The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely courteous. Special mention to the Inbalance Spa treatment - I barely had time. So got the Quick Bliss treatment. It was a quick full body massage; a really nice coconut scrub; and followed by a nice, warm shower and moisturiser. The ginger tea was so delicious too. My therapist was Rina, and she was excellent at her job and so very kind. She made me feel super comfortable and was extremely attentive! Thanks so much for the massage and hospitality!

This was our second stay at Novotel and once again the service was excellent. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kids club was fantastic, and a special thank you to Ani and Eno for taking such wonderful care of my son. He is normally quite shy, but he absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! Their kindness and warmth made such a difference and were a real highlight of our stay. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Novotel for families.

Clean, welcoming, relaxed and the pools are just wonderful. Food good too and so was the coffee! We were a family of 9 - Six adults and 3 children. Staff were amazing with the kids, the pools just the best and the food and service excellent. A big shout out to Deni and Satya in the restaurant - thank you for incredible service. Also to the Pause cafe team who remembered what we liked and were so enjoyable to talk to. The spa is one of the best I’ve ever experienced - thank you to Happy for an excellent facial that took years off me 😉 We’ enjoyed it so much as a family we are planning to return next year!

We stayed at Novotel from 15–23 January with our two kids and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We really enjoyed the beach club and the pool both were fantastic and perfect for families. One of the highlights of our stay was our son’s birthday, which was beautifully prepared and became a truly unforgettable moment for our family. Special thanks to Juan from Novotel and Hadi from AVC for their kindness and help in arranging everything so smoothly. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Novotel for a relaxing family holiday.

Spent 3 nights here with family for my husband's special birthday. Had wonderful surprise when we arrived that our room had been decorated with balloons & bed with special decorations. Beautiful surroundings, exceptional pool. Our apartment was very spacious and lovely balcony. Staff went above & beyond to help. My husband unfortunately took sick for 2 days. Reception organised a Dr to come to our room and next day sent a card and special coconut milk for him. Could not fault this hotel. Thankyou for a pleasant stay despite my husband being unwell.
