We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness. Highly recommended!

Customer relations are gorgeous 😍 Service, cleanness - high 5 Reception - 5 Bars and drinks 🍸 👌 very good and tasty. 6 nights we were here and it was unbelievable and unforgettable ❤️ A lot of variations of meat, fish and snacks! We really liked the hotel. It is 30 minute taxi drive away from airport which brings you out of big city fuss and into relaxing, Green resort this hotel offers. We arrived and were sent to eat dinner even before check-in! It was very nice and welcoming after quite long traveling. The room was clean and neat. We were located on the 5th floor the pool view. Good sound isolation- there were parties going on, we could hear some drums but we were able to get full night refreshing sleep. Gym is decent, some equipment needs updating, but if you know what to do in the gym, you can get arround and substitute for what is missing. I esspecially enjoyed Spa centre massages. I am massage junky so I know what is a good massage. Callout to the great massage specialists that worked on me - Ayu and Desi! The hands are strong and steady and they are very proffessional by really feeling the body where It need the attentione. Pool area is great- i was pleased to see that pool is being cleaned every evening so that it is clean and fresh for next day swimming. We were surprised how all is accessable, we never went hungry of thirsty- all is offered almost at every corner. Also would like to mention bar personel Görkem- very attentive, kind and welcoming. Took good care of us. Thank you to the reception staff (sorry, did not catch the names) - great attitute, you can agree on everything (management, please prize your workers well- they are great!). Thank you Aydinbey Queen's Palace Spa, we will return! Also- i would deffinetely suggest this hotel to other tourists that want full relaxing experience. P.s. one suggestuon to hotel- perhaps It is worth to split all areas into smoking and non-smoking areas as there are many kids arround. For us nonsmokers this was a bit of a "turn-of" due to other guests smoking everywhere. Otherwise- really great place.

Best hotel ive ever been in. Reception gave us good room and checked in very fast. Very interesting animation. A lot of shows and disco! A la carte was unforgettable. Sushi in turkish style are amaying

We had a wonderful stay here. The food was delicious and plentiful, with something available almost all the time. One of the best surprises was the fresh, hot food also being served along the beach — something we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The swimming pools were extremely clean, and there were plenty of them to choose from. We were travelling with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old daughters and had no problem finding space and activities for them. They especially loved the daily children’s show, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The live grill station offered every day was a fantastic bonus alongside the regular meals. Room service was prompt, and the rooms were always neat and clean. Most importantly, the hotel staff and management were very considerate, understanding, and genuinely focused on creating a positive experience for guests.
