Little bit frustrating with it only being card only and not allowed to use cash. Good selection of drinks at the bar and the food at the lounge bar was nice! Breakfast was very basic but it does the job and can’t really moan too much about it. The kids entertainment around the pool was alright, they where very friendly and nice to talk to and engage with them, the lifeguard was very friendly and would help out when needed but you would need someone who speaks Spanish to translate to him haha. All round for a bed and breakfast I would 100% come back and a very nice hotel!

We stayed at this hotel mainly as a place to sleep during our vacation, so it served its purpose. We booked the Duplex Suite with Golf Views, overlooking the golf course. Here are some of our observations from our stay. The positives: The breakfast was good, the swimming pool was nice, and other facilities were available, including a gym, spa, and laundry room. The Wi-Fi had decent speeds, and the TV offered the option to watch Netflix. Pool towels were available with a €20 deposit, and you could exchange them daily for fresh ones. The staff were friendly and also offered us the option to store our luggage in a secure room before the check-in time. The less positive things: Unfortunately, some parts of our room were clearly outdated and in need of maintenance. Although the main bathroom appeared to have been renovated, one of its two doors could not be locked from the inside. The balcony door in the bedroom also could not be locked, which was concerning. The upstairs bathroom had a strong smell of what seemed like decaying fish. We ended up not using it at all. The air conditioning in the bedroom made a rattling noise, and the vents were very dusty. We had to keep it on the lowest setting to be able to sleep. Cleanliness was another thing. The floor and staircase were dirty, and after taking just a few steps around the bedroom, my white socks had turned brown. This was particularly disappointing. At least the towels and bed sheets were refreshed daily, which made the stay a little more comfortable. We decided not to raise these issues with the staff during our stay, as we suspected that changing rooms might not necessarily improve the situation. Overall The hotel has some good facilities and friendly staff, but the outdated rooms, maintenance issues, and lack of cleanliness affected our stay. We mainly used the room to sleep, so it was manageable for our vacation, but there is definitely room for improvement. For reference, we stayed in room 3003.

Great hotel. Rooms large, modern and very clean. Cleaned every day during our stay. Pool area, best pool area I've been too. 2 decent sized pools with a small baby pool. Water clean and warm. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, not had a problem securing 3 at any time in the day. Floor very warm, need to bring shoes for poolside. Lots of different pool activities over the week. Food. Breakfast great, plenty of choice for our family. Dinner good but struggled a bit as a vegetarian family, lots of meat and fish dishes. Desserts very good, lots of fresh fruit. On site restaurant here at an extra cost, loved our meal there. Drinks. Fairly priced, decent variety, snack bar fair prices and nice food. Not a great deal happening in the evenings, not an issue for us, town not toofar if you wanted something livelier. Would return on the basis we love the pool area here and the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of great options, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The location is fantastic, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. As a family, we felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The spa was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. We booked a massage with Lorena, and it was honestly one of the best massages we've ever had. She is incredibly skilled, professional and clearly knows exactly what she's doing. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The whole spa team were friendly, attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to offer a wider selection of drinks and fresh fruit in the spa area. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We would be delighted to return and would happily recommend this hotel to our family and friends. 💯👌🏻

Ultimate Force Taekwondo

This is my 2nd time staying here and it was excellent again. Staff are friendly and hard working. Hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Activities were excellent. Food was good with good choices. I have seen reviews saying location is bad. I enjoyed the walk to the strip and it was only 7 euros for a taxi on the way back. Facilities were good with spa, gym, shop and Indian restaurant. The only way to improve it is more staff in bar areas and an all inclusive option. Overall fantastic hotel
