This was my first time staying at Centara Hua Hin, and I chose to celebrate my birthday here on a weekday. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and I was so happy to get a room upgrade and the special HBD arrangement I requested! During my stay, I also visited the spa for a 1.5-hour massage with Khun Aeh. I felt incredibly relaxed. The service and the massage pressure were absolutely perfect. It was a time of pure happiness. Overall, this was a very happy and relaxing birthday getaway. I will definitely come back again after the renovation is finished! Thank you so much!

The inaccurate reviews are infuriating. Not one person has reported the construction that has taken over the entire resort. We paid for an ocean view room for peace and tranquility. There is constant construction equipment directly in front of our room blocking the ocean and causing great distress. For the price, this should have been disclosed. The resort is a deconstructed mess. Please be advised when choosing to stay here.

Amazing oil massage and body scrub! The whole experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. The massage was excellent, and the body scrub left my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I felt refreshed and completely relaxed afterwards. Highly recommended! 💆‍♀️

A Timeless Gem with Modern Touches: Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin From the moment you pass through the gates, the charm of this historic colonial masterpiece envelops you. The warm welcome from the staff makes you feel at home instantly, and the resort’s beautiful, sprawling gardens are a true highlight. In 2025, the resort embarked on a long-awaited renovation, with the first wing completed and reopened in December 2025. This marks the beginning of a phased renovation, with each subsequent wing set to be updated in turn. This year, a stunning new pool is also planned, and the seaside wing is undergoing a transformation, ensuring that the resort becomes even more beautiful with each phase. A unique aspect of the resort is its innovative, humane solution to the pigeon problem: the introduction of hawks, by 2 local hawk specialists. One of the hawks calls Zeezaa. These hawks gracefully soar twice a week through the gardens, encouraging pigeons to relocate in a gentle, animal-friendly manner. The resort’s gardens, possibly one of the most beautiful in Hua Hin and even Thailand, are a true highlight. They complement the hotel’s rich history, earning it the affectionate nickname “The Grand Old Lady.” With the blend of historic charm and thoughtful modern upgrades, this resort continues to be a top choice for both first-time visitors and the many loyal returning guests.
