We booked this hotel by jet2 holiday for a family holiday. I am happy with my stay and this what I experienced. The room size for a double bedroom was generous and had a microwave, sink ,a table and chairs, fridge and drawers. Overall clean and big shower room with nice balcony. Sadly our room was on ground floor and the wing behind so we didn’t have a sea view room but it was facing one of the pools. The hotel is big and has 3 big swimming pools and facilities. Big play area and very good entertainments. It has a slide and has separate splash pool for toddlers. You will find enough decks and umbrellas. Some of umbrellas need repairs though. There are clean towels you can have without any deposit for using by the pool. Usually hotels ask for deposit. The food was very good and varied. Very close to the beach 9 minutes walk. There is a bus in front of the hotel to the water parks if you’re interested to go. The accessible path in front if the hotel needs a bigger sign I say because when we arrived it was late at night and we didn’t see it and it was very hard to carry the luggage from the stairs and unfortunately nobody said there is a trolley and a path I had a toddler and a pushchair and we carried all from the stairs and then found out ourselves. The cleaning service was good however the hotel benefits from a professional cleaning maybe. I saw a few insects in our room. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. Will I book it again? Yes we had a comfortable stay and happy to spend our holiday here.

This is not a 4 star hotel as listed on Jet2 website. I've stayed in some holes and some 5 star hotels, based on this I would say this is a 2 star. The photos on the Jet2 website do not give the right impression. The place needs a lot of work, repairs, painting and bringing up to scratch. Most sun loungers had towels on them, we were told that leaving towels on loungers was "forbidden" but that staff were unable to remove them. So we ended up putting towels on and leaving them on for the week we stayed. Others were reserved but I never saw them being used. The edge of the pool will take skin off legs/hands/ wherever it comes in contact with. The room was adequate, had a fantastic view. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the buffet breakfast options were okay. No cooking utensils in our room if you did want to cook. The staff for the most part are fantastic, hard working and very friendly.

Booked through Loveholidays and we had a lovely week. While the rooms are a bit tired decor wise, they were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Outdoor areas and were clean and well maintained. The grey pool decks were a bit slippy and my husband fell. The restaurant was a large buffet had lots of choice; good salads ands desserts also. Staff we encountered were all helpful, pleasant and efficient. While the hotel doesn't have a carpark, there was plenty of free on street parking right outside.

More a 3.5 star than a 3. Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff made for an easy stay. The pools are spotless, though in April they’re on the cooler side. A few sunbeds and umbrellas could use attention, and the “no sunbed reservation” rule isn’t really enforced. Food was ok but repetitive, and desserts were quite bland, though we never struggled to find a table. The bar area is functional but not very inviting due to echoey acoustics and hard seating. Evening entertainment was mixed — one night had sound issues, another was very well put together. We also had massages during our stay, which were excellent value and surprisingly good quality. Overall, a good family hotel with plenty of space and a great location, but a few areas could be improved to make it feel more polished.

Im here now. I think a lot of the bad reviews are expecting 5 star luxury at a 3 star price. They are currently renovating at the moment also. We have gone normal all inclusive they have a range of drink options I only drink beer and they have a tap to help yourself so all good there for me. Room is cleaned adequately and towels provided. Balcony (could have done with a table out there but not the end of the world) Day time and night time entertainment all good! Water polo aqua aerobics magic shows circus singers karaoke. Three pools! The nightmare sunbed saving wasnt an issue, maybe because were here at a quieter time! One of the bars open til late with outside terrace, air con inside! Few nice bars and restaurants 5 min walk away. more around 30 min walk. 5 mins from the sea where you can swim. I usually dont like all inclusive I booked as my partner loves it, actually the food options are plentiful I enjoyed them and different every night! snack bar ok, the lunch is the best bit! We did a boat trip and the zoo and the weather is hot hot! Honestly nothing to complain about, you get what you pay for and I definitely feel like I have!
