Our stay at Alila Ubud was wonderful, definitely worth the visit! Everyone is so friendly and professional, especially Suarni from the reception and Nyoman, who picked us up from the airport (with a very nice and comfortable car, complimentary refreshing towel, water and cookies). The hotel is located in the jungle with nice views from every corner, especially the swimming pool. The food was delicious with a lot of variation. The room was very big and luxurious. There are so many activities you can do and there is a complimentary shuttle service to the city center. We really felt at home! Must stay ❤️

​We had an incredible 4-night stay at this beautiful hotel. Set in a stunning, tranquil location, it offers the perfect balance: it’s close enough to the energy of Ubud, but even closer to local adventures like white water rafting and ATV tours. The property feels wonderfully spacious yet retains an intimate, boutique atmosphere. ​The highlight of our stay was easily the staff—they are knowledgeable, genuinely happy, chatty when you want to engage, and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. ​Every morning started with a delicious, freshly cooked-to-order breakfast that changed daily, accompanied by excellent coffee. We also loved spending time by the stunning pool (with the local monkeys making an occasional guest appearance!) and enjoyed borrowing the hotel bikes to explore the villages and rice fields. ​We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

I had a beautiful stay at Alila Ubud. The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and a sense of calm that makes you instantly slow down. The architecture and design blend so seamlessly with nature, creating a very serene and grounding experience. The room was spacious, elegant, and very well maintained. Every corner of the property felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The food was excellent and the overall ambiance made every moment feel special. There was also a lovely spice market during my stay, which added a unique and charming touch to the experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the stay even more memorable. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect.

We spent an amazing 3 nights here. We arrived late in the evening, and the team were super efficient and totally focused on making sure we got checked in and some dinner. The team knew we were celebrating family milestones and upgraded our rooms to Hillside view. Location is perfect, waking up to sights and sounds of the forest is so peaceful . The team are first class !!

What stood out to me most at this hotel was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. It is this kind of thoughtful service that truly stays in your memory. I would especially like to mention Kantia, an exceptional massage therapist. Her massage is very deep, yet at the same time incredibly pleasant and delicate. You can feel not only her excellent technique and experience, but also a genuine understanding of the body. She also has a very special energy, warm, soft, and enveloping. With her, it is easy to completely relax and let go of all tension. Her massage felt like a wave to me, deep, smooth, flowing through the whole body and leaving behind a wonderful feeling of lightness and complete relaxation. I have experienced many massages in different places, so I truly have something to compare it with, and I can confidently say that Kantia is a therapist of the highest professional level. I was absolutely delighted.
