Our family had a wonderful stay at Bali Dynasty Resort. As a mother travelling with two young children, the thing I appreciated most was how safe the resort felt. Even when my children were playing and briefly out of my sight, I never felt anxious. The entire resort had a warm, secure atmosphere, which gave me great peace of mind. Another thing that really impressed us was the staff. They were always around, constantly working, smiling, cleaning, and assisting guests. You never had to search for someone if you needed help. Their hard work and dedication were noticeable throughout the resort. The resort was also very clean, well maintained, and had a fantastic atmosphere for families. We experienced a small issue during check-in and check-out, but what truly impressed us was how the management handled it. They listened carefully to our concerns, genuinely cared about our experience, and even kindly offered us complimentary massages as a gesture of goodwill. It showed that they value their guests and are willing to make things right when something doesn’t go as planned. No hotel is perfect, but what makes a hotel truly exceptional is how they respond when issues arise. Bali Dynasty Resort did exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone, especially families travelling with children.

Love this place for our boys (10,8,6). Kids club is often divided into younger kids (4-8) and teenagers (9- 13) and carers are extremely friendly and professional. It is only a short walk to Waterboom or Kuta and even if the entire place isn't the most modern, it works perfectly for us with everything being close together. Not recommended if you are coming mainly for the beach.

Extremely Disappointing Stay at Dynasty Resort, Kuta We stayed at Dynasty Resort in Kuta as two families with two children, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had in Bali. Almost everything felt like a money grab. Even simple pool toys were not provided and had to be purchased. The water slide looks impressive because it is long, but it has almost no speed, so halfway down you end up pushing yourself with your hands just to get moving. The ping-pong table in the kids’ room was never available during our five-day stay; every time we asked, we were told some program was using it. The same story applied to everything else: if you want to use anything, you have to pay extra. The kids’ movie was not free either, which was ridiculous. The service throughout the resort was poor and disorganized, and nothing felt welcoming or guest-friendly. Breakfast was another letdown — very limited selection, and to make it worse, even coffee was charged separately. I have visited Bali five times, and this was the first time I have ever been asked to pay for breakfast coffee. The final insult came on checkout day. Our flight was in the evening, so we wanted to enjoy the pool a little longer after checking out. We only asked to leave our luggage and use a shower before leaving, but even that came with an extra charge. Most hotels allow guests to use basic facilities like showers on departure day, but not here. Overall, this resort was far below expectations and felt cheap in all the wrong ways. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel.

Had an amazing stay at Bali Dynasty Resort! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The pools, restaurants, and overall facilities were well-maintained, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shopping areas, and many attractions in Kuta. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bali. Would definitely love to visit again!

Fab family friendly resort - don't stay here unless you enjoy the sound of kids. The kids pool and slides were great kept the kids entertained and they enjoyed the kids club activities. Breakfast was good and generous. The location is middle of Kuta so very easy access to the airport and easy to get to Laundromat and 7/11 store, there's shopping nearby too and waking to waterbom. Rooms were clean and comfortable and room service was great. Didn't really rate their buffet dinners, expensive and a bit meh. The macarons from the little Italian restaurant were a big hit. They are constantly working on fixing things around the resort but it is a little dated and showing signs of wear. Didn't worry us but if you're into 5 star luxury then look elsewhere.
