  • 1 meal free of charge at each of the 7 a la carte restaurants (April to October), booking required. During other months guests will be able to enjoy 1 meal free of charge at both of the 2 a la carte restaurants that are open
  • Local alcoholic, non-alcoholic and some imported drinks, as well as freshly squeezed juices
  • Minibar filled with beer, water and soft drinks

We have been to this hotel 3 times so far and are booked again to go in June 2026. By far the best experience we’ve had on any of our holidays. The place is literally amazing. So much to do (and not to do if you choose too). The food is ALWAYS on point, great activities throughout the day. Hotel staff are amazing, rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaners are amazingly friendly. I can’t fault this hotel in any way, hence we stick to this place whenever we go to Turkey. Hopefully, we can get a deal on a bigger room when we go back in June.

I stayed at this hotel three years ago, and it was the third Delphin Hotel I had visited. It was actually the best of the three in terms of interior design, food, and friendly staff. However, at the same time, I also experienced the most unpleasant service I have ever encountered during any hotel stay in my life. The mattress in my room was sagging and extremely worn out. I reported this right after my first night. I was told it was late and that it would be taken care of the next day. The next day nothing happened, so I reported it again, and the reception told me that a new mattress would be delivered immediately. After three hours, still nothing and yet another night passed. On the fourth day, after reporting it once more, someone finally came, namely a housekeeping staff member. She offered a “solution” by folding a blanket and placing it under my mattress, suggesting that I should see if that would fix the problem. This wasn’t meant as a temporary fix but as a solution for the rest of my stay. It didn’t solve anything, and I didn’t want to take it out on the housekeeping lady, who was kind and simply doing her job—it wasn’t her responsibility to bring a new mattress. I still had two nights left at the hotel so I gave up. What shocked me most was how a 5-star hotel from a major Delphin chain could even suggest something like this. Especially considering it was one of the most expensive Delphin hotels at the time. Shame on you! I regret not taking action back then, but I was already there for a completely different reason. But what a big turn off this was. For your information, this happened in December during the low season. The hotel was definitely not fully booked, they even could bring a mattress from a different room. Really sad!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Delphin BE Grand Resort.It was our very first all-inclusive holiday, and it has definitely set the bar high for the future. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – always friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you goes to the very attentive and fast restaurant staff. The food was exceptionally varied and delicious, offering something new to enjoy every day. The entertainment team created a fantastic atmosphere with their positive energy and fun activities, making sure there was never a dull moment. We also experienced the warm and genuine Turkish hospitality, which made us feel welcome at all times. The rooms were spotless and well-kept, and the entire hotel is beautifully and stylishly designed. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Delphin team for making our holiday so special – we would love to come back!

In January 2026, we booked a trip for May 13–20, 2026, at your hotel. The trip was organized by Join Up and confirmed by our travel agency. We were really looking forward to it. A month later, the agency canceled our trip, explaining that your hotel had been overbooked—despite the fact that our reservation had been confirmed a month earlier. We are devastated. We chose your hotel because of our child, but it now seems that there are more important and less important clients. We are deeply saddened and feel cheated.
