In room dining BBQ was very nice to have in the villa with our family. Khun Dam and Khun Mod were great and cooked the food so well, it was delicious. And it’s such a treat to be able to relax in the villa without leaving for dinner. Best meal within the resort. Also did the Master Therapist spa with Khun Wara and it was incredibly relaxing. She helped with my tight right shoulder and explained how it happened, but feels really good after.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff was exceptionally courteous and always smiling. Dennis, in particular, helped us several times and was always very helpful and friendly. We received both cake and champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. The rooms were large and spacious, and the pool was big. There was wonderful twice-daily housekeeping; the room was always spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was included, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes from various cuisines. There were several restaurants within the hotel for dinner, as well as a large gym with plenty of equipment. We booked a five-island boat tour through the hotel with an external company, and it was simply excellent! Thank you so much- we will definitely be back!

The Banyan Tree Spa experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The tranquil treatment room created an atmosphere of pure relaxation, and Tina’s gentle yet firm touch kept me drifting in and out of a blissful sleep. The aroma of the essential oils was absolutely wonderful, too. Tina was incredibly kind and attentive, and the 120-minute treatment flew by far too quickly! After the massage, I felt so light, refreshed, and rejuvenated that I could almost fly! Thank you, Tina, for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. 👍🙏😍

An Exceptional Luxury Experience – Hospitality at Its Very Finest My wife and I have just completed a truly wonderful 12-night stay at Banyan Tree Phuket, and we can confidently say that this has been one of the most memorable luxury hotel experiences we have ever enjoyed. The resort itself is magnificent. Our villa was exceptional, the tropical surroundings are beautifully maintained, and the restaurants offer outstanding cuisine and excellent service. The spa deserves special recognition as well. My wife particularly enjoyed her experience and was extremely impressed by the relaxing atmosphere, the quality of the treatments and the professionalism and attentiveness of the spa team. It is a wonderful addition to the resort’s exceptional facilities. However, what makes Banyan Tree Phuket truly extraordinary is its people. Throughout our entire stay, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, appreciated and exceptionally well looked after. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant teams, spa staff, gardeners and management, we experienced a level of warmth, professionalism and personal attention that is increasingly rare, even in the finest luxury hotels. We would particularly like to thank Mr. Niwat Lookchan, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, and his wonderful team for their outstanding hospitality, dedication and genuine care. As enthusiastic golfers, we also greatly appreciated the nearby Laguna Golf Phuket, where we enjoyed excellent golfing experiences and attractive conditions as Banyan Tree guests. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. We never felt like just another room number. Instead, we felt like genuinely valued guests throughout our entire stay. Luxury accommodation and beautiful surroundings can be found in many places around the world. But genuine warmth, personal engagement and the sincere desire to create unforgettable experiences are much harder to find. Banyan Tree Phuket delivers all of this at an extraordinary level. We arrived with very high expectations, and those expectations were not only met but exceeded. We are already looking forward to returning and will certainly book Banyan Tree Phuket again. We stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket for three days, and one of the highlights of our stay was the in-villa BBQ dinner. We ordered one set of meat and seafood, and it was absolutely fantastic. My parents and my child really enjoyed the dinner, and we were all very satisfied. A special thanks to Ton, who prepared the BBQ and provided excellent service. He was very friendly, attentive, and cooked everything perfectly. It was a wonderful dinner and a perfect stay. We had such a great time at Banyan Tree Phuket and made some wonderful memories with our family. Highly recommended!
