We’ve just returned from our trip here we had x2 of the one bedroom apartments and x1 of the studio apartment. The rooms are very spacious and look lovely especially for the money, the actual hotel looks absolutely stunning no matter where you are, we were really impressed with that. The staff are super friendly and the entertainment team are absolutely perfect, you could definitely not be bored here we particularly enjoyed the foam party. We had breakfast included and we found it to be pretty nice just a bit slow at replacing things towards the end of breakfast service. The location is absolutely perfect you’ve got so many lovely restaurants around the hotel and it’s close to the beach for a nice walk or they offer the shuttle bus down to the beach free of charge and taxis are also cheap and readily available in reception. There’s 3 large pools with plenty of sunbeds, we were a group of 6 and never really had any troubles being seated together. The pools were clean and refreshing and the hotel gets plenty of sun for tanning we never felt like we were in the shade. There’s also different levels of noise at each one which is perfect for if you’re wanting to relax or have a dance to the music We did however have a few problems - our room in the Judy garland block did not have wifi the entire stay which caused me to have to use all my data and then have to use my own money to purchase more we did inform reception that it didn’t work and they said it was network provider issue which we understood but thought it would be fixed before we had gone home which it wasn’t it was also a bit temperamental around other areas of the hotel -we only had one cockroach in our room which we weren’t bothered about at all and thought it was to be expected however our family in the other 2 rooms claimed to have quite a lot of bugs in their room even on their counters where they were cooking etc -I know this sounds a little nitpicky but trust me if you go you’ll know what I mean, there’s no shower curtain on half the shower which causes your entire bathroom floor to be drenched the whole time we were there. you also don’t get much hot water, if me and my partner both wanted a shower only one of us would have hot water -they allow balls in the pool which I’ve never been bothered about til this holiday everyone in our family were hit by a ball on several occasions and the lifeguards/staff did not say anything- at times it wasn’t even a pool ball it was just a normal football absolutely launched at your head. -only one pool has a bar which means you’re having to trek around the hotel for a pint if you’re at the quieter 2 pools, it also quite frequently has long queues at the bar. All in all I would return as the beauty of the hotel is not to be missed and the pools and entertainment are lovely and it was a nice relaxing break for an amazing price however they do need to make some improvements:)

We are just home from a week here and absolutely loved it. As a family of 5, spacious rooms are hard to get but this one was exceptional. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, room 1203. One bedroom had a king bed and one had two single beds. The living area was large and had 2 very comfortable sofas that converted to sofa beds. The kitchen area was brilliant, which included a fridge freezer. Very handy to store drinks and ice lollies. Although we didn't cook, the facilities were there. The TV was great, especially as the world cup was on and my sons and husband were keen to watch some games at unsocial hours. We had 2 bathrooms with double showers and sinks. The balcony had a table and 6 chairs that we used at night. The breakfast was great and kept us full most of the day. The fesh omlettes were great (cooked outside to order). Dinner was ok. There was always something to eat. I do feel it lacked a bit of proper meat. The BBQ night on Wednesday was really good with entertainment provided. It was a lovely atmosphere. We used pool number 3 and it was great. The main pool seemed busier with kids entertainment. We never had to rush for a sun lounger at pool 3. The lift to the pool was very handy. Location wise, it is about a 5 minute drive to town. We didn't mind that and liked that it was quiet at night. A taxi cost about €8 single for 5 of us. The hotel reception staff booked the taxi and it couldn't be handier. There is no shortage of taxis and the average wait time was 3-5 mins after ordering. We would definitely stay here again.

whenever I go on holiday I never pay attention to places I stay at as long as it's clean and affordable but this place was far above my expectations. Big, clean and well maintained rooms, our had balcony with amazing view on ocean so sunset each evening was an amazing experience. Good food, lots of little shops on site in case you need anything urgently. only trouble was to walk back to hotel each day due to location at probably highest point of town, but that was our choice to do so. other than that- brilliant place and if we'll ever visit Tenerife again - this surely will be our place to stay again

Very nice and spacious rooms (although we paid for a larger room as an upgrade). Friendly and helpful staff! This is about as far from the beaches and main restaurants on the seafront as you can get in the area, although it was lovely and quiet in the evenings. A good walk from the beach (with a good hill to climb on your way home), however the hotel provides a nice, convenient bus service to the seafront during the day which made the trips out much easier.

Stayed here for a week and all I can say is stay away from this hotel, it’s nowhere near worth being called 4-stars. I’m not one to complain but this cost a lot of money and was a gift for my birthday. For starters there are hidden fee’s everywhere, I’ve stayed in hotels of a variety of different ratings throughout the world and I’ve never been charged for a safe before certainly not €22 (10 euro deposit and 12 euro overall payment) and I’ve certainly never encountered fee’s for luggage storage either particularly in the provided lockers outside of reception, these were out of the way in a room didn’t feel particularly safe. They also cost 2 euro which built up as we needed to access items out of our suitcases while we waited for our 4pm check in ( arrived 11am). Secondly, I need to talk about the cleanliness of this hotel because it needs to be known, our room 5119 in the Judy Garland wing was nothing short of disgusting. We were told our room was due to be cleaned on Thursday and when we arrived back to our room after being out all day 7am-8pm we could tell it wasn’t, particularly when we finally sat on the rooms sofa two days after being there and found a disgusting used Calpal medicine syringe (legit medical waste) that my partner accidentally touched looking for our tv remote, he has severe health anxiety and we at first glance thought it was a diabetics syringe that he had been pricked by thankfully it wasn’t. When I complained about the issue of the room not being cleaned and explained how it affected my partners health anxiety I was laughed off at by the man at reception which was absolutely unacceptable, he offered a maid to come but due to the time of night I scheduled a maid to come the Saturday. When I returned to our room my partner not feeling well about what happened had pulled out the sofa to check for anymore items from the previous guest and found a used baby bottle that still had liquid (mouldy) in it !!! At that point I had to return to reception and request a new room because we both felt to uncomfortable in 5119. Thankfully the request was answered but that is the bare minimum for how the situation was handled by the hotel, we got moved two doors down to 5123 which was “cleaner” and had maids visit everyday for the continuation of our stay but on inspection of our room the sofa bed’s sheets had stains that looked like excrement on them, our duvet had lipstick stains on it under the cover and on our last two nights cockroaches started flooding into the room, if your having to kill 4-5 a night then that’s a legit issue this hotel needs to Address. The last thing I’ll mention about cleanliness is upon waiting for our check in, we encountered a couple who needed their room change due to it not being cleaned either, as their room was filled with dirty towels and beer bottles, so if you decide to stay here inspect your room thoroughly. Finally I’ll say that the food is absolutely subpar for a 4-star rating, we had breakfast included in our stay and the amount of flies landing on the food turned my stomach, I understand yes the doors to the buffet are open but you could at least have fans over the food because nothings worse then biting into a croissant and a fly pops out from inside it. Do yourself a favour and go to any other place for food, taxis are cheap and the hotel is located near some very nice restaurants, trust me when I say the food will be less greasy and way better tasting then dining here. Overall one of the only good ratings can give is for the one staff member (blonde hair and glasses) at the desk who actually listened at the reception desk when we why discussed why we had to change our room as she made sure to inform the supervisor. Additionally the only other upside was the location is close to the strip which makes it great for shopping but like other reviews have mentioned the hill is quite steep so take the free shuttle or hail a taxi when you can.
