The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely courteous. Special mention to the Inbalance Spa treatment - I barely had time. So got the Quick Bliss treatment. It was a quick full body massage; a really nice coconut scrub; and followed by a nice, warm shower and moisturiser. The ginger tea was so delicious too. My therapist was Rina, and she was excellent at her job and so very kind. She made me feel super comfortable and was extremely attentive! Thanks so much for the massage and hospitality!

We enjoyed an excellent 3 night stay with our toddler. The staff were excellent at all touchpoints. Booking the holiday saver package on the accor app was of great value which included complimentary spa service, kids club activities and dinner. Although not being a direct beachfront property we did not feel a difference with their frequent shuttle service to the beach club. Beach club food service starts noon onwards. Spa service was excellent, windya was an expert. Large pool with ample sun beds, and a kids club / play area. Photography service by Putra also great addition.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment - so spacious. Each and every staff member was polite, friendly, professional and helpful. They made our stay amazing. Buffet breakfast was great - large range of food to suit everyone. Pool was good. Grounds and lush gardens were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Price of food and drinks were higher than we expected (higher than local surrounding places) but it was all nice - and we certainly utilised room service and cafe as we did not want to cook. Suggestion- If mirrors could be put in the bedrooms so we could do our make up - that would be great. Its not fun putting on makeup in hot bathrooms on 30 degree days..

His professionalism and attention to service are clearly reflected throughout the entire resort and its wonderful team. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for families. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pools are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Thanks to Grace, Mr. Bilal, and the entire team at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, our holiday in Bali was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a premium experience in Nusa Dua, and we look forward to returning in the future. We had a lovely stay at the Novotel. We had a family 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was ample space for our family of 4. As others have said the rooms are somewhat on the older side but it didn’t affect our stay at all and everything was very clean. Ours included a complimentary filtered hot/cold water fountain which was great. There were lots of staff to assist with anything and everything we needed. The staff were so lovely and caring. The buffet breakfast was probably the best one we have had. Barista made coffee with multiple milk choices was definitely a highlight! The kids loved the crepes and fairy floss. All food is labeled for allergies and intolerances which made things easy for us. The gym had enough equipment to do a good workout. The pool was massive and had some fun things to keep the kids occupied like volley ball, basketball hoop and a range of balls. Plenty of pool lounges in and out of the sun. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the Novotel.
