Great hotel, great food, fantastic staff very friendly and attentive throughout the whole stay. The hotel was immaculately clean all over, fantastic cocktails and the entertainment team were all great with the different games through the day and live music at nights. Location is a small bit out of the way but easy to get to Costa Adeje, and las americas by bus or taxi no more than €20. Would highly recommended!

A perfect experience within the property! I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this hotel had pretty much everything I needed: amazing food, truly ALL-INCLUSIVE where even the drinks aren’t charged. As a Globalist member, they gave me free dinner—with drinks clearly being included, unlike Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical—despite booking only Bed & Breakfast fare. The swimming pool is peaceful and the staffs are very nice. The only drawback is that the location is not ideal: far from pretty much everything, but I guess that’s the reason this property is called “Escape”.

Has been an absolute amazing holiday. First time here and hope to return. Erica from entertainment has gone above and beyond to make our holiday a memorable experience. So friendly and engaging with everyone. A true superstar. A credit to Bahia principe. All staff were friendly. Place was spotless too. Cleaners a credit to the hotel too.

We’ve just returned from our first visit to this hotel. I feel that we are well travelled and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff are lovely and so very helpful, from the reception team, through to the bar staff. The hotel and rooms are immaculate and the toilets and communal areas are being cleaned throughout the day. The pool area is stunning. The dining room is lovely with a wide selection of food. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We had no problems with noise from the surrounding area. It is a short walk to the nearest shops and bars. Please note a €250 damage deposit is taken on a credit card on arrival, we didn’t know this but fortunately had one with us.

Absolutely FANTASTIC stay at this hotel! Rooms were so spacious and absolutely spotless! We had ants about 5days into our 2 weeks holiday, and working 20mins of letting reception know, we were in a new room, even more spacious and a pool view! Also the following day we received a gifted bottle of rum as further apology! Food was great too, loads of choice. Personal favourite was the pasta station, freshly made to order…..delicious!! Waiting staff were on the ball, always making sure you had drinks, plates cleared away etc! Plenty table to choose from also! My husband and 16yr old daughter visited the Steak restaurant twice during our stay (I am vegetarian). Thy raved about it, as did everyone else we heard that had eaten there!! Entertainment team……spot on! Erica was such a ray of sunshine! Great fun in the games and always had a great laugh! We joined her in the mornings for stretch classes, paddle board yoga (what a laugh) and throughout every day for archery, axe throwing, darts, bingo and quizzes! Sidney also fantastic, very funny and made everyone feel welcome! They are both a credit to the hotel! We have a collection of medals, bottles of fizz and T-shirts ha! Location suited us as nice and quiet, but may be too far out for some of you like to be close to shops/restaurants etc. We used the local bus to go into Las Americas one evening, around €7 for 3 of us! Only took around 20mins and was nice and cool with AC. We hired a car for 2 days, within the hotel. Easy process. Used the car for a beach day trip to Las Americas, then a day trip to Siam Park which is our fav thing! Staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing! So happy, welcoming, remembering names and nothing was too much bother. Lifeguards lovely too! Cleaners were excellent! Every single day the room was spotless! Fresh towels every day too. No towel/sunbed wars. Loads available all day! Selection of games down in lounge bar area also which we used at night time. Evening entertainment was good, quite mixed. The best by far was ‘B&B’, they were excellent and really got the guests involved and created a fabulous fun atmosphere! We are gutted to head home today, but making it a little easier by being gifted a complimentary late check out due to room move earlier in the holiday! Would definitely come back and stay here, it’s been the best 2 weeks! Thank you Bahia Principe Escape Tenerife! Xx
