This was my first stay at this hotel, and although there was a small issue during check-in, Kaimook handled it quickly and professionally. She resolved the situation smoothly and provided a thorough introduction to the hotel’s facilities and services. I also had a wonderful experience at both the Pool Bar and Cocco Bar. Champ and Kong were incredibly friendly, recommended great drinks, and provided outstanding service. Their genuine enthusiasm and willingness to take care of guests really stood out. A special thank you to Fix from the Security team, who always greeted guests with a warm smile. His friendly attitude made me feel welcome and safe throughout my stay. Overall, the staff’s hospitality exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone for making my first stay such a memorable one. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at the Intercontinental Hua Hin was absolutely wonderful, and it truly lived up to my fantastic memories from a decade ago. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and set a lovely tone for our entire visit. I especially want to commend Yim in the spa for his amazing service and kindness – he made my spa experience truly exceptional. Also, Aoi, who cleaned our room, was incredibly polite and kept our space spectacularly clean throughout our stay. It was a great convenience to find halal food within walking distance of the hotel. There is also a 7eleven within walking distance. The chef at the breakfast lounge was also incredibly accommodating, always willing to prepare separate vegetarian options to cater to our dietary requirements. It's clear that the Intercontinental Hua Hin maintains its high standards, and I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the InterContinental Hua Hin for 7 nights in the Beach Wing. There are definitely some highlights, but overall we expected more from a hotel at this price point and from the InterContinental brand. The resort itself is beautiful. The pools and gardens are well maintained and create a relaxing atmosphere. Our room in the Beach Wing was bright, tastefully decorated, and had a nice view of the pool. There is a direct bridge to the Bluport Mall, which is very convenient and offers plenty of good dining options. Unfortunately, there were several disappointments. The breakfast area is far too small for the size of the hotel. Every morning we had to wait 15–20 minutes to be seated, often outside in the heat without air conditioning. We also stayed for seven nights, and the breakfast selection remained exactly the same every day, which became repetitive. The public areas, especially the lobby, require renovation. They don't reflect the standard you would expect from a 5 star InterContinental property. The location is also a downside. It's away from the center of Hua Hin, and aside from the adjacent mall, there isn't much within walking distance. We've stayed at many InterContinental hotels around the world and are generally big fans of the brand, which is why this stay was a bit disappointing. While the resort has some great features, we don't feel it offers good value for the price. Overall, we believe there are better resort options in Hua Hin in this price range.

I spent 4 days at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and honestly had a really great stay. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a lot of choice, and the Thai food at the hotel was very good as well. The rooms were always very clean, with regular service throughout the stay, which was really appreciated. The hotel facilities are great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff genuinely make you feel welcome and comfortable without overdoing it. Everyone was attentive and helpful during the whole stay. A special thanks to Carl, the F&B Manager, the Cutlery Manager, and Lilly from the Front Desk for their professionalism and kindness. They were always helpful and made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Hua Hin and definitely a hotel I would recommend.

Was great staying at this property. As a diamond elite… I always enjoy lounge and friendly staff especially Khun Shama this time. She was kind and friendly already there for us. The property is beautiful with beach access, shopping mall just across the road. The restaurants are mind boggling. Love overall services and location. This is my 5 th time in the same resort, In love each time.
