Was a nice holiday. The staff was very good, excellent some times, food also good and diverse. The rooms are OK, lots of space with a small terrace. Some remarks. The lifts 2 of them were not function all week I was there. I believe from some other comments, it's been a while they are not functioning. The swimming pool benches some times were not enough and also not many umbrelas if you need one, but it was acceptable if everyone behaves as respectful people. Resuming, I enjoyed my holidays.

Just returned from a week here...on the plus side the hotel is clean and tidy though rooms a bit dated Housekeeping provided clean towels and bedding each day. All staff pleasant and helpful. I thought the food choice and availability was fine. I travelled solo and felt safe. The location was excellent. On the unexpected plus side I met some lovely people who were great company. The pool was lovely, my only concerns were the amount of slips / falls i saw with ambulances being called several times due to these accidents around the pool.

Absolutely brilliant here! I can't fault it. I had a fantastic time here and would absolutely visit again! Excellent location too. The sun bed situation can be a bit of a nightmare cos people leave their towels on all day and are no where to be seen but this is a global problem and not just here. The food was varied and plentiful and the staff work so hard to look after everyone. I loved everything about my holiday and would highly recommend Be Live! My room was perfect. I paid €40 to upgrade to a balcony room and it was well worth it. The pool was a little cold for my liking but the weather was gorgeous and I had an excellent time. Thanks to all the staff for making my holiday a memorable one. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe both in and around the resort which means a lot. X

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at Be Live Adults only Tenerife was a delight. The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer, and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially want to thank Victor Caramero, our fantastic waiter. He was always smiling, attentive, and made every meal feel special. Another big thanks to Alba Gonzales! The hotel animator, whose amazing voice and incredible energy lifted everyone's spirits. Her passion for entertaining was contagious — you couldn't help but smile whenever she was around. They're a big part of why our holiday was so memorable. God bless them both!

We had a lovely time here. We read the mixed reviews before we went and were not sure what to expect, but most of the negative reviews didnt match with our experience. Firstly, yes two of the lifts in the foyer were out of order. However, there are 3 more lifts just around the corner & there's even a sign to direct you to them. Secondly, the food was amazing! There was such a variety that it is absolutely dumbfounding to me that people were complaining about it! I can't see how there wouldn't be something everyone would enjoy. The live cooking station offered variety every evening fish, steak, lamb chops etc. Thirdly, there was a range of entertainment, from aquafit, bowling, sangria making, darts, quizzes, music, karaoke, disco. Admittedly, it might not be for everyone, but -in my opinion- it certainly doesn't warrant the negative reviews some people have given. My main positive from the holiday was the staff, who were brilliant! They went above and beyond, were warm & friendly and very hard-working. Our room was large and comfortable, and we had a great view from the balcony. Btw: don't pay steep price for a taxi or transfer. The buses on Tenerife are excellent and affordable
