A pleasant hotel and fair value for the price we paid. Our room was in decent clean condition. The shower valve was a bit sensitive and the toilet siphon leaked into the bowl but it all still worked. The hotel provided some basic crockery and cutlery along with a microwave and fridge which was helpful. The facilities were good with a few nice swimming pools and a small but usable gym. Loads of sunbeds available despite the hotel being very full over the weekend. The food was decent quality but the menu repeats after a week or so. For the price we paid the quality of food was good enough. Its a self service buffet and when busy isn't a relaxing place to be, but that's not the hotel's fault. Our family appreciated the kid's club and the evening entertainment was generally good to excellent - the Brasilian acrobat/dance group were nothing short of amazing. Overall the hotel met our expectations and at times exceeded them. Fair value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent—easy access to nearby attractions, transport, and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with good variety. Overall atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and perfect for a holiday. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travellers. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offers good value for money. Based on the condition of the facilities, which require renovation, I would rate the hotel between 2 and 3 stars. However, due to the excellent service provided by the staff, I give it 4 stars. The property is large, but several areas need renovation. The reception area is small and very colorful, which gives the impression that the hotel is mainly oriented toward children. The activities are well organized, with daily shows and performances. In the room, the air filter was dirty and the bathroom required renovation. Unfortunately, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Nevertheless, the daily housekeeping service was good, and the staff member who assisted us was extremely kind and attentive, especially with our children. At the restaurant, the food was good, flavorful, and offered a wide variety of options. The desserts were homemade and had a comforting, traditional taste. However, on several occasions there were not enough clean plates available, and some plates were not properly cleaned. The service is self-service for drinks, and there were often long lines for coffee. We experienced an issue with the food, in addition to the situation in the room, and the management addressed it promptly and professionally, which significantly improved our overall experience. The staff members were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their dedication and care. I would like to especially recognize the following team members for their excellent service: Eli, Mário, Carlos, Bárbara, Gerardo, and Marielis (Housekeeping).

Lovely location right in front of the sea a few shops near to the hotel. Bus stop just opposite hotel entrance. Rooms very spacious and were kept clean during the stay. Lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. All staff were friendly and helpful. All areas were constantly being cleaned by the hard working staff. Food and drink in the all inclusive package was really good with an excellent range of foods and drinks available throughout the day... Would definitely like to go back 😃

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not a 4 star hotel. I’d give it 2, max. Accommodation Don’t pay extra for a “sea view” room, they don’t have any, another hotel blocks the view from every room on that side, the only bit of sea you’re seeing is in the corner. It says it has a mini bar, there is no mini bar, just an empty fridge. The light outside our balconies do not work too, and flooded after light rain. The room key also consistently never works, needing to walk back and forth to reception. TV quality very poor. Pixelated, and poor networks cannot connect to streaming services. You will be greeted to a shower that recommends a 4 minute Spotify playlist to have a shower in 4 minutes because the shower only stays hot for 4 minutes. Food Food was atrocious, couldn’t even get my fork through the chicken I got (it literally fell on the floor), food consistently gross. I had the stalest pizza I’ve ever had. All inclusive means food you can use as sustenance. Nothing more. You won’t enjoy any bit of their food. And a very long queue to get sat in a seat that hasn’t been cleaned, and “clean” = they will wipe it down with a dry tea towel, and flip the table mat upside down (in front of us too). None of the meals I’ve had were edible, so we requested a refund to no avail. Amenities Massage was really good. But had to wait 30 minutes before I was allowed in despite it being pre booked in advanced. Overall poor experience. Zero stars if I could. Very disappointing experience.
