We have just returned from a 7-night family holiday at Granada Luxury Belek, celebrating both our wedding anniversary and our son’s birthday, and overall we had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, a huge choice of food and drinks, fantastic pools, slides and entertainment, and there is always something for children and adults alike. Accommodation we stayed in was exceptional and made our holiday even more special. The person who truly made our holiday, however, was Ali on Reception. From the moment we arrived, Ali was welcoming, professional and genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible experience. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to help our family throughout our stay. He is an outstanding ambassador for Granada Luxury Belek and deserves recognition for the exceptional level of customer service he provides. The only disappointment during our stay was with the Guest Relations team. At 10:44pm one evening, we received a courtesy call to our room simply to check whether everything was okay. Whilst I appreciate the intention behind the call, it woke both of our children and startled us, as a phone call at that time of night immediately made us think there had been an emergency. It took quite some time to settle the children back to sleep. When we raised this the following morning, we were informed that this was not in line with normal practice. Whilst the matter was discussed, I felt the response lacked the empathy and understanding we had experienced from every other department within the hotel. Thankfully, this was the exception rather than the rule. Every other member of staff we encountered was friendly, hardworking and eager to help, and Ali’s outstanding service ensured we left with very happy memories. We would absolutely return to Granada Luxury Belek and would like to thank everyone involved in making our family holiday so special—especially Ali, who is a real credit to the hotel.

I read plenty of reviews and I would say honestly This was a great family holiday hotel it truly fits all ages! There is a wide variety of foods and drinks lots of good times for food including a night buffet and a street full of food places during lunch if you don’t want to go to the main hall. Pools and aqua park was amazing and kids clubs were great for over 4yrs-14years they have activities late night football pizza making PlayStation stations and even a mini indoor soft play, under 4s can go too but need to be accompanied. They have a park for kids which is lovely in the evenings before shows start kids clubs open till late so great for a few adult free hours. Pool entertainment is great. Plenty of lifeguards everywhere. Spa staff are the most friendly and the hammam was superb I booked in all my children aged 2-18 and they all enjoyed the experience. They have evening shows which were all really entertaining. Dining Staff know minimum English but all professional and polite. Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff at reception.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily return. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and there is plenty to do for both adults and children. The pools, entertainment and general atmosphere were all fantastic and helped make our holiday memorable. The biggest positive for us was the staff. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, hardworking and always willing to help. They are a real credit to the hotel and played a huge part in making our holiday enjoyable. The only reason I have not given 5 stars relates to the accommodation we were originally allocated upon arrival. We travelled as a family of four and felt that the room provided was not suitable for our needs. The sleeping arrangements and overall layout did not meet our expectations, and we felt the room was too cramped for a family holiday. After raising our concerns, the only practical solution available was to pay for an upgraded room, which we did at additional cost. Once we moved rooms, our holiday improved significantly and we were very happy with the upgraded accommodation. Despite the issue with the original room allocation, I cannot fault the hotel itself. The facilities, food, cleanliness and especially the staff were all excellent. If the hotel reviewed the suitability of some of the standard family room allocations, I believe it would improve the experience for future guests travelling with children. Overall, a wonderful holiday at a great hotel, with fantastic staff, but slightly let down by our initial room allocation.

Thank you very much For Altyn from reception she gave us an family room instead of Standard room. Very nice from her. We had an overall very enjoyable stay at Granada Luxury Hotel. The food selection was varied with plenty of choices every day, and the activities around the resort were very entertaining with many things to do for both adults and families. The shows in the evening were absolutely impressive and one of the highlights of our stay. The pools are also massive and really well designed. There are only a few negative points worth mentioning. During meal times, the hotel becomes extremely crowded, making it difficult to find a table either close to the buffet or even further away. However, it was also Bayram holiday period during our stay, so this may explain the high level of occupancy and crowds. Overall, despite the busy atmosphere during peak hours, we had a positive experience and would say the general quality and entertainment offered by the hotel are very good.

Reviewed yesterday Before giving any negative comments, I would say this has been an amazing resort and we all really enjoyed it. Bars, pool, food, ent was everything and more especially having a MJ tribute to show finish our stay. Everywhere you go you'll have something that annoys you, these two could have been fixed easily. First one was the room, we enquired about the family room, and was told by email we will look to arrange something. We booked the standard room as part of the package. When we arrived we got shown our room, the family room, assuming they kindly upgraded us for my wife's birthday. When finalising details at reception I was told there's an additional payment for the room. At no point was this made clear to us or finalised with us before our arrival. Secondly as part of tui, you get one a la carte as part of your stay, on the first day one female colleague at guest relations had told us this wasn't the case and would cost €125. We refused to pay to make further checks, and came back the following day to see guest relations. This time another female colleague had informed us, yes you do have a complimentary a la carte as part of your stay. If the same checks were made initially this could have been avoided and we may have been out of pocket. PS the a la carte is not worth paying for, as only the main is slightly different to buffet, starter and desserts are same as buffet, which makes it more annoying if we had paid, recommend the steakhouse as that seems different even though we didn't go there. That out the way, the numerous things here at this resort make it an amazing stay, pool, waterpark, music, staff overall an amazing place.
