I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the breakfast experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including both international and local specialties. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and a perfect way to start each morning. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Ms. May for her exceptional hospitality and attentive service. She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making my stay even more memorable. Her warm smile and dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflected the outstanding service standards of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Dusit Thani Hua Hin for such a pleasant experience. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Beautiful, relaxing hotel with warm, attentive service at every turn. Upgrading to the Club Lounge package is well worth it; the lounge access, daily complimentary laundry items, and dining and spa discounts made our stay effortless. A big thank you to Best, Beau, and Yeen in the lounge for taking such great care of us. Most of all, special praise goes to Noy, who is truly brilliant. Always present throughout the resort, incredibly kind, and always with a warm smile. Go and visit her in the shop and see for yourself. We cannot recommend Dusit Thani Hua Hin highly enough and look forward to returning.

We were quite disappointed with our stay, especially considering that this is supposed to be a luxury hotel. There was a lizard in our room, which was particularly distressing for me as I have a severe phobia of lizards. It was the first time we had encountered one in a hotel of this standard in Thailand. On top of that, the room had a musty, mouldy smell, which made the overall experience even less pleasant. As Dusit Gold members, we were disappointed by the lack of recognition or any additional attention during our stay. We did not receive a room upgrade, and the overall service fell short of our expectations. We understand that rooms are not always ready exactly at check-in time, but our room was not ready at 14:00 or even 15:00. We finally got into our room at around 16:00. Travelling with a small baby, this was particularly inconvenient and stressful. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was equally frustrating. The staff member assisting us repeatedly insisted that we had not paid for our child’s breakfast, even though we had already paid for it at check-in. She repeatedly provided incorrect information and kept calculating or charging us the wrong amounts. Having to explain the same thing multiple times and deal with repeated billing errors at checkout was an extremely disappointing end to our stay. However, we absolutely loved the farm staff, who were wonderful, and our children had a fantastic time at the farm. The farm was definitely the highlight of our stay, and the staff there deserve recognition for making the experience enjoyable for our family. Overall, while the farm experience was lovely, the musty room, the lizard, the significantly delayed check-in, the lack of recognition as Dusit Gold members, and the frustrating checkout experience fell well below what we would expect from a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, the positive experience at the farm could not make up for these shortcomings.

My first time staying at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. After seeing the 'A Night On Us' campaign, I decided to book this place for a relaxing birthday getaway. Before arriving, I called the hotel to ask if early check-in was possible if I arrived ahead of schedule, and was told that check-in time is strictly at 15:00. It seems that hotel check-in and check-out rules here are completely inflexible. I arrived at the hotel around 12:40, and the front desk staff informed me that the rooms were fully booked and I would have to wait until 15:00 to enter the room. While waiting, I ordered a drink at the main lobby bar. Just as I was finishing my drink, I received a phone call from the hotel asking if I was still checking in today—which made me wonder, what happened to the documents I submitted at the front desk 40 minutes ago? To top it all off, I was sitting there waiting for my drink simply because I didn't even receive the Welcome Drink I was entitled to as a Dusit Gold member, which I had signed up for in advance. As for the room type, it might not be the one you actually booked, and you will only find out once you open the door. A surprise I definitely didn't want no upgrade to a better room, just a downgrade option given instead. On the bright side, the rest of the staff were amazing. The security guards, bellboys, restaurant staff, pool bar staff, and housekeepers all did a fantastic job full marks for them! Overall, it still doesn't feel like a 5-star experience if the staff who handle direct guest communication have an attitude like they don't even know their own hotel and don't really care about their guests.

We stayed at Dusit Thani Hua Hin during our time living in Bangkok, visiting with my sister in law’s family, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel enjoys a breathtaking beachfront location, with stunning sea views, a pristine private beach, and a large, beautifully maintained swimming pool that was perfect for both adults and children. Since we spent most of our time exploring the local area, we only had breakfast at the hotel but it was exceptional. The buffet offered an impressive selection of Thai, English, Continental, and other Asian dishes, with something for every palate. The hospitality was warm, the surroundings were peaceful, and the overall atmosphere made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. It’s a beautiful resort that I’d happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Hua Hin.
