Had an amazing stay at Pullman Bali Legian! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options, the room was amazing, very comfortable and clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. All the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A special thank you to Manager Dodi for all the help and hospitality throughout my stay. I honestly feel like I found a friend in Bali . His kindness and professionalism made the whole experience even more memorable. Because of the amazing hospitality here, I will definitely be coming back again and will also be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

The staff were truly wonderful, very helpful, patient, and lovely. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. I’d especially like to mention the breakfast team: Cahya, Seni, and Haity, who were incredibly accommodating and always went out of their way to help with a smile. They made every morning a pleasure, whether it was preparing our favorite dishes or suggesting new options we might enjoy. The staff at the reception were also wonderful, always serving with a great attitude and making check-in and check-out seamless. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at the swimming pool serving drinks,I believe his name was Rwandan, such a lovely fella, always attentive, cheerful, and serving with a warm smile that brightened the day. Also, many thanks to our housekeeper, Adipramaa, for the meticulous care and attention to detail in keeping our room spotless and comfortable. Generally, all the staff were wonderful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every interaction, whether small or large, reflected genuine kindness, patience, and dedication. I would definitely recommend anyone considering a stay here not to give it a second thought. This hotel is an absolute gem, and the staff alone make it an experience worth repeating. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already planning our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Legian Beach Bali, but as someone with coeliac disease, eating safely while travelling is always one of my biggest concerns. The breakfast team made such a positive difference to my holiday, especially Haity Perak. Haity went above and beyond every single morning. She took the time to help me identify safe gluten-free options, understood the importance of avoiding cross-contamination, and even arranged for fresh gluten-free pancakes to be made for me each day. Her knowledge of coeliac disease was outstanding, and she always greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her exceptional service made me feel safe, cared for and able to enjoy breakfast without worry. Thank you, Haiti, for making my holiday so much easier and more enjoyable. Pullman is very lucky to have you! A special thank you to Chef Mariyasa for preparing the most delicious gluten-free pancakes during my stay at Pullman Legian Beach Bali. As someone with coeliac disease, it's rare to find gluten-free food that is both safe and exceptional, but these pancakes were honestly some of the best I've ever had. I really appreciated the care, quality and consistency that went into preparing them every morning. Thank you for making breakfast something I looked forward to each day. Your attention to detail and commitment to guests with dietary requirements is truly appreciated.

Our family had a wonderful 3 days, 2 nights stay at Pullman Bali Legian. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the kids club, swimming pool, and the excellent location, which made our holiday both relaxing and convenient. We would like to express our appreciation to Wisnu who was so attentive to us Thank you for taking such great care of our children and making their experience so enjoyable. There was also another lovely staff member who assisted us throughout our stay, the staff who deliver the amenities when we arrive, unfortunately, we didn’t know his name, but we are equally grateful for her kindness and dedication. Thank you once again to Wisnu (assisted us for check in) and Dewi (who assisted us for check out) from Front desk and all the other attendants who were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The warm hospitality from every staff member truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire staff for making our family vacation so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to families visiting Bali.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it for a weekend family staycation! There were so many activities for kids, which kept our little one entertained throughout the stay. We especially loved the movie night at the main garden enjoying popcorn and snacks at a reasonable price made it even more fun and memorable for the whole family. It was also great to reconnect with our old friend here. Special thanks to Yudi for the warmest welcome and hospitality from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. As a Balinese, I truly appreciated the variety of local dishes, especially the stir-fried beef with tomato and sambal embe. Everything felt rich, authentic, and comforting. The salad bar was also a solid 10/10 🫶🏻 Huge kudos to the Pullman kitchen team for delivering such a delicious and memorable breakfast experience. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back again! ❤️
