If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

We had a really lovely stay at Mövenpick Bali. Everything felt very well organized and professional, but at the same time warm and comfortable. Above all, what made the stay even more special was the people. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Devi. She was always smiling, cheerful, and incredibly thoughtful. Her positive energy made such a difference every time we saw her. She has a very natural way of making guests feel welcome and comfortable, and you can tell she truly enjoys taking care of people. Small moments like her warm greetings and bright smile really stayed with us. It’s those little things that turn a nice stay into a memorable one. Thank you again to the whole team at Mövenpick Bali for such a pleasant experience.

Overall, I was very happy with the room, cleanliness, and the general condition of the hotel. It’s also an excellent place for families with children, with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, including fish feeding, splash areas, chocolate time, playgrounds and more. The reason I gave the hotel 3 stars is mainly because of the food and service. The breakfast selection is quite limited, and the quality of the food on the dinner menu was disappointing. The service during both breakfast and dinner was consistently slow. Even something as simple as a drink could take close to 30 minutes to arrive, often after several reminders. Also I found staff is reacting pretty unprofessionally sometimes. For example, I ordered calamari and found it extremely chewy, so I asked if it could be replaced but the staff member asked whether it was my first time eating calamari :) In summary, the hotel itself is good, especially for families with young children. However, I would strongly recommend dining elsewhere, as the food quality and service significantly detract from the overall experience.

​I booked my stay expecting a luxurious, 5-star experience, but unfortunately, reality fell far short of expectations. ​Room and Cleanliness: Our room overlooked the noisy street leading to the underground parking lot. To make matters worse, the balcony was unusable due to a strong, persistent smell of cooking odors and visible bird droppings that had not been cleaned. Inside the room, the bedsheet had a small tear, and the shower area in the bathroom was unclean with noticeable mold growth. For a luxury establishment, this level of housekeeping is unacceptable. ​Dining and Service: During breakfast, I was in a rush and asked to take my coffee with me to drink outside the restaurant. I was shocked when the staff flatly refused, stating that coffee could only be consumed inside the dining area. This is the very first time I have ever encountered such a rigid and unaccommodating policy at a 5-star hotel. ​Kids' Club: While the Kids' Club itself is beautifully designed, I was highly surprised to see that dogs were allowed inside areas dedicated to children's play. This is a significant oversight, as many children suffer from animal allergies, and others are genuinely terrified of dogs. ​Overall, the lack of flexibility, subpar cleanliness, and oversight in hygiene protocols made this stay a major disappointment. I expected much better

Great resort. Amazing for families with kids. There are 3 kids pools and my son’s favorite aqua park. Awesome food. Everything we tried was top notch. Buffet Breakfast was great, there are lots of different options to choose from. They even had a kids corner with pancakes and waffles. Lunch is a la carte and offers from Western and Asian menu. They also have Mexican rooftop bar, which is really nice. Spa is amazing. Highly recommend if you want to relax. Felt amazing afterwards And best of all is customer service. 11 out of 10. Just amazing service. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating and always smiling. Thank you Movenpick for amazing and unforgettable holiday

We stayed for seven nights during our birthday month, and thanks to the hotel’s thoughtful and attentive service, our whole family made unforgettable memories. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping centre, which made everything incredibly convenient. We were able to exchange money, enjoy a variety of restaurants, visit souvenir shops, cafés, and even a nail salon—all without needing to go anywhere else. We also loved the daily complimentary performances. All the staff were very kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. It is a very kid-friendly resort, and my daughter absolutely loved it. We were especially touched by the birthday cakes provided for both my daughter’s birthday and mine. On our last day, we had a late-night flight, but the hotel kindly allowed us to continue using all the facilities and provided a refresh room, so we could rest and shower comfortably before heading to the airport. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was also excellent, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a truly wonderful and comfortable stay.
