We are currently staying at this hotel checking out tomorrow. We are a group of 6 vegetarian family members. WORST EVER HOTEL EXPERIENCE. The hotel is built beautifully and rooms spacious and clean. Location is good as well. But The staff members are extremely rude and uninterested in the guests. They don’t like English or British people and they make it very obvious. I had a drunk lady in her bikini who was lost on my floor and was knocking on my room door for help. When I called the reception they said they will send someone. NO BODY CAME FOR 30 minutes while I was trying to comfort her - until the lady fell down banged her head and passed out on my door step in front of me. I had to beg and scream at the reception to help her. They simply didn’t bother! Very shameful! We stayed for 7 nights all meals inclusive package.. but there was 0.01% vegetarian options in starters & main course - just boiled vegetables and absolutely Zero 0 vegetarian desserts. We requested multiple times to make vegetarian food for us. BUT THE CHEFS RUDELY REFUSED. We tried to speak to the Guest Relations Manager on day 2.. waiting for 15 minutes at her desk in the lobby.. she did not even acknowledge us and was busy gossiping with another staff member. She had a zero expression blank uninterested face with no courtesy greeting at all. She heard us out with no expression and just said with a blank face “you fill a form and I tell the kitchen to mark the vegetarian food. I cannot do anything else” the most nonsense and stupid response! We didn’t ask for the boiled vegetables to be marked! Only Chef Norretti who comes in the afternoon was kind enough to make mushroom curry for us on some of the days he was there. We could see all the other chefs angry and annoyed at Chef Norretti for helping. All seven days we were left to eat water melon and musk melon and pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinners. After begging and pleading we got eggless pancakes on two mornings. Its the WORST HOTEL WITH WORST GUEST SERVICE. Chefs are extremely rude and refused to cook vegetarian food for us. They told us you already have vegetarian food on the buffet why should we cook extra. So I took a picture of the so called vegetarian options for us and the response from chefs everytime when we asked for any food. My entire family starved at this place for one week. We came here to celebrate my husbands birthday and my son’s 18th birthday. Worst experience and horrible service. They deserve to be stones and not stars! PLEASE DO NOT STEP IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE VEGETARIANS OR BRITISH

The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the sea. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making every guest feel welcome. The dining options are impressive, featuring a variety of delicious international and local cuisines with high-quality ingredients. The pool areas and private beach are well-maintained and perfect for both relaxation and family fun.

I am extremely satisfied with my choice of accommodation for this year’s summer vacation. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff greeted us at the entrance, and the check-in took just 2 minutes. The room is excellent—large, with a comfortable bed and a big balcony. The food is delicious, with a wide and varied selection. It would take at least ten days to try everything offered. The choice of drinks is diverse. The resort’s grounds are well-maintained and spacious. There are two pools, one of which has 4 water slides, and there is also a pool for children. The beach is about a 10-minute easy walk away, but the resort provides its own transport to the beach. At the beach, the resort has its own beach club, where food and drinks are also served throughout the day. Every evening there is a kids' disco, followed by an evening show.

I drink the only cheap beer they have here and chat with tourists from resort Some of them had big problems since they arrive, on reception there is a minimum tip fee if you don't want to wait ,some say they wait 3 hours because they didn't give any tips, and some try to tip small and the tip was not accepted.They give me a nice room in Less than 5 minutes for the right tip. Staff is nice and friendly but it's hard to find someone that speaks English if you speak German you will communicate easy with the staff The big Surprise was the game room Almost always empty dirty and smells bad, I got bored one day and try to ask the guy from the game room about the games he ask me 10 euro, I ask him What games can I play for 10 euro, he couldn't answer te question he had no idea what I am saying... I appreciate animation team. In general nothing special about this location just average or below average

Hotel Review: 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the hospitality was nonexistent. We were initially assigned a basement room that had a musty smell, which was unacceptable, especially traveling with two small children. When I approached the receptionist about getting a better room, I was shocked to find that they asked for additional payment, despite having booked and paid through an agency. Reluctantly, I agreed to look at other options. When I attempted to pay for an upgraded room with my credit card, the receptionist refused and insisted on cash payment instead. I felt forced to withdraw cash just to avoid spending our vacation in a damp, musty room. Moreover, the beach is a good 10-minute walk away, which was inconvenient. The alcoholic beverages served at the hotel were also disappointing, containing very little alcohol content. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
