Vedic Nuts
Hands down one of the best properties in Phuket. The hotel seemed new and maintained, sufficient vegetarian options in the menu. The receptionist was very welcoming to all our queries and they provided us with a free upgrade as well. Special mention to "Jasper" who patiently addressed our questions and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Since we had an early morning flight, they kept a breakfast basket ready for us to take on the go, without us even asking or mentioning the same. The housekeeping was very thorough and clean rooms. Hotel itself was located at a beautiful cliff with an amazing view to enjoy at all times with their private beach. Truly a wonderful stay.

This is an outstanding 4 Star hotel, but since it's billed as 5 Star, I was consistently disappointed. The staff and overall experience is lacking for a 5 star hotel. First the good, the wellness center was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The staff were well trained and super friendly. The location is stellar with amazing views. The room was spacious and well designed. Now the annoying, there was no hand wash at the sinks and when I asked for some, it came after 3 calls. I asked for a sanitary napkin and they told me to order them from Grab. A 5 star resort didn't have maxi pads when a solid 50% of the guests are women. The food was mediocre and the sprawling and hilly grounds are so huge that golf carts are needed but not always available. Guests with mobility issues would find this a huge challenge. Little personalized touches and service common with the expectations of 5 star is simply missing.

We had an excellent stay at this resort! Check-in was smooth, and we were able to enter our villa early as it was already prepared. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our needs. We were travelling with our 9-month-old baby, and the resort kindly provided a baby cot, which made everything much safer and more comfortable for our little one. The views, amenities, and overall atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Even when we needed to check out at 5:30 AM, someone arrived within minutes to assist us, something we really appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a generous spread with halal options included. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and well-rounded holiday experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The cape panwa suite is absolutely gorgeous - glad I decided to last minute upgrade from the pavilion suite to cape panwa, because I wanted one with a view rather than privacy. The skies as well for the past 2 nights were stunning and we could enjoy it from our room. A bonus is the breakfast is halal-certified! They do serve pork but it was in a seperate area. Everyone was so accommodating, I even requested if I could have a late check out and didn’t mind paying extra because my flight was at night. But because the room is booked alrdy for the same day, they decided to offer the private relaxation room which I could use after checkout, which has a large day bed, shower & WC, even TV. Truly accommodating. 👏🏻👏🏻 I would definitely come back!!

DISAPPOINTING. + superb villa + good privacy + amazing, helpful and friendly staff + minibar included with nice options (truffle crisps and coconut water) + adequate resolution capabilities - so many cockroaches (in bathroom) - no hand wash - damp beds (ac issues) - shockingly rubbish breakfast (thai milk tea not included, which is antithetical to the stay). - isolated location and distant from everything - no special honeymoon touch As wonderful staff were and helpful manager was with addressing the elephant in the room (cockroaches), it’s a huge dampener on the honeymoon. Also, room 22 has mortifying views of the side of the villa, which isn’t cheap might I add. Would I return? No. Do I recommend them? No. 4/10. Amazing breakfast down the road, supporting small and local family business - Panawa Roti. Go there.
