Have 13 night stay with 10 of us beautiful hotel, abit in disrpair missing mirror in corridors,rooms wasnt 5 star at all location nothing around apart from local shop and local clothes market shop beach 5 minute using shuttle service hotel loverly room cleaned daily but not amazing wasn't 5 star cleaning toiletries wasnt filled daily, staff didnt have much knowledge or knew much English abit unprofessional , night entertainment ok Beyonce tribut was best one all the rest abit lost and just daning get abit boring , Food was ok desserts look amazing but all taste the same bland no real flavour and nothing like dessert was labelled to say what they was restaurant staff very attentive will take your plate soon as you take last bite (vulchers) there was 2 toasters that didnt toast properly and food was same most night gets broing quickly ,swimming g pool very clean ect but no access fro disability user just mainly metal standard side steps they could easily install slopes in to pools Them park need some decent money spent on it hald ride in disraper or just get rid of it completely, the pattersieri was nice well presented but no table on anything again staff didnt know English We used jet2 the rep was appalling missed aquarium trip as whole day then got told when we got there was only 3 hours and because pick up was late we ended up having 2.5 hours there driver didnt know pick up time couldnt complete all things we booked or eveb have lunch was rushed a d unprofessional the aquarium its self was quit cool, They all like euros wouldn't bother with lira its make everything complicated City centre (small town ) was about 20 minutes walk alot of clothes bags shop few cafe and few pharmacies We had good holiday but felt drained qe night 2 long max I recommend 10 nights and book day trip we booked aquarium, land of legends and 4 in one extreme sports day trip

This marks our second visit to this particular hotel, and we continue to be impressed by the exceptional staff and the abundance of activities available on the premises. During this stay, we decided to visit Lord Ink to have an old tattoo covered. Alek performed the work, my wife also had a couple tattoos and we were truly delighted with the results. We wholeheartedly recommend Lord Ink for any holiday tattoo needs or for those seeking a cover-up..

Really a great place to spend a quality of time. The place is huge the pools are huge and so many activities. Even indoor pools so so big and one of them was heated too. Free sauna, steam and Turkish bath rooms included if you have all inclusive. There are so many water slides to enjoy and poolside drinks and foods just amazing. We will definitely visit again. And yes if you visit then don't forget to attend their evening shows which brilliant. We loved Michael Jackson show

I am extremely disappointed with our stay and do not feel the hotel met acceptable standards for guests traveling with young children. One of the biggest issues was the excessive number of cats roaming around the hotel and dining areas. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable trying to sit and eat while cats were constantly nearby. I even thought of hoing early for dinner only to find 2 cats on the table close to the cutlery, this was disgusting to see. Hygiene and guest comfort should be taken far more seriously. Staff laughing when my child was crying because the cat was under the table. The children’s pool was far too cold to use, which was very frustrating as I specifically chose this hotel so my 3-year-old daughter could enjoy the facilities. Even more concerning was the condition of the kids’ club playground. The equipment was old, rusty, and clearly not maintained properly. My daughter cut herself on the climbing frame, which is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. On top of this, our room was located extremely far from all the main hotel facilities. As a mother traveling alone with a young child, having to walk such long distances multiple times a day was exhausting and incredibly inconvenient. The hotel should be much more considerate when allocating rooms to solo parents with small children. Overall, this stay caused far more stress than enjoyment, and I do not believe the experience reflected the standard promised or paid for. Given the safety concerns, poor maintenance, and overall inconvenience, I believe compensation is fully justified.

My wife and I have travelled to many country's and many hotels. This beautiful hotel and the magnificent staff have made this the most wonderful holiday experience we have ever had. The hotel staff from senior management to the waiters,bar people,servers,cleaners,absolutely everyone was just amazing,the cleanliness,the food,the drinks,,just absolutely 5***** all the way,,indoor swimming pools were a pleasure,so warm and as we are elderly yhis was important,,we will certainly return again and the friendly nature of these lovely people made our stay just wonderful,,
