Not sure where to start, but this property is far from what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel looks beautiful online and on social media, and the photos definitely set high expectations. However, our actual experience during the low season was quite different from what we had expected. We stayed when the property was very quiet, which was actually something we were looking forward to. We chose a Garden View room, hoping for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the view was mostly of a wooded area behind the property, and overall, the experience did not feel as polished or luxurious as the hotel’s online presence suggests. Another disappointment was the breakfast. We only found out after arriving that breakfast was served as an à la carte set rather than a buffet. The menu was very limited, with only a small number of options available. For a hotel presented as a 5-star property, I honestly expected a much more extensive breakfast selection and overall experience. I tried to stay positive and appreciate the quiet surroundings, but honestly, if you have genuinely been used to staying at 5-star hotels, this property falls short in several important areas. The overall experience simply did not match the standard I would associate with a 5-star hotel. It may look impressive in photos, but based on our stay, the reality did not quite live up to the expectations created online.

A wonderful stay! We had a great time staying at this hotel. The FO team gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Special Thanks Khun Ae duty Mgr. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and our son absolutely loved the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again for another relaxing holiday!

My wife and I visited this spa on the recommendation of a Korean friend, and we experienced the best Thai massage we have ever had. I was so impressed that I immediately decided to become a member, and now I enjoy a massage every day. The skilled touch and relaxing atmosphere at Veranda Spa are truly wonderful. Unlike other massages I have had before, the treatment here is not painful at all—it is incredibly comfortable and soothing. I wish I could stay in Thailand longer and spend more time relaxing and enjoying the wonderful treatments at Veranda Spa.

Wonderful beach. Middle of nowhere. Room jugzzy was broken. It was fixed 1700, and then they cut the power because it was 1800. Room door was OPEN after the cleaning. Very sloppy. Tour buses arrived and the place was soon filled with people.

I really wanted to like this place, but the management was terrible. I visited on a very quiet day with few guests, yet the service was still poorly handled. The front desk staff who handle check-in and check-out were also required to escort guests all the way to their rooms. As a result, everyone else had to wait a very long time for them to return just to get checked in or out. It would make much more sense to assign a separate team for room escorts. This whole experience completely ruined my impression of the place, both upon arrival and departure.
