This was my first time staying at Centara Hua Hin, and I chose to celebrate my birthday here on a weekday. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and I was so happy to get a room upgrade and the special HBD arrangement I requested! During my stay, I also visited the spa for a 1.5-hour massage with Khun Aeh. I felt incredibly relaxed. The service and the massage pressure were absolutely perfect. It was a time of pure happiness. Overall, this was a very happy and relaxing birthday getaway. I will definitely come back again after the renovation is finished! Thank you so much!

I saw that Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin had a “Stay 2 Pay 1” promotion, so I booked a room for a net price of 8,121 THB including breakfast. I also noticed that Agoda and Booking were offering rooms at around 6,000 THB per night including breakfast, so I saved approximately 4,000 THB over a two-night stay. The hotel itself is quite old, and the furniture is also dated. I stayed in a different building back in 2023 which was much nicer, but the building I stayed in this time — the museum wing — felt very old. That said, what truly stood out to me was the service. The swimming pool is beautiful, there are plenty of activities available, and the staff provided excellent service in every department, from housekeeping to the poolside staff. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so if you are not too concerned about the view or occasional construction noise, it is still a good place to stay. However, I do have one comment regarding breakfast service. On the second morning, my friend and I ordered soft-boiled eggs, but we were served fully hard-boiled eggs three times in a row. The eggs were very overcooked. My friend is currently wearing braces and needed soft food, so she could not eat them. In the end, I had to personally walk over to the chef and ask why they could not make soft-boiled eggs properly. I honestly did not understand, as it is such a simple menu item.

The beautifully renovated rooms, elegant design, exceptionally comfortable beds and remarkable cleanliness made our stay wonderfully relaxing. Breakfast is always a pleasure, with its wonderful selection, fresh tropical fruits, excellent coffee and, of course, the friendly staff in their beautiful traditional attire. Afternoon tea in the Museum is another cherished tradition, offering a peaceful and memorable experience. We would also like to express our special appreciation for Spa Cenvaree. For us, it has always been one of the treasures of the hotel. The professionalism, knowledge and genuine warmth of the spa team make every treatment a truly special experience. We always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and somehow renewed. Our evenings were equally enjoyable, with excellent dining options, delicious food and attentive service. But above all, what touches us most deeply is the people. We sincerely thank every member of the team for their dedication, kindness, smiles and genuine care. We had a 2 night stay for our anniversary and really appreciated the beachside drinking and dinning facilities with live musicians that made the evenings very enjoyable. This along with the beautiful gardens and interesting historical charm enhanced the experience. All the staff were friendly and professional which also made the stay feel special. Our rooms AC wasn’t working very well but this was quickly attended to after we pointed it out and was improved. The breakfast was let down by a few details including some old grapes, rancid walnuts and melon that had obviously not been checked for ripeness. Fresh produce area needs more supervision. Also no special attention was provided for serving vegans and vegetarians despite our making a request. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend for couples or families.
