just returned from an 11 day family holiday. had the most amazing time ever . room were great . the food was excellent there was always something you could eat sometimes it wasn't piping hot but it wasn't cold either . amazing choices from beef stew to salads and so many puddings to choose from i gained weight just looking at them the hotel is in a pretty good location 10 minute walk from the loro parque which i highly recommend and about 20 mins walk from the town. the beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel the staff at the hotel were amazing such happy staff and nothing was a bother for them the only thing i would suggest is that you provide a kettle in the rooms as being an early riser i had no where to get a hot drink from until breakfast time. all in all my first holiday to tenerife was amazing . would definitely return to this hotel

We stayed at Belive Adults Only Tenerife for 1 week all inclusive. In general the hotel is lovely, the staff very helpfull and friendly, the swimming pool is beautifull, with trees and a little waterfall, buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner with lots of different options to choose from, different entertainment every night, from live music, karaoke and fantastic representations of famous singers. The rooms are very cozy and welcoming. I need to mention some members of staff by name as they made us feel like we were home. Antonio from the pool bar, nothing was ever to much for him, very friendly amd helpfull, we had all inclusive and weren't sure what drinks we could have, he explained everything with a smile in his face. Vitor and Pablo were also very friendly and welcoming. Rui, the hotel entertainer was also very friendly and welcoming. I wish I could remember more names but they were all amazing. We definitely coming back and lively recommend this hotel.

Absolutely love the area, location is right next to many black sand beaches, lots of supermarkets nearby, only a short walk into the town center! There's a tour guide service inside the hotel which was fantastic, the ladies were lovely and very helpful at booking our activities. Food is standard for an all inclusive, not amazing for vegetarians but they never are. The rooms could be seen as outdated, uncomfy bed, small TV, marked walls etc, but the only time we spent there was for sleeping. I liked the balcony! The cleaners deserve the biggest shout out as they were so so friendly and did the best job out of any hotel I've stayed in, really liked how they folded our clothes into fancy shapes on the bed! 10/10 cleaners!! Overall had a lovely stay here, would definitely recommend for a adults only "quieter holiday". We did not spend much time in the bar or the pool so can't comment on that.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the BeLive Adults only hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The food in the restaurant was perfectly adequate, there was always something appetezing. I enjoyed every meal. I was on HB and was very satisfied and surprised at the low prices for the drinks I had. The cleaner kept my room clean and tidy every day. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

I arrived home yesterday from my stay at this hotel. Next time I plan to visit North Tenerife, I will stay here again. I stayed half board - solo and had the best time. I am coeliac and the staff in the dining room provided excellent service, very friendly and helpful along with information on the gluten free food available at meal times; one evening they cooked me an excellent fresh pizza. There was also a lot of fresh fruit at all meal times; I ate very well here. My suggestion for the meals, please provide apple sauce with the pork for the British guests. Entertainment - I loved the Motown show and George Michael tribute. Lots of guests of different nationalities dancing together to create a lovely hotel community. If you plan to have an all night rave in your room, please don't stay here. At the end of the evening, people are respectful and everyone has a peaceful night. My room had a balcony that overlooked the sea and the bed and pillows were very comfy. This hotel is a 12 minute walk away from the centre of Puerto De la Cruz, so away from the noisy nightlife. The bus station is only a 5 minute walk away, perfect for visiting other areas of the island. Loro Parque is a 14 minute walk away from the hotel, with a delightful ice cream parlour to enjoy on the route. The best part of this hotel is the amazing staff along with the ample comfy sofas to relax in the indoor seating areas. The photo of the pool and the rear of the hotel was taken at 8.30pm.
