My friend n I recently had the extremely wonderful pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort. It was our first time in Bali n from the moment we landed till the time we took off back home we both had the time of our lives n it’s the best holiday ever without a doubt. The hotel is absolutely amazing n couldn’t fault anything at all. Staff were all so friendly n welcoming n attentive, the room was stunning n with the bonus of private pool access, it was great. The food was amazing especially the nasi goreng, the omelette at the egg station in the restaurant were amazing n thank u to koning for keeping up with all the orders with a lovely smile. Staff at the pool bar went above n beyond to make sure we were all well hydrated n had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the public areas n our room was fantastic, the beach was gorgeous, activities were great, the Mediterranean bbqs were great n we really enjoyed the fire dancers. Front of house staff were great n courteous n even tho we never had any issues they were all lovely 🥰 definitely a 10 star ⭐️ hotel n we would love to come back next year n I’ve recommended u to all my friends, so thank u again for everything especially as we got to see some elephants at the mason elephant park. Overall a great place to stay, a little bit isolated but that’s what a lot of people are looking for. Shout out to Koming for her kindness, what a lovely lady. She cooked my eggs to perfection and remembered my name and my order every time. Food in the restaurants was nice but sometimes more than you would pay in Australia which shocked me a bit. The 21%tax hurts! We had a great time, gym was awesome, rooms were huge and the grounds were well kept.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the hotel. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants offering different types of cuisine. The breakfast was excellent, with a large and diverse selection. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The only small downside for me personally was the beach. With many motorboats and jet skis nearby, as well as some pollution, it wasn’t particularly inviting for swimming, although the hotel’s beach area is cleaned regularly. However, the hotel has three lovely pool areas, which are a great alternative for swimming and relaxing. In the evenings, we really enjoyed the entertainment program with live music and traditional dances. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay with excellent service, great food, and a lovely atmosphere!

Food was awful. Except for breakfast, the dinner options including the main restaurant and the events they put on in the evening is pretty bad. Kids club is shocking. Your children can’t come and go more than once so if they want to pop in for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening you have to pay for the second time as it’s outside the original 2 hours. You to pay extra for any semi-interesting arts and crafts like sand craft. Things like kids zumba is just a youtube video, the video games don't load properly, and there's no additional activities of interest held during the day, so there's never any children in the room apart from the friendly girl in charge. Other hotel activities like towel making (that’s how boring and low cost the activity options are) which my toddler wanted to do, you still had to stand there for 30 minutes to wait your turn and lose interest., while there are 4 staff attending to one guest doing the towels. They should set up multiple tables for it at least. The location isn't convenient for anyone either, it's in the very far end of Nusa Dua away from the nice walkable area, so there is nothing outside, you can't walk anywhere at all, you have to get a grab if you want to do anything outside of the hotel, and the beach isn't in a very nice part either, you can't walk along it as it's just the local beach full of trash. The most expensive family villa options are really poorly maintained and feel old, so it’s certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff are friendly but can't really do anything about all of the above, and the massage was good but I would rate it a 0/10 stay as we had to pay for other resort day passes to go and do something interesting each day. The beach isn’t nice out the front as it’s part of the local fisherman area so you can’t enjoy a nice stroll on the beach.

The staff were amazing the rooms were spotless maybe a little tired but still lovely the location was great with lots of things to do close by. We had an amazing beach bar the hotel lobby bar was great as were the staff and the food was also excellent. We would definitely go back to this hotel as we had an A1 experience, thank you to Demy and his staff for making our holiday so special see you soon . Sarah and Adrian Worth
