Simon at the Royal Club in Atlantis The Royal made our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. His hospitality and genuine care for guests really stood out, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Overall, we had a very good stay at Atlantis The Royal. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view. The complimentary gifts and freebies they provide are excellent and a really nice touch. There were a few things that stopped it from being a 5-star experience. Our room had a slight smell which was noticeable despite being very clean. The bell boys also took around 20 minutes to come and collect our luggage. The biggest concern was with the valet, who accidentally handed me the keys to somebody else’s car! Definitely something that needs more attention, especially at a hotel of this standard. That said, it’s an impressive property with plenty to enjoy, and overall we had a good stay.

During a half-day transit in Dubai, I decided to enjoy breakfast at Gastronomy at Atlantis The Royal, thanks to the outstanding reputation the restaurant has built over time. I was truly amazed and, at times, overwhelmed by the entire experience. The food was excellent, with an incredible variety of options to choose from. Every dish was fresh, well-presented, and of exceptional quality. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. The entire team on the floor was fully engaged and committed to creating a memorable guest experience. Everyone seemed genuinely passionate about going the extra mile. I especially appreciated the Restaurant General Manager taking the time to stop by for a quality check. We had a great conversation, and I was pleased to share my positive feedback in person. A special thank you to the Moroccan hostess for her warm welcome and genuine hospitality. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and set a wonderful tone for the rest of my day. I would also like to recognize Emma for her attentive, detailed, and exceptionally warm service. Her professionalism and care did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am truly grateful for such an outstanding experience and highly impressed by the level of hospitality demonstrated by the entire team. I will certainly remember this visit and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is beautiful and very elegant, and the service was truly excellent. The breakfast buffet was also impressive — very diverse, well-organized, and had a wide variety of options to suit everyone. What truly stood out the most was the kids club. It was exceptional in every way — well-designed, engaging, and full of fun activities. The staff there were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with children. My kids had such an amazing time that they didn’t want to leave at all, which says everything! I highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families.
