Cake, the barista at the lobby bar provided excellent service from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions, prepared my drink with care, and served it with a genuine smile. She kept the lobby bar welcoming and well-organized while maintaining a positive, professional attitude throughout my visit. The coffee was delicious, and her outstanding customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend stopping by the lobby bar.

I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the breakfast experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including both international and local specialties. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and a perfect way to start each morning. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Ms. May for her exceptional hospitality and attentive service. She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making my stay even more memorable. Her warm smile and dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflected the outstanding service standards of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Dusit Thani Hua Hin for such a pleasant experience. Always a pleasant experience here. Been coming here for about two decades since I was a kid. The hotel is extremely well maintained considering it’s been around for over thirty years. Amazing service all around and breakfast buffet is a must. Never disappoint. One note is that they should be more flexible for early check-ins because many people driving from Bangkok tend to leave early to avoid road construction traffic.

Great receptionist Amazing at all restaurants, food is delicious. Polite staff, Pick up phone call with beautiful voice and fast response. Great service and hygiene. Dusit Standard never fails to impress us. Swimming pools here is world class. Seem like this is Kids friendly hotel. If you need privacy and quiet space this hotel might not ideally. Especially weekends, swimming pools and breakfast hall full of kids screaming. No smoking is everywhere but turn out the room above us is heavily smoking person, they smoke all night and throw ash on our balcony :( Weekend leisure time is not that good but I still believe in Dusit brand. I hope next trip with Dusit will better for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin, and it remains one of my favorite escapes. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, reinforced by the warm and professional service the staff consistently provides. The Room & Club Experience I stayed 2 nights in a Club Ocean View Room, which was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The view of the ocean from the balcony provided a serene backdrop to the entire stay. The Club Lounge staff were great—very attentive and took good care. Drinks were well prepared and service was smooth, and I felt I couldn’t get enough of Thai desserts, I want to bring back home!!! Dining & Facilities Breakfast: Truly a highlight. The selection is vast, catering to all tastes, and everything is super delicious. A special shout-out to the orange juice, which was refreshing and high quality. Pool Service: The team at the pool is attentive and provides great service, making it easy to spend the whole day lounging by the water. Dusit Gold Platinum Benefits As a Dusit Gold Platinum member, I was pleased that all benefits were fully honored. I was even offered a late check-out until 6 PM, although I only needed until 2 PM. Additional perks like food and drink discounts, along with a 500 THB hotel credit usable upon check-out, made the experience even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Whether you are a frequent Dusit guest or a first-timer, the hospitality here is top-notch. I look forward to returning soon!
