I had a pleasant stay at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa. The service was amazing we had gone for 7 days with two children they enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel the pools, mini disco and the kids club. The food and drinks were all inclusive everything was off a high standard. There was a wide selection of foods drinks and desserts. There was a separate kids menu l. I would like to thank Nikita, Adam Sari and Tuncay for provide exceptional customer service and helping us when needed. The beach was also included in the package which we was provided a shuttle from the hotel to the beach and back. The food at the beach was also included in our package.

My wife and I checked in 22:00 on 2nd of October late night. Restaurant was finished then we asked if there is anywhere we can eat they said hotel have patisserie and we could find something to nibble on there which we did but it was horrible and since then never visited. I go out to fi d something to eat which I did and straight afterwards we sleep next morning when we wake up to use bathroom we have noticed it was not cleaned properly there was marks of some kind of products I shower cubicle. Optical mirror was dirty, sink basin was dirty and not draining properly also toilet wasn't cleaned properly as well and there is thin mesh blind/curtains in room which had mould on them. We have i formed guest relations and it has not been sorted that day then asked that night to be sorted next day then it was not up to the standard but at least something done about it. However sink still not drains and cant be bothered to waste my time on these anymore. Hotel definitely have issues with cleaning as corridors to rooms carpets layed out and you can find all sort of stains on them because of that coridor/ hallways look really bad and spare beds in steps where is used for fire / emergency exit. Foods in main restaurant has a lot of oil in it and poultry meets are really fatty themselves already but otherwise food is fine. Been to Asian restaurant it was soon disorganised and staff do nit listen about your requests. I am Turkish myself and speak to them Turkish still they managed to mess it up. We have been to Itallian tonight and Gamze Tunahan served us and she was very helpful and friendly itallian restaurant itself was good as well. Bar teams are quite good. All other staff do not talk to you some staff like kitchen staff even ignore you when you say hi etc. However these were not enough to spoil our holiday back home Sunday the 11th October hopefully nothing will be able to spoil it by then.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness. Highly recommended!

We had a great week at Aydinbey Queen's Palace & Spa and would have given it 5 stars if not for one issue: the loud late-night disco almost every night. Due to the hotel's layout, the noise carries throughout the building and repeatedly disturbed our family's sleep. The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive and helpful, with no preferential treatment for guests who tipped. The food and drinks offered excellent variety, and the complimentary à la carte meal was a real highlight. We also appreciated the welcome fruit and drinks, the balcony clothesline, and the reliable Wi-Fi in the rooms. The beach is decent, and parking can be limited during busy periods. Overall, this is an excellent family resort with fantastic staff and great facilities. If the late-night entertainment finished earlier or the noise was reduced, it would easily deserve 5 stars.

Absolutely amazing stay! This was our second visit, and it has firmly become our go-to hotel in Belek. The rooms are beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Every member of staff was polite, professional, and approachable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The highlight of the holiday was undoubtedly the food, which was exceptional. The variety, quality, and presentation were outstanding—easily a 10 out of 10. I would also like to give special recognition to the reception manager, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our experience was seamless from start to finish. Thank you for the room change. The staff in the babysitting area also deserve high praise for their dedication, patience, and hard work. Their efforts were greatly appreciated and made our family holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, another fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended
