Such a shame that this hotel isn't as good as it could be, if only the basic maintenance had been kept on top of over the last few years. Stayed here many times and absolutely love this place and wish all of the staff all the very best in the future. Our highlight has always been the pool, the drinks and food have always been great, unfortunately there is no longer any food served at the pool bar. The pool staff have always been great and are an absolute credit to this hotel..

Just stayed here last week. Absolutely beautiful place on the promenade, so quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge, spotlessly clean, large covered balcony too overlooking pool and sea view. I checked here out few months ago and came back. I visit Cyprus several times a year and im praying this place will be available again to book on my next visit as i wont hesitate to stay here again, it was beautiful. The girl on reception was so kind and helpful she will remember me i did a wedding photoshoit as was about to have brain surgery. Cant thank her enough and hopefully will see her again on my next visit.

This was probably a 4* when it opened. Apart from the breakfast which is one of the best buffets you’ll find. But the place itself is at best 2 *. Anyone who has stayed in a real 4* would recognize the problems with this place. Not counting the breakfast staff, the rest of the employees are complacent. 3 requests for an extra pillow. We let them know that the sink drain had not seal. A few minutes later a maintenance guy showed up, my wife was using the bathroom. I told him what was needed. Never saw him again, and this on an island with serious water issues. 4* rooms don’t have tiles missing, furniture that looked like it came from the low end IKEA range. Want to park, if your lucky to find a space outside OK, parking in the back looks like a construction site, want to park underneath, take a look at post apocalyptic underground(see pics) Now it is Feb/March so no outdoor pools, but even the indoor pool in the dungeon wasn’t open.

A very decent hotel. Clean, cleaned daily, towels changed every other day. The staff is undoubtedly a plus. They are wonderful and well-mannered, whether it was the receptionist, the kitchen staff (whom I warmly greet), or the gentleman at the pool bar. The food was excellent, varied, and themed. There was no monotony, and there was always something different to eat. My only complaint is the time. The hotel has definitely been around for a few years, and some maintenance work would be useful. Plaster is falling off here, a mirror frame is bent there, a bathroom mirror is hanging, and there's a lot of that. These are minor repairs that don't cost much to fix and could significantly improve the quality. Perfect localization! Another plus is that it's not some incredibly large resort like all the others nearby. The staff has time for you, and there are no crowds.

Very nice hotel. Not expensive. Location is great although there is no private beach. All rooms have sea view. Fast internet 😁
