We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this magnificent five-star hotel! ✨ From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. We were traveling with our four-year-old child, and the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly — their warmth made our holiday even more memorable. 💖 The breakfasts were simply delicious 🥐🍓 — a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality food every morning. It was the perfect start to each day! The swimming pool was великолепный — clean, spacious, and perfect for both adults and children. Our child absolutely loved it! 🏊‍♂️💦 The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we truly felt the five-star level in everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for an unforgettable отдых! This was a once in a lifetime experience for me: the setting surpassed all my expectations. My room faced a gorgeous cliff filled with jungle life and including monkeys that would try to come in the room to steal fruit if one left the patio door open. But what I give five stars too is the caring staff on the ground who made every effort to support any needs I might have, and shower me with kindly attentions. The spirit of hospitality was impeccable!

The view is truly exceptional and definitely the highlight of the stay. The front desk team was also very warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed because it was not worth the price. The room was very small, the massage in the Spa felt quite basic, and the breakfast was also rather simple for this price point. I have stayed many times at Alila Seminyak (the same chain in a different city) and the experience was much better.

The hotel is quiet and elegant. During my trip to Bali, I felt very weak due to stomach issues and couldn’t eat. The hotel team noticed my condition and showed genuine care. With just one phone call, they arranged complimentary rice porridge and vegetables. Truly thoughtful service and deeply appreciated. By the way, the hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to Ubud Center. Be sure to check the schedule, it’s very convenient and useful.
