The hotel is architecturally stunning and the grounds are surrreal, plus you know you are in a very special place. If you want a place to relax, there are many corners that will tick all your boxes. We stayed in a garden view room with the added bonus of sharing our nearby space with a beautiful pond, two adorable peacocks and two dozen ducks. The grounds are manicured to pefection and a number of artifacts will keep your camera clicking. Our room itself contained a lot of original wood carvings that will immerse you into a time of beauty and craftmanship. The bed is super comfy and although we are not good sleepers, we slept well in this room. The staff are very supportive and on hand when required. The club room lounge is a real work of art and a lovely space, plus the staff are so attentive in making your stay very, very special. The spa is another plus with the added bonus of the lap pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The beach again is a nice area to relax and plenty of staff are around with menus at the ready. Both pool areas were a bit crowded, but you are just a few steps from the beach so who cares. The main breakfast room, we did not like, it was more like a motorway cafe, hence not a nice relaxing space. Maybe the tarimind beach restaurant would be a better venue. The breakfast on offer was nevertheless excellent. The themed dinners at night were very good, but maybe need to go the extra mile to reach the tastes we experienced at the Bambu Restaurant outside. In conclusion if you want a wonderful holiday away from the common concrete hotel structures this place ticks all the boxes.

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Staff & Perfect Location! ​Had a brilliant stay here with my folks! The hotel has a fantastic Staff that makes you feel right at home. ​The absolute stars of the show are the staff—huge thanks to Thrisna and Muliarta for being so helpful and professional. The food was excellent, and the gardens are some of the most beautiful I’ve seen. We loved being able to walk or ride along the coastal path right from the doorstep. ​It’s an older property, so it can be a bit noisy at times at the moment with renovations, but the amazing service and prime location more than make up for it. Highly recommended for a classic Nusa Dua experience!

A great location on the beach with a great Balinese welcome. Rooms are quite classic, marble tiles and lots of carved wood. Garden and pool view rooms on the ground floor are maybe a little less private if you want to get away from everyone. The resort itself is huge, the pool is enormous and there are bars and restaurants at intervals all the way round, food and drinks ranging from Mexican, Indian and classic Balinese dishes. Easy access to the beach walk from which there are another massive amount of drinking and eating options outside the hotel itself. The breakfast buffet is not to miss and has a much, much greater selection than the Palace Cloud, although the club is great for evening cocktails. A good mix of ages throughout and for its size the whole place remains quite quiet. Definitely worth a look.

Stayed here in June 2025 for my brothers wedding and had an amazing time. We were greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to our room. Room was spacious and clean, however the shower would fill up too quickly and flood which got annoying. The bed was also quite squeaky at subtle movements, besides that all was fine. The resort has everything you need and the private beach is perfect. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, honestly amazing! The wedding was perfect and the staff all did an amazing job at making sure that the wedding and our stay was great. My brother got upgraded to a suite which really elevated the stay for all us guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

I liked the resort overall. While Nusa Dua may not have much to do in the area besides enjoy the beach the beach is of excellent quality. I wish they could keep the vendors off site but I'm sure there's a legal reason they can't push them out. This resort has plenty of great resort activities like site tours, cultural events, and my personal favorite was actually the fruit carving. Be aware I was told no rooms have ocean views which I found was a strange design choice. All rooms instead have garden views. The room was nice and quite "Balinese." Staff were pleasant and the resort beautiful (though very maze-like).
