The rooms are well maintained and clean. Mayne not 5 star standard, but nothing that cant be looked past. The service was very good and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Pools were cleaned everyday, and we didn't get sick! Look past the safety aspect and you will accept it is what it is. I think the kids enjoyed the kids club, they only did one day there as we went out and did other stuff. Food was amazing even better coz I didn't have to cook. Pretty good value if you can eat loads. Each buffet was themed and all food was delicious. We had everything we needed at the resort and really didn't need to leave for anything. Just to explore the area.

Recently stayed for 12 nights with 2 young children (aged 2 & 4) the resort amenities are fantastic for young kids, we spent a lot of time in the splash park, main pool and feeding the fish and ducks in the pond near the main lobby. The buffet brekky was great. Loads of options and they were incredibly accommodating for dietary requirements (no dairy or soy for us) nothing was ever too much trouble all we had to do was ask. You don't have to leave the resort if you didn't really have too! We ate at 2 of the resort restaurants and the food was delish! We loved the daily entertainment in the pool. One day it was bingo, another was tug of war. Very funny to watch and listen to the commentary. The staff made funny towel animals for our rooms each day and our kids adored this! We had a room on level 3 which had great views of the lagoon pool. We will be back again! A great family resort for young and old.

We had a great week at the Bali Dynasty resort, the staff are lovely. Food was great, plenty of options. The kids club is great for under 10s and bigger kids have games room etc. There is also some kind of entertainment going on around the pool each day. My husband enjoyed the valley ball and a beer and pizza with the team afterwards. Good music and vibes at the sunken bar! Great foot rub by the pool side. Would return! If I was going to fault it it wud only be to say that although I understand work needs to be done and low season is the time to do it. There was a lot of banging/construction going on from 9am onwards..so if you like a daytime nap in the room that may be a problem for you. Maybe ask before you book. Apparently it seems to be a common theme with Dynasty that there is always workers around cleaning or doing something to the place. Apart from that it was fabulous 😍

Brilliant for families with kids. It is really done well for kids to play at the pool for hours with a big slide and play area. Regular activities scheduled, and even the early teens liked the kids club, which gave us parents a moment to ourselves. Staff were always fantastic. Well presented grounds. Lots of food options including gluten free. Rooms were very nice though a little musty. Safe and easy. We would stay there again.

We recently stayed at Bali Dynasty Resort and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small compared to other resorts we,ve stayed at. They felt very muggy, and the floors became extremely slippery at night. The bathroom was quite old and there was noticeable mould, which was disappointing. Our checkin time was 3:00pm, however we did not receive our room until 4:30pm. We were told this was because we requested to be next to my sister inlaw, but Im not convinced that was the reason. Many guests who arrived after us were checked in quickly and were offered welcome drinks upon arrival. We waited over two hours and were not offered any drinks. After nearly three hours, Dayo, who was checking us in, approached us and told us we could go to the bar for welcome drinks because we had waited so long. It was disappointing that we weren’t offered this on arrival like other guests. I also found Dayo to be quite rude, which added to the frustration. That being said, what truly made our stay enjoyable was the Kids Club. The carers were absolutely beautiful, kind, warm, and genuinely caring. The club itself was fantastic, with plenty of activities running from morning through to evening. Every time I went to pick up my daughter, she would cry because she didn’t want to leave. A definite 10/10 for the Kids Club team. Breakfast was also lovely, with a big variety of options and something for everyone. Overall, while there were some disappointing aspects, the Kids Club and breakfast were definite highlights.
