I’ve stayed at Bali Tropic Resort & Spa four times now, and it honestly keeps getting better every time. The staff are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely taken care of — not in a formal or distant way, but in a warm, personal, almost familiar way. They are always friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to help with anything you need. It really feels like nothing is ever too much. The whole place is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a huge priority here, and it shows everywhere — rooms, common areas, pool, everything is perfectly maintained. You can fully relax because everything just works and feels well taken care of. What really makes it stand out is also the atmosphere. It’s calm and relaxing during the day, but there’s also this really cool energy at night. The rooftop club is on another level — great music, amazing vibe, and a really nice place to spend the evening. It adds something special you don’t usually get at a resort like this. After four stays, I can honestly say there’s been nothing to complain about. Everything feels smooth, comfortable, and consistently high quality. You arrive, switch off, and just enjoy — exactly how a vacation should be. Definitely a place I keep coming back to without hesitation.

Stayed 6 lovely nights in the Club Room. The room is spacious, was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was huge and comfortable, pillows a little too large. Ocean view was a bonus. The vibe at the hotel was really amazing. The staff is on another level, super friendly, polite and helpful. That was a standout. The buffet was very good. There was a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner in the All Inclusive package. There were limited coffee options and I’d like to see more Balinese/ local food available in the buffet. But the food was healthy and tasty which was fantastic. The cocktails included in the package were average. However, we didn’t even know they were part of the package so that was a nice surprise. It was relatively easy and quick to get drinks and all services in general. The beach was very well maintained and didn’t see any rubbish. Plenty of options for seating. Really amazing experience for the price we paid.

An authentic Balinese hotel in a great spot. In Benoa/ Nusa Dua at the quieter end, which is lovely. Great walking path from the hotel to Nusa Dua Peninsula. The highlight of course was the beautiful Balinese staff. We would like to make special mention to Aris, Sita, Rina, Minnie. Yuli and Michael. The food was amazing, different choices every day. I did a Balinese cooking course which was taught by Ari the head chef. He was excellent and very patient. All the staff were terrific, from the Reception staff to cleaning staff and gardeners. The wait staff in the restaurants were very attentive.

We booked a Club Suite for 4 nights, wish it had been longer. The room was incredible, the roof top swimming pool Amazing. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and there was a private beach as well. All the staff were so polite and helpful, I would recommend this hotel, and can't wait to return, everything was 1st class. To have access to the rooftop bar, pool and restaurant you need to book a Club Suite, but its well worth the extra expense.

You can go to a 5 star review place and it is not good. We stayed here after Holiday Inn let us down because they didn’t tell us of the construction work at their hotel despite us booking it last May 2025. This hotel was amazing from check in to check out eight days later. Staff are wonderful, breakfast amazing, we had club room which was fabulous, beach lovely, tropical grounds lovely, pools fabulous, toilets throughout were spotless. I don’t get the negative reviews. If you look, most of the negative reviews are from people who have only reviewed once or twice. Filter out the noise and read the reviews of balanced reviewers, look at their other reviews before believing the spin. This place is not big and sprawling, it’s just perfectly sized for a peaceful, perfect holiday. 😎😎😎🤩🤩🤩
