We stayed at the resort over the Versak holiday weekend. Had a funtastic time with my family. Wasn’t expecting anything at all but we were blown away ! We were treated with the true Thai hospitality the moment we stepped into the lobby ! Special shoutout to Ray who took care of our check in. He was super helpful and thoughtful as well! HE took extra care to make sure that my daughter, who was waiting for us at the seating area (which was away from us) was served the welcome treats. To others it might be insignificant but to me it says a lot about the service staff ! Btw the resort even provided straw bag for guests and wet bags can also be found in the room. Again such thoughtfulness ! The whole resort was beautiful! The lush greenery and beautifully landscaped garden left us very much speechless. Every corner was carefully thought of for the comfort of the guests using the facility. Simply love it ! Food was great too! Breakfast was awesome . Dinner at the beach restaurant was super enjoyable. Had nice fresh salt baked fish , pork and ribeye steak Thank you for your thai hospitality. Kudos for the great team from Ray et al at the check in , awesome team at the cafe where breakfast was served to the crews at the pool and beach restaurant.

Five stars is not enough for this place! After one year, I returned to HH, and Anantara was the obvious choice. It is not only a beautiful and charming resort, but also a truly special place thanks to the people who work here. The amazing Anantara Crew makes every guest feel welcome from the moment they open your taxi door to the moment of check-out. They are genuinely friendly and go above and beyond to make your every moment here unforgettable! This way this hotel becomes a holiday home for the duration of your stay. It is not possible to name all the wonderful persons but my special thanks and gratitude go Alex, Aton and Ray☀️ I hope Anantara Management appreciates the gems they have on their team.

I had the chance to stay here earlier this year after the renovation, and I was really impressed with the updated facilities. Everything looks great and makes the stay even more comfortable. The hotel is right by the beach, which is perfect for taking a walk, relaxing, and simply enjoying some peaceful time by the sea. This has become our go-to hotel whenever we visit Hua Hin. We usually stay here at least twice a year, and we’ve been coming back consistently for the past five years. A very special thanks to Khun Alex, who always takes such great care of me and my partner. He is incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is comfortable and convenient throughout our stay. His warm hospitality and genuine attention to detail really make a difference and always make us feel welcome. We’re always impressed with our experience here and truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality. This place feels a little like our home away from home whenever we’re in Hua Hin. Looking forward to coming back again soon! 😊

I can’t recommend Anantara enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond at every step. The room was immaculate, and the balcony was a dream, offering a breathtaking view of a lotus-filled pond-truly a hidden oasis. The adult pool was stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and lotus blossoms, creating a peaceful atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff-they smiled, they anticipated every need, and the cleaning was impeccable. Even small touches, like the delightful Rocky parrot in the lobby, added charm. The farm they have on-site is such a unique experience. Every detail-from cleanliness to the serene environment-made this stay absolutely perfect. 10/10 absolutely lovely 🪷🫶🏾

we really loved our time at this hotel with our 3 kids and even stayed longer than originally planned. the well thought-out layout, beautiful setting, attention to detail throughout, and genuinely warm, friendly staff makes it a very special place. however, there were also a few aspects that surprised us in a less positive way: – sea fire salt restaurant service never lacked friendliness, but was very (!) slow despite the restaurant not being busy. plates were rarely cleared, the bread we ordered with the soup arrived much later, and we would have happily ordered more drinks if someone had checked in occasionally (had to wave multiple times). we did receive apologies and a discount for the meat being well done instead of medium, but several side dishes were rather cold as well and the bisque had a film on it, as if it had been sitting for a while. overall, the quality just didn’t align with the otherwise magnificent beachside setting (and the prices). our second visit was slightly better (only happened because we still had a voucher to use and the other restaurant was closed). the main courses still took a very long time though, and the side dishes arrived rather cool again. – we extended our stay by 3 nights, but ended up booking those online through a german tour operator, as the hotel was not able to offer a comparable rate. after pointing out the lower online rates, we received a revised offer the next day – which was actually 1500 thb higher, explained by “dynamic pricing”. while we understand the principle behind this systems, it still felt very odd when dealing with guests who were already checked in and ready to pay on site. definitely not something we have experienced before, at any hotel category. – the kids club and its mini farm are amazing – our kids wanted to go every morning after breakfast, and we also had a great babysitter for one evening. however, it‘s just beyond our imagination why a kids club – of all options – would need shooter games on the console, especially when they are being played openly in the middle of the room, where younger children are also present. – the only thing we missed at the hotel was a simple outdoor massage hut with more straightforward massage options, without the whole spa setup around it – like many other 5-star hotels in thailand offer. none of this took away from what was overall a really great experience – just a few observations that stood out in contrast to an otherwise excellent impression. special praise also to all the gardeners and cleaning staff, who seemed to be working non-stop to keep the whole property beautiful and running smoothly.
