Great service! We had a check-out time at 12, but we were allowed to stay in the hotel until the end of the day (our flight was around 7 PM), and we could even take a shower before heading to the airport. Breakfasts were quite generous. The apartment was fully equipped: kettle, kitchenware, hairdryer, pots, cutlery, even an iron! There was also a sponge and dish soap provided. Every day there was a mini disco for the kids – such a great touch, even off-season. Parking was a bit tricky since the hotel doesn’t have private parking; street parking is very limited. Despite that, we were very happy with the hotel and I highly recommend it!

Immediately after landing, we received a message from the hotel that we were being transferred to the neighbouring Mirage Hotel. Without asking about our needs or preferences. We chose a specific room at Beverly Hills Heights because it looked renovated and of a much higher standard than at the Mirage. In addition, at the time of booking, the room we chose was more expensive. We were offered a room which, according to the receptionist, was much better because it "has two bathrooms". Upon entering this part of the hotel, we were struck by the smell of chemicals and the loud noise from the swimming pool. And then there was the lower standard of the early 2000s. We did not agree to this room. We explained our expectations, and the "customer relations" employee laughed in our faces. In the end, we took a room in a quieter part of the hotel, and they gave us a free dinner as compensation. Unfortunately, that room was not quiet either, as the bedroom window overlooked the corridor. In addition, there were ants, no cleaning and a broken hairdryer. The only plus was the breakfast, and that's it. The hotel is good for people who don't mind overbooking and less valuable customers being moved to worse rooms. On route back to the UK after an incredible stay at Hollywood Mirage & I couldn’t leave without sharing just how special this trip has been. This review is dedicated to the outstanding animation team - especially David & Laura. You both truly went above & beyond to make our stay absolutely unforgettable. From warmly welcoming me to join in the daytime activities to creating the most amazing atmosphere in the evenings, your energy & enthusiasm never went unnoticed. The evenings were without a doubt the highlight - full of dancing, laughter, & unforgettable moments, especially at the Pink Party! The effort, passion & professionalism from the entire animation team is exceptional. You are all incredible at what you do & it genuinely makes such a difference to the guest experience. If you’re looking for a place that offers a fantastic variety of entertainment & a team that makes you feel completely included, Hollywood Mirage is the place to be. I truly hope to visit again in the future & hopefully see some familiar faces around!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Hollywood Mirage Hotel and overall would recommend it, especially for families. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was plenty to do for kids, and the kids’ club was great — our 2-year-old loved it. The pool area was excellent, with one warm heated pool and two other pools offering lots of entertainment throughout the day. Unfortunately, the only negative aspect of our stay was an issue with customer service at reception. One receptionist with brown hair was extremely rude to us on two separate occasions and showed very poor customer service skills. We also spoke to another couple who had experienced the same issue with her, which suggests this wasn’t an isolated incident. Aside from this, everything else about the hotel was very good, and with better consistency in customer service, it would be an excellent family resort.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Good value for money for some winter sun. The main pool area was such a great vibe! Popular music, dance routines, competitions, really friendly animation staff. Pool drinks great, pool lunches a little pricey and could be better. The views from our balcony were great and the shower pressure was a dream. Plenty of street parking around the hotel if you rent a car
