We had a wonderful stay at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. When researching where to stay in Ubud, one of the main reasons I chose Maya was the consistently excellent reviews about their buffet breakfast and it did not disappoint. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What impressed us most was that the selection changed daily, so there was always something new to try. It quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. The resort itself is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a peaceful escape from the busy tourist areas. Waking up to the sounds of birds, enjoying the beautiful views, and even spotting the occasional monkey made the experience even more special. One thing we loved is that you really don’t need to leave the resort if your goal is to relax. Everything is already there, from quality restaurants and beautiful infinity pools to the spa, walking paths, and stunning natural surroundings. It felt like a destination in itself. We also treated ourselves to a spa package, which included a massage, facial, and flower bath. The experience was incredibly relaxing and professionally delivered. It was the perfect way to unwind and added another memorable highlight to our stay. Most of all, the hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help especially Dewi, Yuni, Mang Ari and the rest of the team. The complimentary shuttle to Ubud Centre was also a great convenience for guests who wish to explore the town. Thank you, Maya Ubud, for making our holiday so relaxing and memorable. Had an amazing time here at Maya Ubud! We stayed in the villa and it was absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and peaceful. A nice oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Despite this, access to the city center was still convenient via 5 minute hotel shuttle. All hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Views from the pool were stunning. I also highly recommend the full body balinese massage, extremely relaxing and the highlight of our stay for sure. Butler team - especially Arya and Damen - was amazing. Everyone at the resort was friendly and helpful. The servers at the restaurants were also wonderful - especially Sadewa. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the future.

I had the best time and an unforgettable stay at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. The resort is stunning, surrounded by lush nature, with beautiful infinity pools that make it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality here is truly exceptional and made the experience feel very personal. A special thank you to Dewi, Indra, Parka, and Angga, and the wonderful butlers Ganga, Eka, and Rani for their genuine care and attentiveness throughout my stay. The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel looked after. The spa is incredible and one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had, and the entertainment and overall atmosphere added so much to the stay. Highly recommend Maya Ubud for anyone looking for luxury, tranquility, and heartfelt Balinese hospitality.

Such a beautiful stay! All staff were so kind and helpful especially our butlers Rani and Satria. Amazing pools and villas were perfect. Food delicious and location amazing. Shuttle bus every hour into town. So easy. Recommend to everyone wanting a tranquil retreat in the forest with birds, butterflies and gentle dragonflies around

We visited Maya Ubud Resort & Spa for 1 week with my 1.5 year old daughter. The service was impeccable and they always welcomed our daughter in the kindness way. The restaurant waiters and waitresses are the loveliest people we have met and made our meals as comfortable as possible despite my daughter wanting to run around. The hotel is big but there is a feeling of coziness and privacy that we haven‘t experienced in similar hotels. The food is incredibly tasty and all our allergies and intolerances were carefully looked after. We also did the photoshoot and were very positively surprised with the results. We hope to come back soon, we are still talking about our stay in your hotel. 100% recommended without doubt.
