We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for a family vacation! The location is very convenient, right next to The Land of Legends, which makes it easy to enjoy the attractions nearby. The food was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options every day. The large swimming pool was a huge attraction for the children and provided lots of fun throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to families!

Our stay at the hotel was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and that set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special mention must go to Dilyara at the reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, helped us with everything we needed, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her kindness and dedication really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel itself has so much to offer that it’s hard to know where to begin. The facilities are exceptional — the spa is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect escape after a long day. We also enjoyed the massage services, which were top-notch and left us feeling completely refreshed. The gym is very well-equipped, clean, and ideal whether you want a quick workout or a full training session. Everything about the hotel reflects quality and attention to detail, from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about anything. We genuinely loved our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming stay. We had a fantastic stay at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa and couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was excellent with a huge variety at every meal — something for everyone — and the snack bars and drinks were always available and well stocked. The staff really made the holiday. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, nothing was too much trouble. Service around the pool, in the restaurants, and at the bars was quick and professional throughout our stay. The pool areas are great for both relaxing and for families, with plenty of sunbeds and a really good atmosphere during the day. The entertainment team worked hard to keep guests engaged without being over the top, and the evening shows were enjoyable for all ages. The spa facilities were another highlight — clean, relaxing, and well worth a visit during your stay. Overall, this is a hotel that gets everything right: great facilities, fantastic staff, brilliant food, and a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa and would happily return again.

The hotel its self is great. The rooms are great and the house keeping service is great too. I became very unwell on holiday and asked for a doctor, I was told there was no doctor as it was out of hours, I asked the young boy to call me an ambulance as I can't breath properly, he looked at me blankly. I left and I had to struggle walking to a pharmacy down the road to get an ambulance. When I spoke to the guest service manager the next day ( I was still unwell) he tried to quite me down and said, well youre better now, to which I replied, I wasnt. There's much more to this. But I spent most of ny holiday in the riom as when I was sat still I was ok but walking was so bad. I flew home, I had to ask for oxygen on the plane. I went to my local A&E department, I had a double pulmonary Embolism, I could of died. The hospital team, said it was a miracle I didnt die. The hotel need to do better, when it comes to someone asking for help when unwell. I will never come back to this hotel. The guest manager knew I was unwell and never checked on me knowing I was in my room unwell.
