We had a great stay at the TRH Taoro Garden Hotel. The location, in the neighbourhood of the gardens, is excellent, and the whole area around the hotel is lovely and well maintained. The town (Puerto de la Cruz) is beautiful, and it was a pleasure to stroll around. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable. The food was very good, with plenty of choice every day. The staff were extremely friendly, including reception, housekeeping, and the bar and restaurant teams—they all worked very hard.

Lovely modernised hotel. Positives- Adults only but mostly German guests -Very Clean -basic rooms but nice enough -Staff very good, friendly, speak most languages and attentive. -Pool area nice, good and plenty of beds -Quiet and relaxing. -Food ok. Negatives - hotel is up high, so walking down is fine, 20 minutes to seafront. But you’ll need a taxi back -shuttle bus to town picks up at various hotels so can be full and never on time. -No atmosphere, we’ve just used it as a base to explore -B&B is enough, you’ll go crazy eating here 3 times a day. We had a sea view 3rd floor

Perfect stay! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 They helped us organize our engagement, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The views were amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Best thing about this hotel are the staff and the pool. Everything else is fine, but nothing to write home about One negative is that there is not a single thing in the mini bar, and they don't provide a bottle of water even though tap water is not drinkable.

A very relaxing pool area, just the job. €5 taxi into town otherwise steep hills in and out of town.
