lovely lady in the spa who was incredibly helpful and kind. Honestly, every member of staff we encountered was brilliant. And the food… impeccable! There was such an amazing variety and so many different choices. Everything was delicious, and there really was something for everyone. We couldn’t fault a single thing. It was the most amazing week, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to everybody at the hotel for making our holiday, and especially our daughter’s first holiday, so memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A million stars if we could give them! We will definitely be back! ❤️

Overall a really great stay with a few quirks. The pools are phenomenal and it truly is a slice of paradise. Not overly crowded, comfy bali beds and attentive pool side service. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping was absolutely fantastic, twice a day, spotlessly clean. Truly the backbone of the hotel. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Great variety of themed food nights also kept things interesting - although Mediterranean, Canarian, Spanish back to back did start to get a bit blurred in terms of the differences. Gym was excellent and the location was great for getting to and from the beach easily. The bad. What annoyed me the most - charging for tap water at dinner - will to me always feel lke a scam (made particularly infuriating since they have free filtered water dispenser at breakfast that then inexplicably disappears during the evening!!). God forbid you bring a bottle of water in with you to dinner, truly unacceptable behavior! Servers were very friendly but I feel the seating of guests and payment of drinks could be handled differently. After a meal or two on a 6 night stay, being shown to a table is an unnecessary piece of theatre in my opinion. Tell em yer your room number, plonk yourself down and enjoy a meal. It is a buffet at the end of the day not a michelin star restaurant, so no need for the performance. Additionally, once you've been scalped for your tap water, a fairly stiff maître d' suddenly appearing mid meal brandishing an iPad for you to sign felt a bit intrusive. Finally, the spa circuit was embarrassing. We had been given a free entry, but with the main outdoor spa area closed for renovation (fair enough I get maintenance is a necessary evil) - we looked forward to the regular amenities. The steam room was out of order. Cold plunge was room temperature, sauna was barely warm and the intriguingly named 'feeling shower' was a bog standard shower. Left after 5 minutes and went back to the incredible outdoor adults only pool for the afternoon. Would've been fuming if I'd paid money for it. Regardless a great stay on a beautiful property in a beautiful location and wouldn't have traded those memories for the world. P.S why is there a phone in the toilet in your room?

We had an exceptional stay at Vincci La Plantación del Sur. From the very first moment we were made to feel pampered. We received a warm welcome from the lovely porter Olivier who always greeted us with a smile and stopped to chat. The resort had an array of activities (while still maintaining a quiet and relaxing atmosphere - this is not a party hotel thankfully but a place to relax and unwind) that were so much fun -- from jewellery making to aquagym, learning to make a mojito, yoga and Latin dancing -- all run by Montse and Monica who were always so kind and gracious with us, giving us such a good time during our stay. And the spa was wonderful, it really felt like a luxury experience for an affordable price, with incredibly talented masseurs and front desk team who are really kind and want to make your spa experience as top notch as possible. All the staff were exceptional and lovely and that's what really made our stay. We definitely plan to come back!

The best experience of our whole trip. The stay was outstanding! The bed was so comfortable, the buffet breakfast was so great. And the views 💯. The hospitality was top notch. Its also great for a family vacation (if you want a cozy stay with your kids). Every corner of the hotel is so well maintained and clean. Cant appreciate them enough. Will surely be back! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Vincci and it was exactly what I needed. The food was consistently excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout my stay. The team were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a real difference travelling solo. I stayed in a Superior Room and found it more than spacious enough for one person. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. This hotel was perfect for a solo trip and gave me the opportunity to properly switch off and recharge. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will most definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely experience.
