This was my first time visiting this hotel, and I had an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at home. My kids had an incredible time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, and seeing how happy they were made the trip even more special. The food was delicious, the facilities were well maintained, and everything exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say this was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back!

I have been coming here for the past three years, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. This place has truly taken a piece of my heart. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is always welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. My kids absolutely love it here. There are so many activities to keep them happy and entertained, which allows me to relax and enjoy my vacation as well. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, and we always feel safe and well taken care of. What makes this place so special is that it feels like a second home. Every year we leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Wonderful Family Holiday with Excellent Food, Amazing Staff, and a Few Areas for Improvement We stayed at Titanic Mardan Palace from 7 July to 13 July, and overall we had a fantastic family holiday. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are impressive, and there is plenty to enjoy for both adults and children. The biggest highlight of our stay was the food and beverages. The quality, freshness, and variety were outstanding, and every restaurant we visited offered a great dining experience. The drinks were also of excellent quality, which added to the overall luxury feel of the resort. Our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and when housekeeping was carried out properly, the room was clean and well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank Amir from Guest Relations. From the moment we met him, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He always followed up on our requests, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to ensure we had a great experience. A special mention also goes to Emir, the rollerblading waiter, whose service was truly exceptional. He was always smiling, polite, proactive, and attentive. Since we were traveling with our young daughter, his willingness to anticipate our needs and offer assistance without being asked made a real difference to our holiday. Employees like Emir are a great asset to the hotel. The only area that needs improvement is the consistency of service. On one occasion, housekeeping only made the bed and changed the towels but did not vacuum or clean the floor, wipe away the dust, or replenish the drinking water. As parents of a toddler who spends a lot of time crawling and playing on the floor, cleanliness is especially important to us. We also had an unfortunate experience at one of the beach bars when I asked for some ice to keep my daughter’s food cool. The request was refused in a rude manner, which was disappointing and not the level of hospitality we expected from a luxury resort. Thankfully, after reporting both issues, Amir handled them professionally, followed up promptly, and made every effort to ensure the rest of our stay went smoothly. No hotel is perfect, but what makes a difference is how issues are handled. Thanks to the professionalism of the Guest Relations team and the outstanding service provided by staff members like Amir and Emir, we left with many wonderful memories. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return to Titanic Mardan Palace. We highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious all-inclusive resort with excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and dedicated staff.

Everything about my family’s stay at Mardan Palace met or surpassed our expectations. The best summer holiday hotel we have stayed at and we will be back. Special mention to the Entertainments team members who brought people together for some competitive fun and games with darts and bocce keeping us busy when we had enough sun. And the really cool Survivor event which I. Relieve is run weekly or bi-weekly. Each member of the team remembered many guests by name and went out of their way to ask if all aspects of hotel were fine for us. A great bunch of energetic young people, so thanks to Mehmet, Alp, Valeria, Karina & Rustem. I’m sure I’m leaving some of the team out here. Also our favourite bartender Emrullah, who took such great pride in his mixing skills and looked after us at the beach by day and at evening showtime. The evening shows at this hotel are epic, better than anywhere we have stayed previously.

Thank you to Mardan Palace for a lovely time here! We have had a fantastic time with fantastic food, drinks, splash park, pool bar and in addition, the best kids club I’ve seen, the Rino Kids club. The staff have been amazing and attentive. There is so much variety in the air conditioned kids club, my kids have done pottery, canvas painting, woodwork, tufting. I’m really impressed. The hotels decor is opulent. There are still sunbeds available at 10.30 on the beachfront! There is a 24 hour restaurant, so if you miss the buffet, there are still options. There is a bowling alley (and the staff there were excellent) and arcade games room which was also a big hit with the kids. The waffle and ice cream huts were a huge hit with the kids and adults!! The room we had was the pool view premium room which was comfortable to fit 4 people (2 adults and 2 ten year olds), the mini bar is refreshed daily (and it’s included in the all inclusive). The indoor pool and fountain wasn’t working when we came but I was aware as I had read reviews! I would definitely come again.
