This program starts at check in time at 15:00 and ends on the day of your departure at 12:00. During Check-In you will get a wristband that will identify you to all the staff of the Hotel. This wristband with your key room card is your free pass in the Hotel and you must always wear it. It will be removed at Check-Out. Pros - great pool area, plenty to do, with some decent daytime and evening entertainment. Nice big balcony. Cheap! Ok selection of food, but the quality of the food is poor. Cons - Rooms are dated and the furniture is super old. Noisy due to being on the flight path to the airport. Beds and sofa very old, tired and uncomfortable. Evening entertainment is held indoor in a smallish bar, we could of get a seat 3 of the 7 nights. All inclusive alcohol is a bit nasty, drinks aren't great. Overall for what you pay its an ok hotel, if they sorted the rooms it would rank a lot higher, as the hotel itself looks really nice. They clean the rooms every other day. They do claim to be a 5 star hotel, they definitely are not. Hard to give it anymore then 3 stars. There is a ant infestation around the pool area and our room balcony, which was 3 floors up. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but not bad for what you pay for.

Family of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers all enjoyed our stay. Hotel food is great, amazing selection and different themes each night. Good entertainment during the day for all and also had evening entertainment on offer. All inclusive offering is great value. Hotel is clean and staff are lovely. David on reception was particularly attentive on check in. Golf de sur is a quieter location than Los Cristianos and Playas which suited us. Taxis are very reasonable to visit other places like Siam Park and very close to airport. New local steak restaurant Asador Zanzibar Golf plus Sakura Tiepanyaki and Queen Mary restaurants 5 mins walk away are all well worth a visit. We only eat out a few times as hotel food was so good and offered great variety

nice hotel very close to the Airport which has to sides of the story. The good thing is: you can reach the Airport within 15min / on the other side: it is loud ther, especially when planes start direction west, which we had for 2 days...but: we could deal with it - and over night it is quiet. Room was very big, very clean, the whole personnel was simply lovely...everybody was superfriendly!!! One point that needs to be mentioned: they need renovation, in some corners there are significant signs of wear and damages, but our room was absolutely ok! breakfast and dinner are with a big variety of different tastes and it was really GOOD. Overall i would give it a 4 stars - so we were happy

Our stay was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time with family, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It made our trip even more special. Highly recommended for families

We stayed here for a night before transferring to a boat in marina for a cruise. Reception was quick and nice, providing all of the information we needed. Hotel has a bus stop next to the entrance, so you can get here quite easily from the airport. There is a parking on site, however we had no problems on finding a free spot nearby. When it comes to facilities there is a swimming pool in the back, with a bar and a kids playground, so there is something to do. However, the Atlantis spa which looking at the paths was once part of the hotel is now fenced off, and overall there is nothing much else. Overall the hotel doesn't feel like 5 star for sure, even a 4 would be a stretch. It's clean but feels outdated, especially the rooms. Maybe that's why it was cheaper, then anything else in the surrounding area.
