Me & my partner has just stayed here for a week, payed a very high amount of money as we booked it February last year & had breakfast & dinner included. All I can say is never again will we come back here, food was absolutely disgusting no flavour what so ever to any of it, mostly tasted of purfume & cardboard. Workers in the restaurant were very rude, not the chefs tho as they were lovely & always happy to help. No access to the sunbeds or pool ALL WEEK as it was always rammed & sunbeds were always taxed with towels over them when people wasn't even on them, no seats to even sit by the pool either as they were full of people. Staff at reception wasn't helpful at all, complained about our aircon the first night as it was hardly working, got told someone will go and fix it but nobody came, phoned up and told them about it all we had was "that's strange" as they hardly understood us so no sense out of any of them. Don't even know where to start with our room, cleaners were good but not once did we have our bedding changed throughout the whole week, rooms are very outdated, the only nice bit was the view from the balcony. The noise from the strip was on another level, think they need to refurbish everything to make it noise proof from the strip so would not recommend if you want a peaceful holiday. One plug socket in the whole room, luckily I did bring a extension lead. The hairdryer was crap and you have to hold the button constantly if you want to dry your hair, tv didn't even work it was just full of Spanish Channels. WIFI absolutely crap, barely worked in the nights & when trying to use mobile data that hardly worked either, key cards never worked only after several attempts to get into the room. Halls were very noisy full of teenagers making ructions ready to go to the strip, walls in room and bathroom were also very very thin so you could litro hear the person above you having a wee in the toilet. Shop nearby always closed at 6pm which isn't ideal, when going out we both felt very unsafe and uncomfortable as it's so rough at the hotel and near strip, always stinking of cannabis and constantly having someone coming up to you offering weed, cocaine, pills etc. overall would never recommend a family coming near here or at this hotel, and hope they take it into consideration to refurbish this hotel with all these reviews, as it would be a lovely place to stay with the views.

The hotel has some positives, but unfortunately the constant noise completely overshadowed our stay The rooms were a good size and housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning daily and refreshing towels without needing to be asked. The catering staff were always prompt, friendly and approachable, and there was a wide selection of food available at the buffet, although the quality could be a bit hit and miss depending on the day The entertainment team, particularly Daniel, were fantastic. They were friendly, enthusiastic and really encouraged guests to get involved. There was a great variety of activities on offer including stretching, yoga, Pilates and water biking. The hotel is also in a great location, close to bars, shops and the beach, with lovely views from the balconies. The all-inclusive drinks were another highlight, with a great cocktail selection and no restrictions, and importantly the alcohol certainly wasn’t watered down However, the biggest issue by far was the noise. This hotel is clearly aimed at younger groups looking to party, and throughout our stay it was full of young lads and girls who were often loud, rude and showed very little consideration for other guests. There seemed to be no respect for people trying to sleep Music from the surrounding bars continued until around 4:30am every single night, and the hotel itself has virtually no soundproofing. Even with foam earplugs (which reception provides if you ask), we could still hear loud music, shouting, people returning to their rooms and noise from around the hotel throughout the night. Staff appeared largely unconcerned about noise disturbances and made little effort to address any of the disruptive behaviour Other downsides included a lack of sunbeds, meaning guests had to reserve them very early in the morning by putting towels down. Security staff were disappointing and not particularly helpful. Also, there was only one plug socket in the room, so definitely bring an extension lead if you want to charge devices beside the bed Overall, if you’re looking for lively nightlife and don’t mind very little sleep, this hotel may suit you. Stayed here for 5 nights in May and although there are a few negatives, nothing serious enough to cause upset or ruin our holiday. Worth noting that due to its proximity to the Veronicas strip, it does get rowdy at times and I probably wouldn't choose to bring children here. However. The rooms are a little dated and lacking plug sockets. And you can hear everything from nextdoor whilst in the bathroom. If you're unlucky enough to have a room facing the Veronica's strip, you'll need a few extra nightcaps if you want to sleep. Our balcony views were gorgeous though. My only real disappointment was the sunbeds. They need to be policed throughout the day. People were claiming their sunbeds with towels etc first thing in the morning, going out for the day and not using them. So the rest of us had to scramble when one became free. The pool security guy should monitor this instead of balls in the pool. The hotel is ideally situated though. Sun in the pool areas all day long and the back gate takes you onto the seafront path. So super easy to get to the other restaurants, shops or onto the beach. The food in the hotel was honestly fantastic. Compared to the many other all inclusive buffets I've experienced over the years this was exceptional. A huge range of freshly prepared foods every meal time. I was very impressed. There was evening entertainment most nights and all of the staff we spoke to were lovely too. The surrounding areas have plenty to see and do but there's loads of bars and nightclubs right outside so isn't quiet at night. So, some points for consideration before choosing this hotel but I'd happily stay there again.

It's was nice place and everything was good. We wanted a room from booking.com sea view but they gave us city and sea view room. we didn’t say anything to them we were tired and we just carry on. Video was taken early mornig. If i will go next time i will go there and will talk about the room before the give me. Over all I paid 400 plus euro for 3 night with bed and breakfast. Now you can decide.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. I found some of the negative reviews surprising, as they did not reflect my stay. It’s important to have realistic expectations—this is not a five-star hotel, but it delivers outstanding value for what you pay. From the food and entertainment to the overall service, everything was impressive. The room was spotless, and housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout our stay. Even on days when we did not require cleaning, staff still checked in to see if we needed any additional items, which I found particularly thoughtful. The staff were consistently accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made a significant difference to our overall experience. The food was also excellent, offering both quality and variety. The hotel’s location, right on the strip, was very convenient. Despite this, noise levels were not an issue—even my boyfriend, who is quite sensitive to noise, found it perfectly manageable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
