I just want to say a huge thank you for all the staff during my time at the hotel, especially the chefs and Nulifar. I came with my mum and my brother who has downs syndrome and coeliac disease and since the minute we walked into the hotel Nulifar has been amazing, constantly helping us out and is such a lovely lady, so find and thoughtful. The chefs have been making gluten free food for my brother for every meal for the 10 days here and they have all gone out of their ways to do so especially when my brother was craving certain food! They are so friendly and nice. Nulifar and the chefs also areanged a special birthday treat for my brother! The location is great! Ideal for families and those people who want a chilled holiday. The food and drinks were great too. The entertainment staff were really nice and friendly with us; actually all the staff at the hotel were great. We had a room in one of the villas and that was nice and cozy. The pool was massive and had slides for those who have kids and lots of little parks for kids. The beach was decent too, some pebbles but also lots of sand. There is so much greenery and fruit trees. They even have rabbits, ducks, a turtle and hedgehog that we saw. Thank you everyone

We had a wonderful holiday experience where everything was perfect and no detail was overlooked. The general atmosphere of the facility and the amenities provided were far beyond our expectations. Everything is well-integrated and close to each other, which made our holiday very convenient. The room comfort and mattress quality were excellent, ensuring we had a very restful stay. The beach is very long, and the sunbeds are plentiful, so we never had any issues finding a spot to enjoy the sea. The same goes for the pool area, where there were always enough sunbeds available. Additionally, the on-site aquapark added a lot of fun to our days. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made our holiday unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

I stayed here with my two children (ages 5 and 9) and we had a wonderful experience! The Mini Club staff were incredibly kind and offered a wide variety of activities. One of the staff members, Berna, spent the whole time with my kids, speaking to them in both German and English, which made them feel very comfortable and happy. Every evening there was a kids’ disco and entertaining shows that added so much fun to our stay. My children truly had a fantastic time, and I’m very grateful for the warm and caring atmosphere provided by the team.

Our stay at Belconti Resort has been truly memorable, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the Guest Relations team and the reception staff, who made us feel at home right away. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relations Manager for the outstanding support and kindness shown in resolving an issue we encountered, the professionalism and care were remarkable and deeply appreciated. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff contributed to making our holiday wonderful. The housekeeping ladies who took care of our room did so with dedication, regardless of the time of day. The teams cleaning the terraces, bars, snack areas, and even the public toilets worked tirelessly and always with a smile, ensuring the resort remained pleasant for everyone. A special mention goes to the bartenders, who not only served us with friendliness but even recreated a michelada beer for me, a small gesture that made a big difference. The restaurant staff who served us at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently attentive, kind, and efficient. Our son Sacha had an amazing time at the Mini Club. The animation team took great care of him, and their energy and enthusiasm made every evening show enjoyable for the whole family. Their ability to entertain guests while remaining warm and approachable is truly impressive. What stood out the most is that, despite some guests not always using “please” or “thank you,” the staff continued to smile, remain patient, and provide excellent service. Their attitude is a real credit to the hotel. A small suggestion for improvement Belconti clearly puts effort into being environmentally conscious, and many initiatives around the hotel reflect this commitment. However, the beach, like the surrounding ones, unfortunately suffers from litter left by guests. Since the beach is one of the resort’s greatest assets, it could be valuable to introduce a weekly beach cleaning activity. For example, a family contest where the family collecting the most trash receives a small reward during the evening show, such as a spa discount, could be both fun and impactful. This initiative could even be shared with neighbouring hotels to create a positive tradition and keep the coastline clean and enjoyable for everyone.

The Mini Club at Belconti was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and full of energy. They kept the kids entertained with fun activities every day, and our children looked forward to going there. It gave us a chance to relax while knowing they were in great hands.
