A pleasant hotel and fair value for the price we paid. Our room was in decent clean condition. The shower valve was a bit sensitive and the toilet siphon leaked into the bowl but it all still worked. The hotel provided some basic crockery and cutlery along with a microwave and fridge which was helpful. The facilities were good with a few nice swimming pools and a small but usable gym. Loads of sunbeds available despite the hotel being very full over the weekend. The food was decent quality but the menu repeats after a week or so. For the price we paid the quality of food was good enough. Its a self service buffet and when busy isn't a relaxing place to be, but that's not the hotel's fault. Our family appreciated the kid's club and the evening entertainment was generally good to excellent - the Brasilian acrobat/dance group were nothing short of amazing. Overall the hotel met our expectations and at times exceeded them. Fair value for money.

I would say it’s not 4 starts hotel, however 2+/3 stars only. The main reason is the cleanliness in the rooms and the general condition of hotel. First of all when I checked in, my number wasn’t cleaned, and at the reception the room was replaced. I really appreciated it. When I arrived at the 2nd room, it was better, however on the tables were stains. On the floor was hairs, inside the fridge was hair. In the bathroom also were stains on the walls. Looked like some reparation was done, but long time ago. So now it’s indeed needed in reparation again, to have a fresh and better look. In the restaurant the furniture was with holes, the plates on the back side were with pieces of food. Sometimes I found the hairs on the tables. The “fresh juices” was not fresh juices, however with adding of cheap simple juices. So consequently the taste was not good, as I expected. The very bad problem with plaque on the cranes. Looks like it was really not tried to remove it with vinegar +soda. So general condition of the hotel was worse, rather than I expected (according to the photos). It was actually nice, that the food 3 times a day was included, but for the rest quality and prices don’t much.

For the money I paid, I cannot fault this hotel at all. In terms of staff it’s been up there with some of the finest and most expensive hotels that I have stayed in. The team from reception, to the maintenance guys, the maids and the pool staff greet you as you walk past and that’s trained in some of the best hotels. The theme nights in the restaurant are great and the food is varied and really quite good - Mexican night was excellent and the fajitas were out of this world. There’s loads to do for kids and would love to take my daughter here next year and I never usually go to the same place twice but for here I will definitely consider it! We came in November so the main pool was a bit cold but I would imagine it would have been fine in the summer months plus the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away with black sand and warm sea. The complimentary lavazza coffee and machine was a nice touch along with the complimentary botttle of water. Simple touch but really nice to have, just shows they care and they don’t have to do that. It’s a really top hotel for a really great price - EXCELLENT VALUE and great respect from me

Currently here for 10 nights. Apartments a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Great view of the sea from our balcony. Staff are amazing as is the food. Pools are really nice and poolside snacks and drinks are plentiful. The location is perfect. Not very far from popular tourist spots. We hired a car for 2 days and found some nice beaches to visit close by. Overall we are glad we booked our holiday here, and will definitely visit again.

The staff here are really awesome - all helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Some even helped me with my Spanish. Some call outs - Nohelia and Tito. Both made us feel so at home The rooms are okay for the price, nothing fancy but clean. Location is a little out of the way but was fine for us - the buses are easy to catch if you want to get out
