If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

We had a perfect stay at Mövenpick Bali from start to finish and couldn't have asked for a better family holiday. What really sets this resort apart are the thoughtful little touches that make guests feel genuinely cared for. We loved the charming library in the lobby, the daily health shots available at breakfast, the umbrellas conveniently placed throughout the resort, and the floating bean bags in the pool that quickly became a family favourite. The staff were exceptional. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, positive, and happy to help. Their hospitality felt sincere rather than scripted, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. During our trip, we unfortunately fell victim to a scam. The resort's security team personally assisted us and escorted us while we recovered our money. Their support during a stressful situation was something we will never forget. For families, the kids' club is outstanding. The impressive double-storey facility is easily one of the best we've ever seen, and our child absolutely loved the regular visits from the resort's beautiful dogs. We also appreciated the location. Unlike some areas of Bali that can feel overcrowded and overly touristy, Jimbaran offers a more relaxed and authentic Balinese experience while still being close to everything you need. It allowed us to enjoy the culture and atmosphere of Bali without feeling overwhelmed by crowds and tourist attractions. Overall, Mövenpick Bali delivered an exceptional experience in every way. Between the wonderful staff, thoughtful amenities, fantastic family facilities, and beautiful location, this is a resort we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali.

Lovely resort! Very busy with lots of families. We had issues with our airport transfer and a very long check in experience which wasn’t a great start after a very long trip from Europe. Staff were very apologetic but this could have been avoided. We met my mum and son here who had arrived two days earlier - they also had issues with transfers from airport. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and the staff did a lovely job making our room feel special which we really appreciated! Good package from Lux escapes with half board. Food in Mexican was better than large restaurant downstairs. Food delivery was a bit weird - you get 2 courses and sometimes everything would arrive together and sometimes mains before a long wait for entrees. Breaky was ok but a bit hectic. Cocktails a bit hit and miss - a bit watery at the pool bar. We had a garden view room which was fine for us - lovely comfy bed and huge! We didn’t get a chance to visit any of the beach clubs. The massage was a highlight - super relaxing and lovely - up there with the best I’ve had! Not much around Jimbaran so I recommend staying here if you just want to relax and stay in one place. We ventured out a few times with a great driver (organised by reception) but the traffic is so so bad everything takes forever.

Overall, I was very happy with the room, cleanliness, and the general condition of the hotel. It’s also an excellent place for families with children, with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, including fish feeding, splash areas, chocolate time, playgrounds and more. The reason I gave the hotel 3 stars is mainly because of the food and service. The breakfast selection is quite limited, and the quality of the food on the dinner menu was disappointing. The service during both breakfast and dinner was consistently slow. Even something as simple as a drink could take close to 30 minutes to arrive, often after several reminders. Also I found staff is reacting pretty unprofessionally sometimes. For example, I ordered calamari and found it extremely chewy, so I asked if it could be replaced but the staff member asked whether it was my first time eating calamari :) In summary, the hotel itself is good, especially for families with young children. However, I would strongly recommend dining elsewhere, as the food quality and service significantly detract from the overall experience.

Outstanding stay! Our family had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the kids club, swimming pool, and the excellent location, which made our holiday both relaxing and convenient. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Kids Club staff, Ms, Dwi and other lady ( can’t remember). The Front desk Ms. Astri ( who assisted us about the room situation) Metha, Aldi, Thank you for taking such great care of our children and making their experience so enjoyable. We missed the chocolate session sadly, we thought it will be served at the kids club. There was also another lovely staff member who assisted us throughout our stay, unfortunately, we forgot her name, but we are equally grateful for her kindness and dedication. A special thank you as well to Komang from Housekeeping and all the other attendants who were always friendly, and attentive. On the second day I asked him to change the linen he is very helpful. All the warm hospitality from every staff member truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to families visiting Bali.

I have heard good reviews on the hotel and the kids facilities are not disappointing. Even the lobby has the kids slides which the kids love. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, my daughter fell in the pool and the life guard immediately responses and asked the nurse to have a look at her - later offered to send us to the hospital which we respectfully declined since we preferred our own car. They did send us a fruit platter and asked for her condition on the following day. Our room was upgraded however they are old and you can see the yellowish / outdated tiles, but they are clean, so no problems at all. The beach is not the best in Bali. Overall we had a lovely stay and would love to go back for the facilities and services.
