Just came home from a relaxing 5 day stay at the Alila Seminyak and I am already missing the resort and the very comfortable hotel room. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made the resort really feel like a 2nd home. Rina the lobby manager really went the extra mile and was especially helpful in making our stay just perfect. Indra at the pool kept us well equipped with drinks and towels every evening as we enjoyed the gorgeous sunset. Bayu provided excellent service during breakfast at Seasalt. We also appreciate the small touches from housekeeping by Sweca and Bisma keeping our room fresh and well appointed throughout the day. Can't wait to return to Bali and relax at Alila Seminyak

We had such a wonderful brunch experience at Sea Salt with my family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and truly special. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention goes into every detail. The variety of menu choices was excellent, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. What made the experience even more memorable was the amazing hospitality from all the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire brunch. The service was professional yet very warm and personal, which created such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for our family gathering. The ambiance of the restaurant is also stunning — elegant, peaceful, and perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. Combined with the beautiful setting of Alila Seminyak, it truly became one of the best brunch experiences we’ve had in Bali. Thank you to the entire team for making our family brunch so memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a beautiful dining experience in Bali. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A truly satisfying stay experience. The location is perfectly set right on the beachfront, offering breathtaking sunset views. The room was comfortable with a modern minimalist design, the facilities were complete, and the staff provided professional and warm hospitality throughout our stay. We had such a beautiful time at Alila thid February. It’s our third time staying at Alila & they never disappoint. If anything it just gets better, more exceptional, more friendly and just a really well run resort. The facilities are incredible, pools are divine & the most kind staff we’ve ever had in Bali. Shout out to Suzi & Rena in Alila Play for looking after our son. A huge thank you to the sea salt staff especially Krisna who looked after us while we had a stomach bug. See you soon!

Just got back from Bali and stayed at the Alila. Honestly, the staff there are legends—so helpful and the service was 10/10. But the rooms felt a bit cramped for the price, and the biggest issue? My whole family is back in Australia and we are all floored with some kind of "dirty water" bug. We were so careful! We ate almost every meal at the hotel (plus one at Potato Head) and only drank bottled water, but we’re all dealing with high fevers, nausea, and stomach pain. It’s actually really scary when you think about it. The water quality in Bali is getting so bad that even staying at a 5-star resort doesn't protect you. I saw so many babies and toddlers at the hotel—I can’t imagine how hard it would be for a little one to deal with these symptoms. Bali is beautiful and the hospitality is amazing, but if the government doesn't fix these basic water and health issues, people are going to stop coming. You shouldn't have to spend your whole flight home sick after a luxury holiday.
