I don’t even know where to start. Our time there was magnificent. From the moment we stepped foot inside the hotel lobby to check in, we felt completely at ease and we knew our vacation was about to be great. Not only the hotel is stunning, but the people in it make you feel truly appreciated. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the guy at the pool serving us drinks (honourable mention to our guy Giovanni). Truly, we couldn’t be happier. If we’re ever in Tenerife again, you can be sure we’re coming back to Tivoli. Thank you so much for making our vacation so much better!

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. It is big, bright and clean and all the staff are very friendly. Don't be fooled by the marketing materials that may make it seem like an exclusively adults-only venue; the hotel is very family-friendly. There is a nice beach just a few minutes' walk away and various restaurants and shops around. I wanted to call out our experience with my daughter's multiple food allergies (dairy, nuts and sesame). We stayed on a half-board basis and had every breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant (Gusto). The buffet has allergy labels on most items, which is already a great start. But having informed the hotel of her allergies in advance, the front desk of the restaurant met us every visit, asked what she would like to eat on that visit, and then went to the kitchen and got them to double check the allergens on all the items and prepare a fresh dish for her to avoid any cross-contamination from the buffet. She was able to have specially made dairy-free pancakes every morning, and was able to try a good sample of the evening dishes over the course of the week. Best of all, they always brought out a special surprise dessert for her at the end of every night - and some of these desserts looked (and tasted!) incredible, like Michelin-star quality! This level of service is more than we could have hoped for, and we were truly grateful that our daughter felt so included in all the meals over the holiday. She felt very safe throughout and definitely very pampered.

A truly unforgettable stay This is our first time in Tenerife, and although we are only halfway through our holiday, we can already say that this has become one of the best holidays we have ever had. We are extremely happy that we chose Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort. During our walks along the coast, we often say to each other that this is the most beautiful hotel in the area — and we genuinely mean it. Everything has been excellent: the service, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and the outstanding cleanliness throughout the hotel, not only in our room but also around the entire resort. The team is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. We would also like to give special thanks to Zsuzsa, Gabriel, and Fanni for their warm and personal welcome message, which was a very touching surprise and meant a lot to us. We have already decided that we would definitely love to come back, because we feel so happy and comfortable here. We can only recommend this hotel to everyone. We are truly grateful to be here, and this holiday will remain a wonderful memory forever.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service throughout our stay was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which really made a difference. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and our 15th wedding anniversary while we were there, and the hotel helped make the occasion even more special. We also treated ourselves to a hot stone treatment, which was a real treat and the perfect way to relax and unwind. We genuinely had such a wonderful time that we’re already looking at booking again for next summer. That probably says it all! A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Four days into our seven day holiday and we feel completely at home… we’re already planning our return! ❤️ I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The customer service has been exceptional. Every single member of the team has been warm, welcoming and helpful. They made such a thoughtful effort to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was incredibly appreciated. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the communal areas and our room are immaculately clean. The breakfast and dinner included with our package have been delicious every day—so much variety, all prepared and cooked to perfection. There is something for everyone here: sports bar, chill out areas, pool with music, family pools and quieter adult areas, we’ve never struggled to find a sun lounger. The evening entertainment has been fantastic too - the live singers are top notch, we love hearing their voices drifting through our open balcony doors as the sun goes down. The location is perfect - La Caleta is a very pretty part of the island, there are shops and a small mall just a short walk away, and we have beautiful sea views from both our balcony and even from our bed. There’s also a good gym, padel courts (with great quality coaching sessions available - a nod to Alan!), an extensive spa, and two fabulous restaurants, Seen and Yakuza. It really does have everything. One piece of advice, though: after a nightmare experience with Love Holidays, who completely ripped us off on a room upgrade, I’d strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel. We certainly will next time!
