The rooms were spacious for a family of 4, however there was this unbelievable sewage like smell originating from the bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing with several of the buffet items cold. The coffee served was poor, and it was hugely surprising that a 5 star hotel could not provide better coffee within the breakfast package. We ate at the indian restaurant, were several items were unavailable. My party ate a pau bhaji at lunch where the food was stale and cold. After speaking with the chef, they finally admitted the dish was from the prior day. Absolutely shocking. The food at the Italian was better, but the bread in the bruschetta was hard and stale. We enjoyed the ravioli and aubergine. Strawberries with chocolate was also a hit. The kids swimming pool was for younger children and the main pool was 2 metres, so it was difficult for the kids to be entertained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good with lots of food and massage outlets outside.

Hands down amazing hotel! The grounds staff always smiling and acknowledging you, room service was amazing and always refreshing the room each day to a high standard! Restaurants were absolutely amazing and the buffet for dinner (different cuisine each night) along with buffet breakfast was absolutely 5 star! Great security at the front of hotel checking bags and cars on entry. The magician and Bali dance were fantastic for the kids. Highly recommended hotel.

​Location: Great position close to the beach, shopping, and local activities. ​Pricing: Food and beverage prices are very reasonable across the resort. ​Cons: ​Housekeeping & Room Maintenance: On our first day, the shower drain blocked after just one use (maintenance did resolve it on day two). The shower curtain setup was frustrating. Mini-bar restocking was inconsistent, it was missed several times throughout our stay. ​Dining & Hygiene: The dining setup is heavily reliant on buffets rather than à la carte, which isn't ideal for avoiding shared-germ exposure. The in-room coffee quality was disappointing. More concerningly, while sitting at dining, I directly observed a staff member sneeze over a tray of clean cutlery while setting tables. ​Kids' Club Supervision: I observed two very young guests leaving the kids' club after changing into swim gear, accompanied only by a single older male staff member. The supervision setup and safeguarding protocols felt uncomfortable and lacking for a dedicated family resort. ​Summary: ​Overall, the resort's great location and reasonable pricing make it a solid choice for a family getaway. While there are areas for improvement in maintenance, hygiene, and supervision protocols, the resort has strong potential with a few operational tweaks.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Bali Dynasty Resort. As a mother travelling with two young children, the thing I appreciated most was how safe the resort felt. Even when my children were playing and briefly out of my sight, I never felt anxious. The entire resort had a warm, secure atmosphere, which gave me great peace of mind. Another thing that really impressed us was the staff. They were always around, constantly working, smiling, cleaning, and assisting guests. You never had to search for someone if you needed help. Their hard work and dedication were noticeable throughout the resort. The resort was also very clean, well maintained, and had a fantastic atmosphere for families. We experienced a small issue during check-in and check-out, but what truly impressed us was how the management handled it. They listened carefully to our concerns, genuinely cared about our experience, and even kindly offered us complimentary massages as a gesture of goodwill. It showed that they value their guests and are willing to make things right when something doesn’t go as planned. No hotel is perfect, but what makes a hotel truly exceptional is how they respond when issues arise. Bali Dynasty Resort did exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone, especially families travelling with children.

Stunning Llama

We had a great time here at Bali Dynasty Hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staff always greet us with a smile. My children loved spending time at the pool with slides; it's like a mini waterpark. There is also a playground and kids' club to join the activities. We will definitely be back in the future.
