I spent 4 days at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and honestly had a really great stay. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a lot of choice, and the Thai food at the hotel was very good as well. The rooms were always very clean, with regular service throughout the stay, which was really appreciated. The hotel facilities are great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff genuinely make you feel welcome and comfortable without overdoing it. Everyone was attentive and helpful during the whole stay. A special thanks to Carl, the F&B Manager, the Cutlery Manager, and Lilly from the Front Desk for their professionalism and kindness. They were always helpful and made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Hua Hin and definitely a hotel I would recommend.

Our stay at InterContinental Hua Hin was wonderful. The hotel has a perfect location, right by the beach, with a sky bridge connecting directly to a shopping mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment very convenient. The vintage mini train inside the resort is very fun, and guests can ride it for free twice a day, which is great for both adults and children. The hotel also provides free shuttle buses to Hua Hin Water Park, allowing guests to enjoy unlimited fun, as well as free shuttles to the largest local night market. Visiting the night market in the evening is a great experience and full of local atmosphere. Platinum members are well looked after—we were upgraded to a pool access room, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast is served in the main restaurant, which offers a wide variety of choices. The afternoon tea at the Club Lounge is unique and very enjoyable. Most impressive is the evening cocktail and canapés from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm—the menu changes every day, and the quality is excellent. This is highly recommended. Special thanks to the Club Lounge staff—their service was warm, friendly, and truly welcoming. We stayed for five days on this return visit and still felt it wasn’t enough. We look forward to coming back again.

What a perfect location! One side is directly on the beach and the other is attached directly to the Bluport mall and has a devoted pet friendly floor. It has a large pet relief outside area and a pet designated huge pool! They gave us two pet beds, pee pads and 2 pet bowls for the room. They charge 1000 bhat per day for the 2nd pet so beware of that and be sure to have a stroller for them. It was well worth it for us to have a pet friendly accommodation. Reminder: Please pick up after your dogs, dont leave them in your room to bark, or leave a hairy mess everywhere. These things cause hotels to be less pet friendly and those of us that take care of our pets to have less options. Rooms are beautiful. We had an issue with our room and upper management, especially Sabrina, went ABOVE and beyond to make it right. I can't tell you how much it means to us who travel a lot, how well staff responds to concerns or complaints. Big points for the staff here. Besides Sabrina, Sandra was awesome as well. Also, love the door man and housekeeper who were especially awesome and acknowledged our dogs, Mia and Gucci, every time they saw them!!! Food at the Bluport mall is extremely affordable with lots of options, and otherwise paying for breakfast at the hotel is 600bhat pp per day. There is also a great supermarket in the Bluport mall, and banks. Everything you need for a first stay in Hua Hin to get acclimated to the area and meet your visa requirements.

I had a pleasant stay at InterContinental Pattaya in terms of the room, view, food, and friendly staff. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the overall hotel atmosphere was very nice. However, the experience was seriously disappointing at check-out. I booked with an Amex rate benefit that included a USD 100 hotel credit, but the hotel did not clearly explain how this benefit could be used during check-in. There was also no written information provided for me to review, which led to confusion and an unpleasant check-out experience. I already sent an email directly to the hotel to share this feedback constructively, but unfortunately, I have not received any reply. For a hotel at this level, I expected better communication, clearer handling of guest benefits, and a more professional follow-up when a guest raises a concern. The property itself is beautiful, but the lack of clear communication and follow-up left a disappointing final impression.

This is my third time stay in this paradise. Same as before, I got very welcome hospitality from all the staffs. Their smile and also very friendly make us enjoyed the good time. Special thanks to Front desk team- K.Fiew, K.Annie, K.Jasmine, K. Lisa, Instructor of Thai Boxing: K. UM, Maid at the poolside bar: K. Nhong Azure Restaurt K. Hack. , K. Keng Club lounge also very cozy. It’s the first time that my friend visit Thailand. We all have a very good time here. Above all, their room and facility are good and neat. I will look forward to come back next time.
