Just came home from a relaxing 5 day stay at the Alila Seminyak and I am already missing the resort and the very comfortable hotel room. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made the resort really feel like a 2nd home. Rina the lobby manager really went the extra mile and was especially helpful in making our stay just perfect. Indra at the pool kept us well equipped with drinks and towels every evening as we enjoyed the gorgeous sunset. Bayu provided excellent service during breakfast at Seasalt. We also appreciate the small touches from housekeeping by Sweca and Bisma keeping our room fresh and well appointed throughout the day. Can't wait to return to Bali and relax at Alila Seminyak

Alila Seminyak was a 10 out of 5 experience and truly one of the best Hyatt stays I have ever had in nearly 30 years of traveling with Hyatt. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The property is absolutely beautiful, the oceanfront setting is stunning, and the entire resort has a peaceful, refined, and welcoming feel. The rooms, service, food, pool areas, and overall atmosphere were all outstanding. What really made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and professional. They made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive, and the service was among the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. After decades of staying at Hyatt properties, Alila Seminyak stands out as one of the very best. It was relaxing, beautiful, polished, and memorable in every way. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation. Love this place!

We had such a wonderful brunch experience at Sea Salt with my family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and truly special. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention goes into every detail. The variety of menu choices was excellent, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. What made the experience even more memorable was the amazing hospitality from all the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire brunch. The service was professional yet very warm and personal, which created such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for our family gathering. The ambiance of the restaurant is also stunning — elegant, peaceful, and perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. Combined with the beautiful setting of Alila Seminyak, it truly became one of the best brunch experiences we’ve had in Bali. Thank you to the entire team for making our family brunch so memorable. This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Loved having an adult infinity pool - quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was very nice, the uninterrupted ocean views made it so enjoyable. Our room was very functional and modern. Location is tucked a little away for the busy part of Seminyak but close to really good restaurants. We will be back for sure.

Pictures do not do this place justice. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service level is just top tier across the board - from front desk, to the porters, service staff, breakfast, dinner, the spa, and even Chef Hazwan who was a delight to see and talk to during mealtimes. The room itself (we took one of the deluxe suite) was huge and beautifully appointed, and everything was well thought out. Anything you might need, you could request - if they didn’t already provide it. For example, the signature sunscreen and after sun cooling gel they provided was better than my own so I just used those. While lounging at the pools, the pool staff would bring you two cold bottles of water, and is always there to assist you should you need them. The beach in front of the hotel is kept pristine and is absolutely lovely. The sunsets are divine. The shower and tub comes with wonderful smelling shower gel and bubble bath. The food is amazing. The location is wonderful as it’s just a short walk from the great restaurants and shops in Seminyak. The only minor complaint I have is it’s proximity to the neighbouring beach club Mrs Sippy. If you were resting in the day (which you likely would given the wonderful room), the folks from next door can be partying a bit too hard sometimes. I plug in my headphones and don’t hear them. Truly one of the best hotels in the world. Stay here if you are looking for somewhere in Seminyak to base your Bali holiday.
